In 4th part we read that cid found one injured person. From kavi conversation we know that there is some relation of kavi and person....so let's start
In hospital:
Nikhil is outside the ward. The injured person is still unconscious.
Nurse came to Nikhil said that doc called you. Nikhil went toward the doc.
Inside the ward:
There is small dark and one person enter with empty wheel chair and person drag that injured person on wheel chair and went from there.
Suddenly ward boy saw that someone left in the lift with injured person. He called nikhil. Nikhil searched whole hospital but nowhere found that person.
Inside unknown house:
Same person take entry with injured person. Girl come toward him.
Girl: tum isse yaha kyu laye ... Agar kisi ko pata chala to
Person: aur kaha le jata ...aur purvi iska ilaj bhi to krna hai.
Ya you are right this house is of purvi and guess that person... I know you will guess correctly
Purvi: par Kavin... Tumhe kisine dekha to nhi...
Kavin: cid se nafrat hai ... Par akhir hu to cid officer...

They take injured person to room and close the door of room. Purvi continuously staring the injured person..

He gave phone to him and went outside.

In purvi's home:
Kavin went and Purvi is sitting beside that person.
Purvi: sorry abhay .... Ye sab hamare wajah se ho raha hai ... Par abb bas tumne hamare liye bohot kuch kr liya abb hum tumhe risk me nhi daal sakte ... 3 saal pahale hume laga ki tum shayad nhi rahe.. Slowly person became conscious.
Abhay: tum... Tum yaha kya kr rahi ho ..aur ye hum kaha hai...
Purvi: relax abhay ye mera ghar hai.

Purvi: tum aram kro...mai kavin ko call krti hu

Purvi called kavin. After some time kavin came to purvi's home.
Kavin (while entering): abb thik hai wo
Purvi (assuring): haaa

Kavin (with concern): abb kaise ho..

Flashback:
Before 3 years purvi enter to cid and abhay follow her actually Kavin had given him that duty for her safety..
Abhay was following purvi's car....purvi was returning from head office with due letter when some people stop her car and drag her to unknown place where abhay follows them
Goon: kyu aayi hai tu yaha..

Goon: badla lene aayi hai na tu ...par tuze pata nhi.. Ki usane hume supari di hai..tuze kya laga 7 saal hogaye to boss tuze pahechanega nhi.
Goon: bomb laga diya na

Goon : thik hai abb chalate hai yaha se
But abhay thrown smoke pipe there in that place so all goons became unconscious..
He drag purvi in the car. But he unaware of that one goon saw him but that goon also unaware of that purvi is also inside the car he thought that only abhay is in the car and he saw there faces so the he have to kill abhay.
But there is sudden boom.
Goon(on call): bhai vo ladki to maar gayi par..ek ladke ne hume dekh liya ..wo use bachane aaya tha
Person (on call): usse pakado..jinda ..
Vahi batayega uske do aur sathi kaha hai..
Goons are following to abhay purvi is still unconscious. He stopped car and drag purvi in jungle so she can be safe from goon but when return toward car goon caught him. He tried to free himself but there is sudden boom again that is due to goon's car had boom so they get injured.
At same time purvi became conscious walk toward sound she saw the there are many bodies lying in the pool of blood. She try to find abhay but she failed. So she went from there and concludes that abhay also died.
She called kavin and told him that and he said he will handle you just take care.
Flashback end:
Abhay: par mai jinda tha ...jis gunde ke sath meri fight chal rahi thi ..wo aur mai bomb ke dhamakese uss khai me kude the ...mujhe chot aayi thi aur mai behosh hogaya...usne mujhe fir kaid kr liya...use pata chal gaya tha uske boss ne uske sath dokha kia ...par use lagta tha ki Purvi mar gayi aur mai akela rasta hu kavin tak pahuch ne ka to mujhe jinda rakha..
Purvi: sorry abhay hume laga tha..ki..Hume sachme nhi pata that warna tumhe bachate
Abhay: koi nhi...par tuzpe dubara hamla nhi hua kyu
Purvi: shayad wo India wapas aaya hi nhi...uske siwa aur koi hume yaha pahechanta nhi
Kavin: par abb wakt aagaya hai Jo 10 saal pahale hua uska badla hum leke rahenge
Abhay: mai bhi ready hu..
Purvi: thik hai tu aram kr kal baat krte hai
Kavin: bye
