5 years,5 long years since Erick had said all those awful things to Paloma.
5 years since Paloma decided to end it all.
Erick never thought that he would have to visit her when she was well dead.
"Hey Palomita" said Erick as he placed a rose on her grave,right after he put it down a gust of wind came out of no where and blew it away.
"Don't want the rose mami?"
The only thing on her grave now was a ring . Something that Erick put there the day of Paloma's funeral.
Paloma's grave was dusty and it was growing some mold. It saddened him to know that what he said was true.
"If you died no one would care Paloma do you understand that?"
His words were something that haunted him everyday. Erick never truly forgave himself for saying those terrible things,it made him feel bad that he was probably the reason that Paloma made the decision to take her life.
When Erick first heard the news he was numb to it,didn't really care,no one else did either. And he would've stayed not caring if it wasn't for those awful nightmares he had every night.
"Paloma perdoname mi vida" Erick cried. Not long after he felt his wife hold his hand
"Estas bien papi?"
"Yeah Nadia I'm fine amor"
"Papi! Papi!"
The couple looked towards the voice to see their 6 year old daughter running towards them
"Hola nena"
"Papi I'm hungry let's eat, yes?" Asked the little girl
"I'll go start the car" said Nadia walking off
Erick picked up his daughter and kissed her forehead,the little girl placed her small hands on her fathers face
"Te amo Paloma" said Erick looking at the grave
"Me too daddy" said his daughter.Paloma.
Ahahahah!!!
