2 WEEKS LATER
its 2 weeks later and harry, anne and niall are at the mediation hearing and they wait outside for louis to get there so they can start
"mom can you tell i have a bump" louis say nervously

"ok" louis says as he takes a deep breath
"when ever you are ready, anne texted me they are waiting for us" jay says
"ok lets get this shit over with" louis says as he sees liam and zayn and dan walking to him "you guys made it thank you"
"no need we knew you were nervous and we are here to support you" liam says as they all hug and walk into the office building and louis checks in and soon are taken to a conference room and louis sits across from harry as both attorney sit with their clients
"we are here in mediation to try to come to an agreement on the desolution of marriage, correct" the mediator says
"yes" harry and louis say at the same time
"well the judge noted you agreed on everything ecxcept the house that was purchased when you were engaged"

"louis you want 50% of the sale equity and harry you want to keep the equity" the mediator says
"yes" louis and harry both says
"well at least you both agree on something" the mediator says
"sara, my client wants 50% because it was purchased after they got engaged and there for the contract for marriage was made and on the prenup both harry and louis signed stated that the contract was null and void in case of infidelity which happened so my client is entitled to half of all assest inquired during the marriage and that would include the business but my client already agreed not to touch the business" john says

"my client made a mistake and had an affair and has aknowledge that and that affair did result in his mistress getting pregnant and knows the agreement is null and void but my client now has a family he needs to take care of and taking 50% of the assests will be a huge hit financially on my client as his pregnant boy friend does not work and my client is the sole provider now" tony says "so my client has agreed to 50% of the assets 25% of the equity of the house and his business not be touched"

"my client says no" john says "he is not budging and i think we are being way more generous that we should"
"why are you being like this" harry yells out in anger as he stands up

"mom" harry says as anne turns around and sees louis being put in the back of the ambulance and anne looks at niall "is louis ok"

"well i dont care about that my concern are these babies and they were stressing out" the doctor says

"well you better not get worked up or i wont release you and will have to reschedule until after the babies are born" the doctor says
"no i want all this over with and done so i never have to see him again" louis says
"well i want to get another ultrasound" the doctor says as he turns on the machine and starts to check around "babies are calm"

"yes there are still 2 in there and i think they are going to be identical twins" the doctor says
"really" louis says with a wide smile
"yeah" the doctor says as he flips the switch and the babies heart beat starts to fill the room as louis starts to cry
"my babies mom listen their heartbeats are so strong my babies heart beats are so strong" louis says
"yeah i know" jay says
"well bed rest for 2 weeks i want to keep you overnight just to make sure" the doctor says
"Ok" louis says as the doctor walks out of the room and louis soon falls asleep
2 WEEKS LATER
its been 2 weeks from the last mediation hearing and louis and jay are on their way to the doctors office
"mom i dont know how i am going to hide these kids" louis says as his belly had grown
"well good thing its cooling down and you can wear a sweater" jay says "we can go after the doctors visit and look for bigger shirt"
"yeah i need to get bigger pants too" louis says "ok lets go i am ready"
"i want to see if we can see the gender" jay says
"yes i cant believe i am almost 5 months" louis says "mom you think my kids will disobey me and be born on their dads birthday"
"of course they are tomlinson styles and you both assholes are stubborn as fuck"
"ok fine" louis says laughing as they get to the doctors office and walk in and louis checks in
"louis styles" the nurse says as louis follows her and goes into the exam room and gets on the exam table and soon the doctor walks in
"so have you been behaving" the doctor says " and dont lie to me i have the report from the emergency room doctor"
"yes and i promised not to get mad" louis says with a smile
"hmm something tells me this wont be the last time" the doctor says
"what" louis says as he starts to laugh
"louis one more emergency visit and i am putting you on complete bedrest for the rest of your pregnancy" the doctor says
"i wont" louis says "please dont put me on bedrest as much as i love my mom taking care of me she dont let me do shit"
"then behave" the doctor says
"fine" louis says
"and dont roll your eyes on me" the doctor says as she glares at louis and jay starts to laugh "i will put you on bedrest"
"sorry" louis says
"ok now lets get to the fun part" the doctor says as she takes the ultra sound machine and starts to move the wand around" wow they are so active"
"yeah i know' louis says with a wide smile as he sees the computer screen and the babies moving their hands and feet around" well you want to know the gender"
"of course" louis says
"baby a is a boy and ohhh my are you going to be in trouble" the doctor says "and they are going to be identical twins"
"why"
"baby b is a boy" the doctor says
"identical twin boys" louis says as he starts to cry
"you ok" the doctor says as she flips the switch and the heart beats start to flow thru the room
"yeah i am fine" louis says
"well everything is normal so i want to see you in two weeks and i let the emergency room doctor know that if you go again to call me as soon as you walk in" the doctor says
"uughgh i hate this town" louis says as they start to laugh
"look you have been wanting these babies for so long i am trying to make sure they get here when they are suppose to" the doctor says
"thank you" louis says as he stands up and jay and louis walk out of the office
"you ok boo" jay says
"yeah just hearing the twinkies are boys made it to real that harry wasnt here and he doesnt know about them, he always wanted his first kid to be a boy and so did i and now my sons dont know their dad and he missed out on all of this" louis says crying "but mom i am fine i promise just all these pregnancy milestones he is doing with someone else and i have to do all this on my own but i have my babies"
"lets not think of what could of been think of what we have to look forward too" jay says
"i know but it still hurts" louis says
"i know but when we get home you need to rest tomorrow we have court again and please just ignore harry and if riley goes ignore him" jay says
"i will i promise but mom i need to get pants and shirts" louis says
"ohh yeah lets go to the store then" jay says as they head to the mall and louis and jay walk around and louis starts to look for what he needs and soon finds it
"look mom i want these onsies" louis says as he shows jay as she starts to laugh
"get them that is funny" jay says as louis puts them in the cart as they continue to shop around the store and soon leave as they head to jays house and louis goes to the guest house and puts his things away and lays down and falls asleep and a few hours later louis is woken up
"lou get up dinner is ready" fizzy says
"no" louis whines and he turns around
'come on lou dad said he is taking us for ice cream after" fizzy says as louis sits up
"hmmm ice cream" louis says as he stretches
"mom said you found out what the tadpoles are going to be" fizzy says
"stop calling them tadpoles" louis says with a smile
"what harry has a frog face so these twinkies are tadpoles" fizzy says laughing
"i cant with you" louis says as he puts on his shoes and go into the house and sit down and eat dinner
"so what are the tadpoles" fizzy says laughing
"both babies are identical boys" louis says proudly
"congrats finally more boys to start out numbering all the girls thank you louis" dan says as he starts to laugh
"your welcome dad" louis says laughing as they continue to eat and soon leave the house to go to the ice cream shop and sit down
"you ready for tomorrow"
"no but i want to get all this shit over with" louis says as they continue to talk
"mom i think i'm going to go back home this weekend and move back in when im at the last month" louis says
"just stay until after the babies are born" jay says
"no mom i want to walk around freely and not worry about if harry and cousin it are nearby" louis says
"well what ever you want" jay says
"yeah i stop working next month so i want to get the nursery ready at my house" louis says
"we can go next week and look for ideas" jay says
"ok" louis says as he starts to yawn
"lets finish so we can put everyone to bed" dan says as they finish and soon heads back to the house and louis goes to the guest house and showers and changes his clothes and falls asleep the next morning louis wakes up and hears his phone ring
"hello" louis says
"hey i dont have a lot of time but good luck today" anne says
"thank you anne" louis says "i found out yesterday i am having identical twin boys"
"you are i cant wait to meet them" anne says "i have to go harry is here"
"ok thank you for the call anne i appreciate it" louis says as he hangs up and finishes getting ready and soon they are walking out the door and head to the court house
"louis your belly is more noticeable" john says
"I know but i am doing what i can to hide it" louis says
"ok lets go inside and please keep your composure" john says
"ok" louis says as they walk into the court house and louis sees harry and anne and louis quickly goes to sit down at the conference room with john and this time jay goes inside and soon harry anne and tony walk in and sit down
"good morning everyone" the judge says as he sits down "i see that there was nothing accomplished at the mediators office"
"yes your honor" john and tony say at the same time
"well i hope you both have come today with an open mind because i am not going to waist anymore of the courts time and if we dont agree we will reschedule for one year from today" the judge says "do you understand"
"yes sir" harry and louis say
"how did this happen its like we are starting over" the judge says as he looks at the paperwork "louis are you still adamant about the 75%"
"no your honor i am willing to do 50% of everything aquired during the marriage including the sale of the home and harrys business" louis says
"harry" the judge says
"i agree" harry says defeated
"you honor" louis says as he lifts his left hand
"yes mr styles" the judge says
"before we continue can i step away for a moment i have to use the restroom" louis says
"can it wait" the judge says
"no i been holding it for the last 15 minutes and i cant wait" louis says
"court is in recess for 10 minutes" the judge says as louis not realizing what he did turns around but doesnt see that harry saw him rubbing his belly and his shirt lifts not alot but enough for harry to see the baby bump and harrys eyes get wide and harry turns around
"Mom" harry says
"yeah" anne says as she stands up
"is louis pregnant" harry says
"umm i dont know told you i havent seen him or talked to him since the last time" anne lies
"mom he looks pregnant is he"
"harry i cant tell you some thing i dont know and i havent talked to him in a long time and when jay and i go to lunch we dont talk about you or louis" anne says
"mom" harry says and anne couldnt think quick enough to figure out a way to tell jay when soon enough louis walks back into the court room and harry stares at louis mid area and quickly realized that louis is pregnant as louis goes to sit down
"judge roger mathews " the bailiff says
"ok where were we" the judge says
"how long" harry says with anger as he looks at louis
