"Of course mom! I love her so much and I know that she loves me back!" I exclaimed and mom sighed
"Alright alright! But a trip to France... Don't you think it's too much?" Mary mom asked and I sighed
"She deserves it mom. She's really amazing! I'm going to propose her to a place where I know that she will like" I exclaimed and My second mom smiled
"Alright Kaeden, tell us how it goes, okay?" She said

"It's so pretty, I love it here" Kylie squeaked, removing her phone to take picture of the Eifel tower and I smiled softly
"Um Kylie...?" I said nervously making her look at me

"Kaeden... I'm sorry but no" she said and I gulped
My heart started beating faster and I got up awkwardly

"Quelle pute! You don't deserve him" An annoyed voice mumbled next to me and I blinked, twisting to my right to see a guy with brown hair. He had a French accent and a soft voice
"Excuse you?" Kylie said and the guy rolled his eyes
"Couldn't you have found a better reason to deny him? Seriously, that man is wrapped around your fingers. Don't tell me that you didn't notice how much he loves you! You feel bad? Bitch please, your face looks like you pity yourself" He hissed and Kylie narrowed her eyes
"I didn't tell him to buy me a ring!" She exclaimed as a defence and the guy scowled, turning to face me
That was the most ridiculous excuse I've ever heard.
"She told you that she loves you... Right? What kind of love did you think it was?" The guy asked
"There's only one kind of love" I whispered and the guy nodded
"Exactly. Oh and I would understand if she wasn't ready. I would have also understood if she said that she hasn't imagine a life with you yet. But that bitch literally said that she knew she was never gonna be with you. Oi, you think a ticket to France is like a cent? You gold digger, couldn't you have broken up with him before?" The guy hissed and Kylie turned to look at me
"Are you going to let him talk to me like that?" Kylie asked without a hint of guilt and I looked down
"Kylie... Be honest... Why were you with me for 3 years?" I asked softly and she sighed
"Because you provided me with everything. You paid for my food and you buy me things. I get to travel a lot and you're hot as fuck. Isn't that every girl's dream?" She said with a smile and I felt tears sting my eyes

"Oh I'm gonna kill you! I want to take that ring he bought and choke you with it! Girl, are you sane? What in the world is wrong with you?" The guy said in anger before taking his hand in mine
He squeezed my hand softly and smiled warmly at me
"Let's go! She doesn't deserve you" He pouted, pulling me away
Kylie started yelling at me, asking me to come back but I just allowed a random dude to pull me somewhere
"What's your name?" He asked softly, placing his hand inside his pocket
"Kaeden" I said and he nodded
"I'm Cédrik, Cédrik Joan. So... A bar just opened.. Wanna check it out with me?" He asked, wiggling his eyebrows and I frowned
"I don't drink" I said and he giggled cutely
"Neither do I!! My case is quite similar to you. My boyfriend cheated on me last week" He whined and I frowned
"Really? Why? You are perfect" I asked in confusion and he grinned
"I know! I am perfect!! Even I don't understand why he cheated on me" He mumbled
"Let's drown our sorrow!! Shall we?" He asked as we stood in front of the bar and I took a deep breath
"Why not?" I said before texting my parents about what happened.

"I... I loved her a lottt" I trailed and Cédrik sighed, taking a sip of his drink
"I love him too...yet, they stepped on us. We don't deserve this" He mumbled and I nodded
"Yeah.. I wanted to blame myself like always. I always blame myself for things.. I don't want to be that guy anymore" I mumbled, swallowing the whole glass of alcohol before asking for another one
"What's your favourite colour?" Cédrik asked and I bit my lips
"Green!" I answered and he smirked
"Mine is blue like your eyes" He said with a giggle and I chuckled when he fell from his chair
He pouted while I helped him to get up. He rubbed his cute bum and sniffed in fake hurt
"Kaeden, stop laughing" He whined, sitting on the chair again
"You're drunk aren't you?" I said and he giggled, taking his third glass of Beer
"Maybeee, Oo I wanna see the stars! You know about constellations? I love them a lot like, they're sooo pretty. My favorite is that of the woman!" He said and I rose an eyebrow
"Woman?" I asked and he nodded
"Yup! It's the W, remember it" He slurred and I laughed
"Alright I'll remember ! By the way, what type of flowers do you like? Maybe I'll buy one for you to thank you" I said and he giggled, taking a sip of his drink
"Sunflower! Paul used to buy me a lot of them. He knew it would always put a smile on my face... I loved him so much, you know?" He whispered and I clenched my fist on seeing tears in his eyes
He placed his head on the counter and sniffed
"Kaeden... Was I wrong? I have given him everything. What's wrong with me? Am I not pretty enough?" He whimpered and I quickly shook my head, placing my head on the table to stare at him

"Don't say that, you're sooo pretty" I replied honestly and he sniffed
"Really?" He asked and I growled, sitting up before pulling him towards me

I groaned at the strange noise and when I opened my eyes, I stared around to see a white room. My vision was really blurry and my head my pounding. I felt breathing a bit difficult and my head as well as face was wrapped with bandages

"Ah you are awake, Can you hear me?" A weird man asked and I blinked

"Y-yeah" I answered, my own voice sounding unfamiliar to my ears
"Good, do you remember what happened?" He asked and I opened my mouth, no sound coming out

"Hey hey, shh, Whether you're Kaeden or not.. We'll still love you. Okay? I promise you, Kaeden or not, you're still our son" the man said and I sniffed
"I am?" I asked and the two ladies held my hand

I could hear a giggle and when my vision started to ge clearer, I saw the sight of a pretty guy stare at me
