So this is basically the classic "I finally meet my life-long idol but it turns out they were a rudeass bitch" trope where the lady on the left (some random villain woman I just made up out of the blue) is Vile's Idol and she's the reason he's wanted to be a villain his whole life, but then it turns out she was a homophobic, condescending, Karen who simply berated him and made Vile feel bad so now Malice is going to beat her with a broken bat covered in barbed wire and blood—
And yes, River is actually cheering Malice on for once because no-one is allowed to get away with hurting Vile on the count of he is babey
