Marinette and Chat Noir were dating, but there were several akuma attacks, and all the akumatized villains were attacking Marinette. That's why Marinette and Chat Noir were both facing difficulty.
That night...
"Oh! Tikki! I wonder why are all the villains attacking me? Shouldn't they be after Ladybug and Chat Noir? Instead, why are they attacking me, I mean, I know that I am Ladybug but no one other than me knows that, not even Chat Noir."
"Marinette! What if Hawkmoth knows that Chat Noir is dating you?" Tikki said worriedly.
"There's no way, he will know it. No one knows that except me and Chat!"
Tikki just shrugged. Marinette sighed. She was feeling exhausted after all these akuma attacks and now she needed nothing more than a peaceful sleep. She went to bed, pulled her blankets and was just going to sleep when she heard a 'CRAAAAACK!' noise coming from outside.
She sighed.
"Another attack! Doesn't Hawkmoth sleep at night? Well, if he doesn't then, he should atleast let others sleep." Marinette groaned.
"Well! Tikki, Spots --" She was cut off by the noise of breaking of a glass. She turned around and saw that the villain had entered through her trapdoor.
"Oh! Hello little girl! I am vinegirl! You will come in handy for Chat Noir's miraculous." The villain laughed hideously.
This was it. Hawkmoth knew that they were dating, and now he was using Marinette as a bait to get Chat Noir's miraculous.
"Great! Tikki was right." Marinette muttered.
The villain caught Marinette in one of her vines and then started calling out for Chat Noir.
Chat Noir showed up and his eyes widened at the sight of Marinette, being caught up in thorny vines.
"Marinette!!! Vinegirl, put her down, right now." Chat Noir growled.
"As if, I will listen to you! I work for Hawkmoth not for you, silly kitty! Yes! I can make a deal! You give me your miraculous and I will give you the girl." She said.
"Never, will I give my miraculous, you tell this to hawkmoth." Chat Noir replied.
"Okay, then, watch the girl die!! Muahahaaa!" She started squeezing Marinette hard with her thorny vines."
" Ladybug, where are you????" Chat Noir said silently.
"Chat Noir, you just distract her, I will try my best to get out of her grip." Marinette shouted.
"Haha! That's not going to happen! No on e cn break my vines."
Chat noir did as Marinette told him to. He started to distract her. Meanwhile, Marinette said , "Tikki! Can you undo the vines?"
"Yes! I surely can!" Tikki went through the vines and cut through them. Now Marinette was free. She went to a safer place, where no one can see her transform.
"Tikki, spots on!" With that, she became Ladybug.
"Hey! Vinegirl! It's not good to disturb everyone's sleep at night."
"Oh! Ladybug! I was wondering where you have gone! Perhaps , you were hiding or something. Hahahahahaa!!"
"I was not hiding! I was just uhm... stuck?" Her answer rather came in a questioning tone.
"Hey! vinegirl! Would you like a good cat and bug fight?" Chat Noir said.
" Huh! I can defeat both of you very easily!"
"You think that??" Ladybug said.
While, they were fighting, Ladybug noticed her hairpin, it was the only thing that was red, except that every part of her body was green.
"Chat! The hairpin, that's where the akuma is."
Chat Noir started distracting her while she sent her thorny vines after him. Then Ladybug called out ," LUCKY CHARM!" It gave her a rope.
"What should I do with this?" Ladybug tried to figure it out.
Meanwhile Chat Noir and Vinegirl were having a good cat fight.
"Chat Noir, leave her to me!" Ladybug said.
"As you wish, m'lady!" Ladybug then started to run making sure that vinegirl was following her.
"You can run, but you can't hide, Ladybug!" Vinegirl said.
In the meantime, Ladybug had tied her rope to the two poles in such a way that anyone who would pass from between the poles would fall. She had benefits because, it was dark and the rope couldn't be seen and it seemed like Vinegirl had fallen right into her trap.
She was coming closer to the spot where ladybug was hiding, and then she fell hard on the ground.
Ladybug took the advantage and quickly ran up to her. She took out the hairpin and broke it.
"No more evil doings for you, little akuma....."
She caught the akuma in her yo yo.
"Gotcha! Bye, bye little butterfly!" She released the akuma and then threw her rope into the air and said, " Miraculous Ladybug!"
Just then, Chat Noir arrived and worriedly asked, "Where is Marinette?"
"Uhm... my miraculous ladybug, fixes everything, so she will probably be in her room, safe and sound.
"Okay! Ladybug, gotta go!" Ladybug knew where chat was heading.
She quickly took the shortest shortcut and reached her room, panting.
Just then, a knock came on her trapdoor.
"Come in! Kitty!" She said.
He came in and hugged Marinette so tightly that she could barely breath.
"Okay! Kitty! Now calm down! I'm alright!" She said.
"Oh! I was so scared! Why are these supervillains running after you, princess?"
"I guess, I know the reason." She sighed.
"Hawkmoth probably knows that we are dating and so he is using me as a bait to get your miraculous."
"What? But no one knows."
"I know, but he got to know somehow." Marinette shrugged. She knew what would happen next.
"Okay! Now this is too dangerous! I think we should stop seeing each other. In that way, Hawkmoth will not be able to use you as a bait for me." He sighed.
"I know that this is going to be very difficult, but I can't bear the thought of losing my precious princess, you are my life, princess but we have to stop. In this way, you'll be safe." Tears were starting to form in his eyes.
"I understand, mon minou, but promise, you'll not abandon me."
"Me-ouch! Princess, you hurt me. How can I abandon you? You are my precious girlfriend.
They both laughed heartily at the joke, but it was the last laugh, as per Marinette's thought.
At the time of leaving, they both placed a fake smile on their faces, and with that Chat finally left.
'Goodbye' were the last words he said. Marinette watched as his black silhouette faded away in the dark. Then eventually, sadness overtook her. She didn't expect her relationship to end like this. Why did life has to be so difficult? First Adrien, rejected her and now this.
Her vision was blurred by the tears which were beginning to form in her eyes.
Oh! Poor Marinette! I assure you, everything will be alright! Anyways! Today I had a maths test... so I skipped a lot of detail... But if you found it interesting, then:
