Winter is bleak,
that may be true.
We've seen it's sorrow,
the whole season through.
We think what we see;
it doesn't stand out.
But we ignore its allure
laying 'round about.
As the sky proudly sings,
" Hey, here comes spring! ";
the beauty is forgotten,
that winter could bring.
