3rd POV
Endou: "Shōko-san, are you alright?"
Shōko: "I'm perfectly fine, Endou-kun."
Haruna: "I don't believe it..."
Shōko looked over to Haruna and Kidou then smiled at them.
Shōko: "It's been a while hasn't it? Kidou-kun, Haruna-san!"
Haruna: "Yes...!"
Kidou: "It's good to see you in high spirits."
Shōko smiled at them again before looking down in her arms at the sleeping Shirabe.
Endou: "Is Shirabe-"
Miria: "Is Shirabe okay?!"
Shōko turned to Miria. The rest of the team soon came from behind her. Shōko was surprised but she soon smiled towards to them.
Shōko: "She's just fine. She's just sleeping right now from using her Avatar too much."
Miria let out a relieved sigh before turning to Tsurugi with a smile. Everyone on the team looked relieved too.
Shōko: "You... are you Miria-chan?"
Miria: "Eh? Yes, I am..."
Shōko: "I knew it, you're exactly like I thought you'd be."
Miria: "Eh?"
Kinzan: "What's going on here?!"
Chairman Kinzan appeared with Assistant Principal Fuyukai.
Kinzan: "What on earth...!"
Kinzan looked around the field before quickly coming down to Endou and everyone.
Kinzan: "As I expected you are a problem, Endou Mamoru!"
Haruna: ! "With all due respect, we didn't mean for any of this to happen...!"
Shōko stood up with Shirabe in her arms.
Shōko: "Endou-kun. May I ask you to look after Shirabe a while?"
Endou: "...All right."
Shōko carried Shirabe and then dropped her into Endou's arms. Then she started walking up to Chairman Kinzan.
Shōko: "I'll like to apologize, my daughter is the one who caused this."
Kinzan: "Hmph, is that so? Well then... how do you expect to fix all of this?"
Shōko: "I'll gladly pay the expenses for the field if you want, but I ask you forgive my daughter."
Fuyukai: "Who is your daughter?"
Shōko: "She's currently unconscious in Coach Endou-kun's arms."
Shōko stepped back and both Kinzan and Fuyukai saw Shirabe.
Kinzan: ! "Y-You're the mother of S-Saegusa?"
Fuyukai: "T-Then you are..."
Shōko simply smiled at them.
Shōko: "Please, don't think of it this way. I'd be happy to discuss the situation but in a more suitable place."
Kinzan: "O-Of course... shall we go to my office?"
Shōko: "I'd be glad to."
Shōko turned around to everyone.
Shōko: "Kidou-kun, Haruna-san please take care of everyone for me."
Haruna: "Of course!"
Kidou: "Yeah."
Shōko smiled to them before looking up where Shindou was.
Shōko: "You too! There's no need to hide, Sumi-chan!"
Sumire walked up from behind Shindou.
Sumire: "I wasn't really hiding..."
Shōko: "Hehe, Sumi-chan could you take care of Kirara-chan for me?"
Kirara: "Eh?"
Sumire: *sigh* "Okay!"
Shōko nodded to Sumire before following Chairman Kinzan and Fuyukai. Sumire came down to the field and walked up to Kirara.
Sumire: "Come on, you're coming in the clubroom with everyone."
Kirara: "W-Why..."
Sumire sighed before turning her back to Kirara.
Kirara: "What..."
Sumire: "This is the easiest way to carry you. Come on hop on."
Kirara hesitated for a moment before getting on Sumire's back and being carried in a piggyback.
*Inside the clubroom*
Sumire: "Kirara, Miria we'll treat you two in the girl's locker room. Come on."
Miria: "Okay!"
Kirara: "Not like I do much about it..."
After Sumire, Miria, and Kirara went to the girl's locker room everyone else went to get treated too. Shindou looked over to where Endou was and watched as he placed Shirabe on the sofa. She was still asleep.
Shindou: "...Coach Endou."
Endou: "What is it Shindou?"
Shindou: "Who was that?"
Everyone turned their attention at the question.
Endou: "She didn't tell you anything did she?"
Shindou: "No..."
Kidou: "What do you mean?"
Endou: "Shōko-san told she went to visit Shindou but I never thought she would bring you here."
Haruna: "Shōko-san went to see you at the hospital, Shindou-kun?"
Shindou: "Yes... I was unsure of her at first but... well..."
Endou: "You don't have to explain, we understand. Shōko-san is like that..."
Tenma: "What do you mean, like that?"
Endou, Haruna, Kidou: "....."
Haruna: "Let's just say being in the hospital isn't really Shōko-san's thing..."
Everyone: ???
Sumire: "We're done."
Endou: "Already?"
Sumire: "The injuries weren't that bad actually."
Aoi: "It's true... everyone isn't in that bad shape."
Haruna: "Eh? But how...?"
Shōko: "That's because Shirabe was holding back."
Sumire: "Shōko, is your meeting over already?"
Shōko: "Mhm, they weren't that mad for long. Everything should be fine."
Kidou: "What do you mean Shirabe was holding back?"
Shōko: "Hehe, Shirabe honestly cares for everyone here. But it was more like she was hesitating to hurt all of you. That's why the injuries aren't so serious."
Haruna: "I see..."
Shōko: "Now then... I'm sure all of you are quite confused."
Shōko turned to Shindou and gave an apologetic smile.
Shōko: "Sorry I brought you with me, Shindou-kun."
Shindou: "Not at all..."
Shōko: "Let me introduce myself, I'm Saegusa Shōko, Shirabe's mother and an old friend of Endou-kun, Kidou-kun, Haruna-san, and Sumi-chan."
Tenma, Shinsuke, and Hikaru: "Sumi-chan?"
Shōko: "Hehe, Sumire-chan. She lets me call her that."
Miria: Shirabe-chan's Mother...
Kirara: "You were Shirabe's Mother..."
Shōko: "Hehe, yes. I'm sorry for not telling you the first time we met, Kirara-chan."
Kirara: "N-No I should be apologizing... I embarrassed myself the first time we met..."
Kirara covered her face that was red.
Shirabe: "Ugh..."
Everyone turned to Shirabe who was groaning in her sleep.
Kirara: "Shirabe?!"
Kirara quickly ran and looked over the sofa.
Shirabe: "No....I...ugh..."
Shōko walked over and kneed down to the side of sofa. She placed her hand on top of Shirabe's and whispered.
Shōko: "...Shirabe, it's just a dream."
Shirabe: !
Shirabe immediately opened her eyes and looked up.
Kirara: "Shirabe...!"
Shirabe: "...Kiri-chan? ...Mom..." !
Shirabe quickly sat up. Then she looked around her and saw everyone.
Shirabe: "....."
Shirabe avoided eye contact with everyone and quickly ran out of the clubroom with Kirara quickly running after her.
Miria: "Shirabe-chan, Kirara-chan!"
Shōko: "Leave them be."
Miria: "Eh?"
Shōko: "Those two need some time alone."
Shōko looked up at the door before sitting down.
Shōko: "Now then... I want to tell you all something."
Tenma: "Something to tell us?"
Shōko: "...Yes, Shirabe's past."
Shinsuke: "W-Why are you going to tell us something so important?"
Shōko: "...Because I believe you all can change Shirabe and make her happy."
Everyone became quiet. Shōko let out a sigh.
Shōko: "The first thing you should know is..."
Shōko looked up at everyone seriously.
Shōko: "I'm not Shirabe's real mother."
