But I was actually planning to write smth here again after I turn 16 this October, but I got bored of waiting so..

Anyways I was just curious if u guys also experience this shi.
I keep having flashbacks that is related to my past, that I badly wanna forget, and most of them is just me making a lot of stupid decisions or more like me doing something embarrassing..and, every time I remember all of those shits, it makes my mental health deteriorate more.
Most of the time, I'll just grown, shout, or say STFU, WTF, STOP to myself so I could ease the pain.
AM I THE ONLY ONE WHO'S SUFFERING FROM THIS SHIT?
