CHAPTER DIECINUEVE
So after the beach
incident we've spent
most of the trip to
Connecticut at the
house because I
have to 'rest'.
"it sucks you have
to go home already
and we barely got
to do anything
because of your
clumsy ass." Charli
teases as we get
ready to head for
the airport.
"At least I can annoy
the fuck out of you
on the plane." I joke
sticking my tongue
out at her.
"Don't make me
switch your ticket
with dixie's." Charli
smirks before leaving
the room to continue
getting ready.
"Your ankle better?"
Dixie asks as she
passes Charli's
room and I nod.
As I finish up
packing I get a
call from my sister
which is confusing
but I answer.
"What's up?" I
question sitting
back down on
Charli's bed.
"So dad came over
to grab some stuff
and now mom and
him are arguing
about you." Riley
explains.
"Bruh do you know
what they're
specifically saying?"
I ask curiously.
"I'll just text you
later I guess." Riley
says before hanging
up.
Charli gives me a
confused looks and
asks, "what was
that about?"
"My sister was just
telling me about
my parents arguing."
I answer with a
shrug.
"Awwe I'm sorry about
that, but my mom
says we need to head
out in like half an hour."
Charli states.

"I'll see you in a
few days." I wave
to charli as we
head our separate
ways after getting
back in LA.
"Hey sweetie." My
dad says with a
smile as we go in
for a hug.
"How's the new
house going?" I ask
as we get into his
car.
We pull out of the
airport as my dad
answers with a
laugh, "it's going
good, the new beds
finally arrived. No
more couch
sleeping for me."
Most of the ride is
silent I mean
besides my dads
"oldie" music.
"Did you have fun at
Charli's?" My dad
questions making
conversation. My dad
was yet to know about
the whole accident.
