Jabez rolled his eyes and lowered the window. The girl made her way to the drivers side where Jabez was holding out the bag of food. She grabbed it and held it up the her chest.
"Thank you very much!", she said with a smile.
"Yeah whatever. Are you gonna make me some brownies?", Jabez said leaning out the window.
"Uh huh," the girl answered tucking a piece of hair behind her ear. She started to walk back towards her house.
