Primrose: Calls herself Queen only when she's alone/with family. Ms Prestige in business. At church, she's Primrose.
Xavier: He's Xavier Roman to family only. Ryan to randomly met people. Mr Roman in business and to his maid. Collins in career.
Xander: Xander Knight to family only (includes Blake Miller). Mr Knight in business (Including driver and body guards). Reign at church and his penthouse.
In essence: They use their middle names to the general public to appear insignificant. They use their last names in all business related matters and They never use their first names except if it's with family. But because I'm family, I'll be using their first names.😉😎
From the previous chapter, you could tell that Xander thinks Queen's name is Prestige. Please keep that and this whole clarification in mind. It's going to come in handy as the story progresses.
