Juilet's pov:
"Well we're here and your dad said to meet your uncle first so that we can give him the car," jinyoung said as we left the car
I nodded my head as we collect our luggage from the trunk. As soon as jinyoung shut the trunk, I heard someone calling out my name from a far.
"Juilet, is that you? Look at how beautiful you've grown," I heard my uncle coo
Uncle luke is the sweetest uncle on the planet and he is my dad's older brother. Whenever we have a family vacation, my dad never fail to bring my uncle with him. My dad claim that his brother can make the trip much more lively. So he claims.
"Hi uncle, it's only been two years since I last saw you." I said as I hug him
"This must be your mate. Hi I'm luke," my uncle introduce himself to namjoon
"Nice to meet you, sir. I'm Namjoon, one of her mates," namjoon introduce as he shook my uncle's hand
"Its nice to meet you and you are?" He Ask
"I'm their royal advisor, jinyoung," jinyoung introduces himself
"Its nice to meet you, jinyoung. A boat is already waiting for you guys. I'll be taking my brother's car now. It's nice meeting everyone and I'll see you once everything is over," my uncle bid us goodbye
My uncle got into the drivers seat and waved us one last goodbye as he drove off.
"We should head to the boat. We're burning daylight already," jinyoung said as he led us to the boat
"Ever been on a boat before?" Namjoon ask as he help me enter the boat
"Nope, have you?" I ask as I sat down
"Once when I escape from my kingdom," namjoon sighed as he sat beside me
"Its okay, joonie. You can make amends to your father as soon as we save him," I reassure him
I felt the boat move as we set sail to hybrid island. Now that were moving, I'm kinda excited to see what hybrid island is like. That is if everything is exactly what it suppose to look like.
"Thank you, little cub but I hope you're right. Let's plan cause it's going to take about two hours and a half to get to hybrid island. Apparently the imposter has a twin and they're working together in order to fulfil the prophecy," namjoon said
"They could be the shadow hybrid kings," I suggest
"You might be onto something there, juilet. They must have a plan to kill us and take you once we all arrive," namjoon said
"We may have the upper hand here. They don't know that we're coming earlier than stated," jinyoung said
We watch him walk toward us while carrying a map.
"What's the map for?" I ask
"This is the may of hybrid island. We should look at potential places that the shadow hybrids could be staying," jinyoung said as he place the map on the floor
"Why is that area so dark?" I said as point at the right corner of the map
"That's shadow valley where the shadow hybrid are banished," namjoon explain
"You're telling me that area used to be a placed for the banished shadow hybrids," I said
"Yep, the past kings have banished all sorts of shadow hybrids there and thinking that it'll end the prophecy," jinyoung explain
"Lets make sure that we end the prophecy and once for all. I don't need my future grandchildren facing the same thing I did," namjoon said, determine
"Let's hold onto to that determination namjoon but we need a solid plan before the boys get here," jinyoung said
"I still don't understand the whole shadow hybrid thing. I get the prophecy but how are they a shadow hybrid," I ask
"We might as well explain you now rather than later," jinyoung said
"I'll explain. The shadow hybrids are not just born like that unless they obtain it from their ancestors. Centuries ago, they were just ordinary hybrids like us until one day everything changes...
~Flashback~
Every hybrid of any species living in harmony. The king rule the kingdom with love as he guide his subjects to the right path.
"Your majesty, something is wrong with the rainbow valley," Michael, the royal advisor spoke
The king got off his throne to look at rainbow valley.
"Michael, why is the valley losing colour?" The king ask
"I'm not sure you're majesty. We should investigate," Michael said
"Sent S.coups and the rest of the guards to rainbow valley. Immediately report back if you an explanation of what's wrong with the valley," the king ordered
"Yes sir," Michael bowed as he left to gather the head of the guards

"Sir, we're under attack!!!" Micheal yelled as he rush into the throne room
"By What?" The king ask, surprise
"Rebel hybrids but they're from rainbow valley," Michael said
"That can't be right. Hybrids from rainbow valley are the friendliest hybrid around. What happen to them?" The king said, worried
"I'm not sure, your majesty but the guards are trying to defend the kingdom as we speak," Michael said
"That's good. We should go help them and ask my wife to head to the safe room for her safety," the king said
"Of course, your majesty," Michael bowed
As Michael left to find the queen, the king head to the battle field. The king was in shock as he saw the state of the hybrids. The hybrids had red eyes and they're skin turning more of a pale colour. They also seem to be way more powerful as he watch one of his strongest guard get taken out. Until he got himself tackle to the ground.
"What are you?!?" The king demand as he struggle to push the hybrid
"I'm a shadow hybrid and I'm the new king," the panther hybrid spoke as he too was pushed
"I'm not allowing you to be king!!! Why are you like this?!?!" The king exclaim
"Lets just say the people in rainbow valley will never glow again unless..." the hybrid said
"Unless?" The king question
"Why don't you find out?" The hybrid smirk as he killed the king in cold blood
~End of Flashback~
The moment the king was dead, the shadow hybrids retreat back to shadow valley. Years later, we've figure out that they have found the fountain of darkness hidden within the rainbow valley which cause them to be a shadow hybrid. Now, they look almost exactly like us as they learn to blend into their surroundings in order to fool us," namjoon explain
"But you said that there was an Unless?" I ask
"They never figure out the actual truth even when we know they have found the fountain of darkness. It still doesn't explain how to stop them," namjoon said
"You said that the answers lies in shadow valley," I said
"Yes but no hybrid can step foot there without turning into one of them," namjoon said as look at the map
"What about a human?" I question
"What?!? No, I'm not allowing you to enter there and alone!!!" namjoon exclaim
"She has a point. No human has ever step foot there and we can finally find a way to stop them," jinyoung said
"We'll discuss this in the cave later. We're here," namjoon said as he look away from us

Here's an update after so long well it was not that long but it was. Anyway, I'm so sorry to say this but I putting a hold on our home due to my exam next week. It will be on hold until further notice until then stay safe and healthy in this pandemic. To those having exams now, Good luck!!!
