Rachel's p.o.v
When Cam took off that blind fold my heart dropped I was standing in Cheer Athletics the cheer gym of Jaime Andries I started to scream on the inside with joy!
"Ok now this explains the outfit." I giggled.
The next words that came out if his mouth was literally the best sentences I've ever heard. "So I know you like Jaime Andries and all so I got you a slot for about 2 hours where you can tumble with her and I even maybe got you a spot on the team Cheetahs." Cam finished his sentence with the twirling of his fingers and a smile.
5 minutes later the Jaime Andries walked over to me. " You must be Rachel Caniff I heard your an amazing cheerleader and I can't wait to spend theses next few hours together."
•3 hours later•
I had the best time I tumbled with Jaime and practiced with the cheetahs Cam had to practully drag me out of there.
When we got back to the hotel we went to Cam's room to find all the guys past out in front of the tv. I was thirsty so I went to get some water.
I quickly told Cam "I'll be right back I'm going to the vending machine to get some water want anything?"
"Yea get me water."
"Ok and one more thing got any money?" I said rubbing my hands together.
He looked at me and smiled "bitch" he chuckled and threw A five dollar bill at me.
I opened the door and walked down the hall.
I wasn't even like five steps away from the door when I tripped and fell. I laughed to myself and tried to get up but I couldn't. I panicked. I started to freak out.
" CAM CAMERON HELP ME."
I pleaded I was crying and kept screaming his name finally after about three minutes he came running towards me "help me" were the last words I remember saying before everything went

Cameron p.o.v
I was in my room waiting for Rachel to get back from getting me a water. I was sitting in my bed on my phone. Then I heard my name being screamed. I threw my phone across the room and sadly the window was open so it flung out the window I awed but ran to the person calling my name and I knew who it was Rachel.
When I got to her she was laying on the ground sobbing I heard a whisper come out of her mouth and could just make out the words "help me." Then she closed her eyes
I looked down to examine her body to see what was wrong I looked all around and then when I got to her ankle I teared up. It was defiantly broken. Swollen, black and blue, purple just it looked so bad.
I didn't know what to do I lost my phone it was now somewhere on the streets of Texas. Rachel didn't have her phone with her Taylor had it. I could go wake up one of the boys... No no that would just take a long time. I looked back down at Rachel's ankle it just looked so bad she needed to get to a hospital. I picked her up bridal style and ran down the stairs.
When I got to the lobby I screamed in tears
"WHERES THE NEAREST HOSPITAL I NEED TO GET THERE FAST!!"
The lady who was at the front desk said "just take a right out of here and go all the way down then take a left and your there, do you need a ride I'll call a taxi."
" Thank you and no." I didn't have time to wait around for a taxi and bolted out if the hotel and ran for the hospital I needed Rachel to be ok. I mean she was my best friend but maybe she was even more to me.
I walked in threw the emergency room doors and ran to the nearest doctor.
"I need help she fell and messed up her ankle and is unconscious."
"This way sir, and do you happen to be a family member?"
"I'm practically her brother."
I said as we walked into the room. The doctor motioned me to put her on the bed then sit in the chair so I did so.
While he was looking at her ankle I remembered I never told any if the boys where we were.
"Excuse me." I said clearing my throat.
" is there a phone I could borrow?"
"Yes just right outside the door." I shot him a quick nod and walked to the phone.
I quickly dialed Nash's phone number.
"Come on pick up!" I whispered while impatiently tapping my foot. Finally I heard Nash's voice.
"Hello..Cam? Where are you?"
"I was just calling to explain I'm at the hospital Rachel fell and I think she broke her ankle and is unconscious and neither of us had our phones long story short I accidentally threw mine out the window. But anyways I rushed her to the hospital and now were here and I just wanted to tell you where I was."
"Me and the boys are on our way see you in a few minutes."
A few moments later the boys arrived and surprisingly they let us all in the room at once. We all sat around Rachel saying nothing just silently praying to god that she'll be ok. Then Matt finally spoke braking the silence with a huff
"She looks so helpless like the life sucked out of her."
"She was always the one to brighten the mood." Nash said with a sigh
"Umm guys..?" Taylor said " she's not dead ya know."
I chuckled at Taylor's comment. "Hey guys maybe we should get her a gift."
"Yea! Like one of those huge stuffed animals!!" Dillon suggested jumping up from where he was pooping.
"That would work." I said running my hand threw my hair.
"We should get her a huge stuffed animal dog, since it's her fav animal!" Taylor threw in.
"Here's the game plan I'll stay here with Matt and Nash and the rest of you go get the stuffed animal."
They all gave me a thumbs up and walked out the door.
I interlocked me and Rachel's hand and softly whispered "please wake up." And placed a gentle kiss on her forehead.
Everything was dark. "Why? I want to see the light!!! Come on stupid self wake up! Ughh. What even happened!? Is Cam ok? Where's my phone? Why is it still dark?! TAYLOR!? CAM!?? NASH!?! MATT!? My foot hurts. Why am I asking so many questions?!? Come on wake up. Wake up. Ok self if you don't want to wake up fine. You'll never see Jaime again or cheer on the cheetahs or see your friends. Wait. Why am I arguing with my self? I think I'm mentally ill. Great. Do I hear an ostrich? Now I'm just going crazy. I'm hungry. Ugg I'm annoyed with my self. Do I smell cookies? I want Starbucks? Now Rachel wants some candy. Wait wait why was I just talking in third person? Being unconscious is just stupid. Did I just hear a dinosaur... And there it goes again." My eyes flicked opened to see Matt waking around like a Dino and screaming like one I muttered to myself " he was probally the dinosaur I heard."
I was happy to see the light again. It looked as none of the guys knew I was awake yet. I tried to speak up but nothing came out I couldn't talk. I tried to move my left ankle but it wouldn't budge and hurt to move.
I looked down at my hand to see it intertwined with Cam's I shook my hand with the little energy I had. His head turned and mouth dropped opened he looked as he was about to say something but nothing came out. His gorgeous brown eyes stared into my green eyes. I saw a tear fall from one eye. "R rr Rachel.." He studded Matt walked over and did a dinosaur rawer and fell to the ground.
Finally words came out of my mouth like a rush of water "Wow it's finally good to see the light and be able to talk again, I never want to be unconscious again. It happens to be the worst thing ever."
"No Rachel the worst thing ever would be losing you."
Cam said looking me straight in the eyes. I blushed so hard my face probably looked like an erupting volcano.
"So, what's wrong with me?" I asked wincing at the pain in my foot.
Matt jumped up from off the floor and walked over to a table and grabbed a clipboard. " Well hello, my name is Doctor Espinosa and I am your doctor." Matt said this in a very serious voice, that I had to giggle at.
" Well Doctor Espinosa what is wrong with my foot?"
"It says here on this very clip board the your foot is broken and you will be in a cast for 4-6 months."
I had no words I couldn't believe what I was hearing. I was going to be in a cast for 4-6 months!!
"Dr. Espinosa am I gonna have to wear crutches?"
"First off you don't wear churches."
I interrupted his sentence "am I going to have to use crouches?"
"Yes."
Just as I was going to say something, a group of people burst threw the door. It was the rest of the boys.
"Hey guys!" I said my voice still a little week.
"Rachel!!" They all cheered "We got u a present!!!" They all said at once with huge smiles.
"Close your eyes." Taylor said in a baby voice. I rolled my eyes and covered them with my hands.
"1...2...3!!" I heard them all scream. The next thing I know there was a big fluffy thing on top of me. I open my eyes and see a huge stuffed animal dog.
"Aww guys I love it!"
We talked for a little while then one of the boys got a text message. "Guys it's Bart."
Nash said looking upset.
"He's wondering where we are."
"Why does he care?" Matt asked curiously
"He cares because Magcon starts in 10 minutes and there's hundreds of girls waiting in lines to see us!!"
"Ohh.."
" Well you guys need to get to Magcon, go, go shoo." I said doing the little shoo hand motion.
" But Rachel we can't leave you." Matt said looking all sad.
"Yes you can it's not like I can walk!"
"Fine." Matt said "I warned you, ur gonna be bored!"
They all walked out the doors leaving me by myself. I sighed it's boring being left alone to die. Well not really die but that's what it feels like.
After 4 minutes of being alone I wasn't anymore. Cam walked threw the door. " Cam aren't you suppose to be at Magcon?"
"Yeah but I couldn't leave you here, I told Bart what happened and he said I could come back to be here with you."
"That was nice of him even though he never does anything nice." I muttered to myself.
Cameron came over and started to play with my hair, which was very soothing because I ended up falling asleep.
I was woken by two people talking. I open my eyes and see the doctor talking to Cam.
"Ahh Miss Rachel you seem to be awake now I see." Jesus I wanted to laugh so hard, he sounded just like Dracula. Holding in my laughter I spoke. "Yes, umm... when do I get my cast?"
"We can do it right now if you would like."
"That would be perfect."
" What color would you like?"
"Ummm.. Blue please." I said with a smile.
About an hour later the big lump of a cast was on my left foot. "Ugh this is gonna be a long trip."
Cam grabbed my crutches and helped me off the bed. We got into a taxi and drove back to the hotel.
When we got to the hotel Cam picked me up and walked into the elevator. He was such a gentleman. We were alone is the elevator. It was very quiet. Until Cam spoke up. He looked a little nervous.
"So Rachel, we've been threw so much together and have know each other for so long and were connected like one and I am just in love with you and everything about you, when I see you it brightens my day, you are my world."
I started tearing up, " Cam you are the only person I have ever loved this much, it's just crazy about how much you care about me I felt as if no one did, you are also my whole world if you were ever gone I would fall apart."
At this point I was balling my eyes out. Cam pulled me into a hug and kissed my forehead. " I love you Rachel and I want to be together with you for the rest of my life."
"Cam I would love to spend the rest of my life with you, only if you get me a puppy."
"If it makes you happy and I can be with you forever I will get you a puppy."
There were no words to answer him only motions. I put my lips onto his kissing him. There was this feeling I have never felt before inside of me it was true love and happiness.
When we got up to the hotel room we went into my room. I flopped onto the bed and let out a big sigh.
I heard drawers being opened and closed. I sat up and looked at Cam.
"What the hell are you doing?"
"Ohh yea I forgot to tell you..."
"Tell me what?"
"Well.. The next Magcon is in Tampa Florida and I was going to leave early and bring you with me so we can have an extra week in Florida to just hang."
"Is anyone else coming."
" Yea Taylor well he's already in Florida with his new girlfriend Hannah, also Matt and Dylan who are up there with Taylor. "
"Wait Taylor has a girlfriend!?" I was puzzled "humph she must be dorky."
"Maybe she is maybe she isn't, all I know is dorky isn't bad I mean your dating a dorky person yourself." Cam said pointing to himself.
"You are such a dork" I said laughing.
"But I'm your dork." Cam said kissing me. I smiled "finish packing my stuff." I said groaning.
"Why me!?!"
"Cuz I have this thing on my foot!" I said holding my foot in the air and waving it.
"Fine but I better get paid for this."
"You'll get paid when you buy me a puppy."
"Jezz you and your puppy."
After Cam finished packing my stuff, we sat down and watched a movie together. We watched one of my favorite movies if I stay. Which I cried throughout the whole movie. When it was time to head to the airport I struggled getting up and had to have Cam help me.
"I feel like an old person."
"I feel like servant."
"Since I'm gonna be in this cast for like forever you shall be my servant." I said smiling.
"Cam you said Taylor was already in Florida right?"
"Yea why?"
"Did he happen to drop my phone off because last time I had it I gave it to him and never got it back."
"Oh yeah he gave it to me, here you go."
Cam handed me my precious baby.
"My baby don't ever leave me again!" I said kissing my phone.
We boarded the plane, I got the window seat, my favorite seat of all. I took out my phone and plugged in my headphones. The song rip blasted in my ears.

I feel into a light slumber on Cams shoulder.
I was awoken by I wet thing on my nose. I open my eyes and see Cam drooling on me.
"Ewwwww..." I groaned "That's disgusting." I said brushing Cameron's slobber of me.
"What's wrong?" Cam said stretching in his seat
"You were slobbering all over me like a basset hound."
"Sorry I was just having the best dream ever."
"I was too until your slobber awoke me."
"We've got about 10 minutes till we land, so what was your dream about." Cam said rapping his arm around me.
"Well.." I said snuggling close into him.h
"In my dream you come back to the hotel with a gray fluff ball in your hand witch turned out to be a husky, my favorite kind of dog." I said smiling up at Cam and winking.
"Like I said before you and this dog thing!" He chuckled and continued to talk. "In my dream I was eating this delicious crunchy taco." Cam finished with a lick of his lips.
"How about when we land I'll get you a crunchy taco." I said kissing him on the cheek.
"And maybe I might get you that dog." Cameron said smirking.
