Elizabeth's POV
(Month later)
Jayden's leaving tomorrow. I'm here in my room chilling.
Tyler haven't message or call me after we talk in the morning, It's 4:30 pm.
I decided to stalk Jayden's IG account. I'm gonna miss him.
I scroll down to see his past post. I saw a picture it was posted way back 2015.
The picture's familiar... and then caption, Nochu.
Nochu...
I dropped my phone, when I realized something.
I found him!
Jayden's... my ex internet boyfriend.
I quickly changed to pants and my white shirt and I wear my sneakers. I went to the bathroom and brush my teeth.
I tied my hair to a ponytail. And I apply lip tint.
I went out of my room, I need to go see him before he leaves.
I bring my phone out, I was about to text him when I arrived in the living room.
“Lisa” Jane said, she was with Rosé.
What is Rosé doing here?
“Hey, Rosé. What are you doing here?” I asked.
“I need to talk to you” She said.
“I'm in a hurry—” I said.
“It's about Jayden” She said, I looked at her.
“What about Jayden?” I asked and we sat down on the couch.
“I'm just gonna run some errands, see you guys later” Jane said and left.
“First, I want to say sorry Lisa” she said.
“Jayden loves you” she said, my brows furrowed.
“What?” I said.
“He loves you so much, Lisa” she said, I can see a lot of pain in her eyes right now.
“W-what do you mean? You two are dating right?” I said.
“It was a fake relationship” She said.
“He did it for you... the night, me and Jayden took you home, when you guys are so wasted. You accidentally confessed to him” She said and my eyes widened.
“Shit, no way” I said.
“He likes you from the very start, but then his best friend liked you which is Tyler your boyfriend now...”
“So he decided to have a fake relationship with me, so that you would change your feelings for him. Which I think worked, since your with Tyler now”.
“He became cupid of your relationship with Tyler... even though it hurts him so much inside, he endured the pain just to see you both happy” She said, I started to tear up.
“I'm sorry Lisa, if I agreed with the fake relationship thing... what can I do, I can't resist JK. I love him so much” She said tearing up.
“I'm sorry Rosé, I'm really sorry” I said.
“It's not your fault, Lisa” She said and held my hand.
“Thank you, for telling me the truth” I said.
“You need to see him, before he leaves. You need to hear all of it from him” She said and I nodded.
“I will... where is he?” I asked.
She took her phone out, probably texted Jayden. After a minute, he answered.
“His in Jayu Park” She said.
“Let's go, I'll drive you there” she said, and we wipe our tears, and we went on the parking.
We ride her car and she started to drive. After a few minutes we arrived at the Park.
“I'm sorry Rosé” I said sincerely.
“No, it wasn't your fault Lisa, don't worry about me, I'll be fine” she said and I nodded.
“Thank you so much, Rosé” I said, she gave me a smile. We hugged each other and I went out and look around.
After a few minutes of walking around, I finally saw Jayden. He was sitting on a bench while looking up in the sky.
I walked closer to him as I started to tear up.
“N-nochu...” I said, and he looked at me, his eyes widened.
He stands up, I quickly wrap my arms around him and I cover my face on his chest.
“Lalice..” he said and hug me back.
“Why didn't you tell me” I said, he didn't answer me.
“How did you find out?” He asked.
“I stalked your IG, I saw your past post” I said.
“I already know everything... even the things you did to get me and Tyler together” I said.
“Who told you?” He asked.
“It was Rosé” I said.
He sighed.
“Go home, you already know everything...” He said trying to push me away lightly.
“I didn't came here just to hear the truth, I came here to see you too” I said and tighten my hug
“L-Lalice... please. If you continue this it will be more hard for me...” He said.
“Please. Just a few minutes, Jayden” I said, and he just hugged me back.
I close my eyes.
We stayed like this for a few minutes before we decided to sit down and talk properly.
“So… why didn't you tell me?” I ask.
“I was really planning to tell you but then Tyler, like you” he said.
“But still, you should have told me” I said.
“I should have confessed to you everything? I won't do that Lisa, for me it's selfish. You like me that time and I know what will happen if I tell you everything that time. Besides, you're already happy with Tyler now” He said.
“Tyler deserves you” He said.
“Seeing you two happy makes me happy” he said.
“You should go home...” he said, I sighed. I stand up but before I could walk away from him, he held my arm, and he stands up and face me.
“Lalice…” He called me, I look at him.
“I'm sorry”
“For what?” I asked.
“For not letting you go” he said.
“You've already let me go few years ago, but I still haven't... but I am ready to let you go Lalice” He said and held my hand.
I bit my lower lip, trying so hard not to cry.
“I'm happy that I found you, it's just that weren't made for each other” He said.
“Take care of yourself, be happy with him” he said and caressed my face, he was already tearing up, I can't look directly on his eyes, because I know if I did, it will be hard to stop myself from crying.
I just nodded. He hug me, I hug him back.
After a minute, he faced me again.
“For the last time I want to say these words to you”
“I love you, Lalice” He said and kiss my forehead, my tears started to fall.
“Farewell, my love.” He said and let go of me and walked away.
I sit down on the bench, crying while watching his back walking away from me.
I just stayed there crying for a few minutes.

I went inside the condo. I remove my shoes and wear my slippers.
I saw Jane in the living room, I went to her, and sit beside her.
“What happen? Where have you been?” She asked. I started to cry.
“J-Jayden.” I muttered.
“What? What about Jayden?”
“Jayden, he's my ex internet boyfriend” I said.
“Jane, I found him. But I'm too late” I said and cried on her chest, she hug me.
She started to pat my shoulders, lightly.
“Lisa”
“I'm sorry” she said.
“Why?”
“I knew... everything” she said.
“I'm sorry Lisa... I'm sorry I didn't tell you” she said and started to cry too.
“What? How?” I asked and sit properly.
“Remember the night, when I search for Jayden and Rosé. I saw Jayden on the beach, drunk. He thought I was you, he accidentally told me everything. Then the day after, we went to swim right, but before me and Jayden went to the water, I talked to him I told him he needs to tell you everything, but he refused to. He said what's the point if you're already happy with Tyler and besides his going to leave soon. I wanted to tell it to you so bad, but Jayden begged me not to”
“So, he really doesn't want to tell me the truth? So if Rosé didn't tell me about that, I will never find it out?” I said brows furrowed.
“I know it was unfair for you Lisa, but he did it because he has reason. He did it for his best friend Tyler, he knew how much Tyler loves you, so he decided to not tell you the truth, he did all he could just to get you and Tyler together, he always pretends his always okay, but he isn't. Jayden was a really nice person Lisa, he chooses his best friend's happiness over his” she said.
Jane's right, he really is a nice person, it was just unfair for me, but he has reasons.
I just gave her a nod, I cried in Jane's shoulders for a few minutes, then I decided to wash up.

I was already drying my hair when someone knocks on my door.
“Come in, Jane!” I shouted, she went inside.
“Tyler's here” she said.
“What?” I said.
“His outside” she said.
“Wait, I'm just going to finish this” I said, and she nodded and went out.
I brush my hair and went out.
“Babe” He said, I gave him a smile.
For sure his sad right now, since his best friend's leaving tomorrow. Jayden doesn't want us to send him off on the airport, he doesn't want to see us cry because if he did see us he might not leave.
I sit down beside him.
“Can I sleep here tonight?” He said, I just nodded.
“Thank you babe” he said.
“Let's eat” Jane said, and we ate.

Me and Tyler are already here in my room.
I was playing with his hair, while he was laying peacefully.
“Did you meet with Jayden, before he leaves?” I ask he nodded at me.
“Good” I said.
“D-did he tells you something?” I asked.
“N-no” he said.
“Can you please stop talking about, Jayden” he said.
“Yeah, I'm sorry” I said.
He held my hand.
“You, love me right?” He said and kiss my hands.
“Of course, I do” I said, he smiled at me.
“Happy to hear that” he said.
“I'm gonna rest now, babe” he said I just nodded.
“Good night, I love you” I said and kiss his forehead, he closes his eyes and sleep.
I just watched him sleep while playing his hair. I stared at him.
He was sleeping peacefully.
I would not want to waste Jayden's sacrifices and efforts just to see me and his best friend happy, so I will do my best to take care of Tyler, to make him happy and of course love him.
I gave Tyler a kiss on his cheeks and I laid properly and scooted over him, I laid my head on his chest and I sleep.
