Rahul's pov:
After one week
I was lying in my living room busy using my phone while Simba was asleep beside me keeping his head on my stomach
I was ruffling his hair lightly when the door bell rang ... I quickly got up causing Simba to wake up too ... I went to open the door whereas he followed me behind
"Why are you not picking up my calls " Shriya asked as I opened the door "Well I knew you would come to see me .... I missed you soo much " I said and was going to hug her when she stopped me
"But I didn't missed you" Shriya said while giving me a cheeky smile whereas I raised my eyebrows "oh really then why did you came to my home" I asked with a mischievous smile
"To meet my favourite boii" Shriya said while bending towards Simba and ruffling him whereas Simba also licks her hands
"Hello you also have a boyfriend now " I said while giving her a question look where she stand up while holding Simba in her arms "ohh I really forgot about that ... Hello my dear boyfriend " Shriya said while giving a small kiss on my cheek
"Now get aside " Shriya said while pushing me a side and moving inside the house with Simba
"See what I got for you Simba" Shriya said while taking out a small teddy and giving it to Simba who was jumping here and there with excitement "come on chia you are treating him like a small kid Simba is a big boy right" I said while looking towards Simba but he was busy playing with the teddy
"Guess I was wrong " I said while shaking my head whereas shriya laughed lightly.... She was busy playing with Simba whereas I was just looking at them.... 10 minutes past and now I was on the verge of sleeping
"Chia we are going to Starbucks" I all of a sudden said whereas she gave me a question look "what ... I thought to spend some time with you in your house" Shriya said whereas I gave her a look
"Really to spend time with me or with Simba" I said while she gave me a cheeky smile "don't tell me Rahul that you are jealous of Simba " Shriya asked whereas I chuckled
"Jealous that too with Simba never in my life" I said while chuckling whereas Shriya nodded "ok fine then Simba will also accompany us to the Starbucks... we'll take him for a walk too" Shriya said
"No he is not coming with us I mean he's taking all the attention which I deserve" I said whereas shriya chuckled "now that's where you accept that you are jealous" Shriya said laughing lightly where as I stand up
"C'mon let's go " I said while holding her hand and taking her out ... We sat down inside the car and then drove towards the Starbucks
"I've been noticing one thing " I said whereas she looked towards me "What" Shriya asked with a question look
"That you used to give me more attention before we got committed" I said whereas she chuckled "And I also noticed one thing " Shriya said while I looked towards her
"What " I asked "That you have started to get more jealous now " Shriya said
"Well I only deserve all the attention of yours understand... Not even Simba is allowed" I said whereas she laughed "You are such a jealous freek" Shriya said while I gave her a cheeky smile.

Shriya's pov:
We both took our drinks and then was sitting in the garden spending some time with each other... I was busy telling Rahul about something when my phone started to ring
I looked at the caller ID and saw it was Arshita's call "Yess what's it " I asked as I picked up the call "Mom is calling you "Arshita said
"Why what happened... I'm just now with Rahul " I said "woww that's even great ... You both quickly come to my house I'm waiting " Arshita said and she cutted the call
"What happened" Rahul asked while I stand up "Arshu called me and she is calling us to her house" I said while busy sipping my drink
Rahul stand up while making a frown look on his face "I thought we would have spend more time here " Rahul said while I wrapped my arms around him
"We still can spend some time in the car ...Btw I wanted to tell you something Rahul " I said while he raised his eyebrows "What" Rahul asked
"You are getting way more romantic with each and every day passing and I'm lovin it " I said with a mischievousis smile
"And you are getting way more romantic with Simba not me " Rahul said while making a poker face "Because I love him more than you " I said while lightly pulling his cheeks
"Now c'mon let's go and today I'll introduce you with my Bua ... Arshita's mother " I said and Rahul nodded
"Sure... C'mon let's go " Rahul said and we walked towards the car and then rahul drove straightly to Arshita's house .
We reached Arshita's house in 10 minutes and after parking the car I and Rahul got out of the car and rang the door bell
"Finally you guys are here " Arshita said while she firstly hugged me and then side hugged Rahul "You look quite excited arshu what's the reason" I asked with dancing eyebrows
"Firstly come in I'll tell you the reason too " Arshita said while she goes inside whereas we followed her behind
"Mom they are here " Arshita said while I went and hugged Bua "How are you bua " I asked with a big smile on my face whereas Bua caress her face
"I'm fine beta ... I was waiting for you only" Bua said "wait Bua...before you tell me anything I want to introduce you with someone " I said while I looked towards Rahul
He gave a small smile to Bua while she also looked towards Rahul smilingly "Bua he is Rahul " I said while Bua gave me a look
"Thank you for telling me chia... Otherwise I wouldn't have recognise him even though I have seen him on the tv for thousands of time " Bua said whereas I chuckled
"Nice to meet you aunty " Rahul said while touching bua's feet whereas she patted my back "Nice to meet you too Mr KL Rahul " Bua said while smiling
"Aunty You can call me Rahul" Rahul said while Bua nodded "Acha both of you sat down I've got something to tell you guys " Arshita said whereas I and Rahul both looked towards her with a question look
"What's it Arshu " I asked "well ... Manish and his parent's are coming here in an hour to fix our wedding" Arshita said while I all of a sudden jumped with happiness
"Really .... Omg finally" I said while hugging Arshita "Your dream of being my bridesmaids will finally be completed" Arshita said chuckling
"I've been thinking about that day since I was like 6 years old " I said while laughing lightly "Btw when I will get chance to be your bridesmaids" Arshita asked with dancing eyebrows whereas I looked towards Rahul
"Rahul .... Arshu is asking something " I said while blushing "What... It's been just a week we have started dating and you already want us to get married " Rahul asked whereas Arshita nodded
"Exactly I want you guys to get married as soon as possible" Arshita said whereas Rahul gave her a look "Not so fast firstly you guys get married then we'll see about" Rahul said whereas Arshita gave him an annoyed look
"Anyways you guys sit here I'll be back in sometime... I'm going to get ready because my in laws are coming to see me" Arshita said blushing
"Sharmana band kar aur jaldi tayyar hoke aa" I said while pushing her lightly "mom I'll need your help" Arshita said whereas bua nodded.
I and Rahul walked to the backyard while Arshita was inside the house getting ready "Acha chia now what about Rudra " Rahul asked while he looked towards me with a question look
"What about Rudra .... I don't know the only thing I can do is to ignore him " I said casually "And what if your dad fixes your wedding with him then " Rahul asked while I looked towards him
"Then I'll ran away with my boyfriend... You know my boyfriend is really good in running " I said jokingly whereas he chuckled "I'm serious at this point though" Rahul said
"Well I'm also serious... Like there would be only one way left for me that is to run away " I said
I looked towards Rahul who was quite after listening my answer "Can I ask you one thing Rahul " I asked whereas he nodded
"If this nightmare really happened then also you will remain by my side only naa... You will not leave me right " I asked
"Do I look you coward that you asked me this question" Rahul asked whereas I shook my head in 'No'
"I promise you that I'll always be there with you " Rahul said while coming near me whereas I smiled "Hayeee mujhse pehele toh tum log ko shaadi kar leni chahiye" Manish said as he came from behind and broke our moment
"And here you come again at the wrong time " I said while giving him a cheeky smile whereas he looked towards me with a question look
"What.... Did I disturbed you guys " Manish asked whereas I and Rahul both stand up "Never mind Manish... Please leave that" Rahul said while I noticed Manish's parents coming from the back
I and Rahul went and greeted Manish's parents and then we went inside the house.... Bua came downstairs and welcomed Manish and his parents and then everyone sat down in the living room
"Chia beta can you please go and bring Arshita " Bua said whereas I nodded and went upstairs to Arshita's room...
"C'mon madam apne in laws ko itna wait karana acha ni hota " I said while sitting on the bed giving her a teasing smile whereas Arshita looked towards me
"Am I looking good " Arshita asked while swirling around showing me her dress "For your kind information Manish kay parents tujhe dekhne aaye tere kapde ni " I said while she made a poker face
"You know don't you ever give suggestions to anyone " Arshita said whereas I gave her a cheeky smile " Sure ... Come let's go now " I said while getting up and dragging Arshita out of her room
I and Arshita were coming downstairs when Arshita whispered in my ear "I don't get it... Is Manish here for marriage proposal or for eating " Arshita said while glaring Manish who was busy eating cupcake
I just laughed lightly whereas bua came towards me "Arshu firstly go in the kitchen and get the tea tray " Bua said whereas Arshita nodded
She went to the kitchen whereas I was going to sit beside Bua when my phone beeped a message... It was from dad's assistant "Your Dad is returning back next weekend " I read the message and sighed
"Soo what's the message is about " Rahul asked as he walked towards me while I kept my phone inside my purse "The villain of my life will be back next weekend" I said whereas Rahul chuckled
"You mean your dad " Rahul asked and I nodded "I was having such a great time when he was not around .... I wish he could have stayed away for atleast 1 year " I said rolling my eyes
"You still have a whole week chia " Rahul said whereas I nodded ... I and Rahul went back and sat with everyone
Hardly a minute passed I saw Arshita coming there while holding tea tray "Mom dad arshu is here " Manish said while standing whereas a big smile was spread across his face
Arshita gave a nervous smile to everyone whereas she greeted Manish's parents "Namaste uncle and aunty " Arshita said while she walked towards them when all of a sudden she tripped over the carpet and she dropped the tea tray on the the floor
"Here you go " I murmured to myself whereas Arshita was looking here and there fully embarrassed "Chai ka girna toh shagun maante hai naa " Manish said while standing up giving and awkward smile whereas his parents and bua were looking towards him don't know how to respond.

Third Person's pov:
Time skips
"I sometimes don't understand arshu why are you soo clumsy" Manish said while I , Rahul, Arshita and Manish were sitting in the garden
"Excuse me .... I'm not clumsy it's just that I was really nervous and all that mess happened" Arshita said "But you should be happy that your MESS didn't created much problem and everything is fixed properly " Rahul said
"Exactly.... Btw when are we going for shopping guys we just have 5 days" shriya asked whereas Manish made a poker face
"Shopping .... Yaar kyu essa konsa festival hai" Manish asked whereas he received angry glares from us "It's our engagement manu... Do you seriously wanted to wear a damn payjama in your own engagement" Arshita asked and Manish was going to say something happily when Rahul stopped him
"I know tere ko yeh idea bohot pasand aaya but she was just taunting you... Guys we'll go for shopping tomorrow" Rahul said whereas shriya and Arshita nodded smilingly
"Well I have to invite few guests too" Manish said while taking out his phone and dialling someone"Hello Virat" Manish said as he put the phone on speaker "Yess Manish " Virat asked
"we are getting married" Manish said whereas Virat shouted"dimaag kharab hogaya kya .... I'm already married and quite happy with that marriage and why would I marry you... I'm straight" Virat said whereas we laughed
"What the hell are you talking... I'm talking about me and arshu we are getting engaged next week " Manish said
"Woww finally ... Lekin tune yeh kyu kaha tha that we are getting married" Virat asked in confusions "We means I and arshu not you and me " Manish said while sighing
"Ohh whi main sochu dimaag kharab hogaya tera .... Anyways congratulations" Virat said
Manish was busy talking with Virat on the phone while the rest three were talking with each other "How the hell does he gets unblock everytime" Shriya murmured irritatingly
"What happened" Rahul asked whereas shriya keeps her phone on the table "It's Rudra again messaging me ... He is soo irritating " Shriya said rolling her eyes
"Btw Arshu .... Isn't your family in talking terms with chia's father " Rahul asked whereas Arshita sighed "Well mama ji has problem with everyone ... And he only ended his relations with mom and dad ... Though he is normal with me like he never stops me from coming over there to meet chia or stopping her from meeting us" Arshita said
"Basically he is a greedy person .... And he can do anything for money ... He is home minister infront of the people but behind there back he is a proper gangster " Shriya said
"Did he ever loved you and your mom " Rahul asked slowly whereas shriya shakes her head in a 'No'
"He was not even present during mom's crimination and I'm nothing more than a liability to him... Just because of mom's will he is bearing me otherwise he would have not wasted even a single minute to throw me away from his life " Shriya said while her voice breaks in between
Rahul didn't said anything and he just wrapped his arms around Shriya's shoulder "No matter what happened I'll be always there with you always... remember this " Rahul said while holding Shriya's hand whereas she smiled
"And I think soo we don't need to tell you this right " Arshita asked smilingly whereas Manish nodded "I love you guys soo much " Shriya said while all of them shared a group hug.
