Ji Fan woke up in the morning and went into the kitchen to help in making breakfast. Song Qi was already in the kitchen. Ji Fan came close to Song Qi and said,
"How should I help you?"
'Please order me to do work like you always do.'
Song Qi looked at Ji Fan's tensed face and smiled,
"No sir, how can I ask a guest to do work? You should just go out while I bring your breakfast."
Ji Fan gave sigh,
"Qi'er! You are still on it. Come on, Let it go."
Song Qi didn't answer and continued her work. Ji Fan tried to tease her,
"Qi'er, do you want me to stay?"
Song Qi replied while setting up the dish,
"Yes."
Ji Fan didn't expect Song Qi saying that.
"Qi'er, don't you think that you are becoming a little straight forward?"
Song Qi replied,
"I was always like that."
Ji Fan nodded,
"Well that's true...Okay, tell me one thing. Why do you want me to stay?"
Song Qi looked at him and said,
"Let me ask you a question. Do you want to stay?"
Ji Fan wanted to answer,
'Yes I want.'
But his mouth was shut. He just kept looking at Song Qi who was waiting for his answer. When Ji Fan didn't reply Song Qi started working again and said,
"You can ask me the next question when you will answer my first one."
Ji Fan went back to his room and laid on the bed. He said while looking at the roof,
"Should I just stay? If I stay I can help grandfather Lee and Song Qi with this hotel like I am doing now."
He smiled and stood up. When he was changing his clothes, he saw the mark on his left arm. It was a mark that the Demon king gave him. It was only given to royal workers. It was the reason he was here. The Demon king was waiting for his arrival so that he can bring the Golden flower that can save the Demon queen. If he didn't go, the Demon queen will die of her sickness. The mark that he had contained the dragons which represent each clan of the demon world. He saw the dragon which represented the clan of Demon queen and said,
"I will not stay. I cannot let someone die because of me."
After sometime, Ji Fan went downstairs and passed by Song Qi but didn't say anything. While they were eating breakfast, Jiang entered the hotel with his father and brother. Grandfather Lee welcomed them. Jiang introduced Ji Fan to his father. All of them had breakfast. After eating, grandfather Lee took Jiang's father to his room to take some rest. Jiang went close to Ji Fan and said,
"On our way to the hotel, I asked him about the place that is always covered with fog. Some people call it the River forest."
Ji Fan got attentive,
"Yes the River forest. What did he tell you about it?"
Jiang scratched his head.
"He told me the location but I don't remember as I was too tired. But you can ask him yourself."
Ji Fan asked,
"Okay, I will ask him at lunch time."
Ji Fan went back to his room and started packing things. Lei while eating breakfast asked,
"Why are you packing things? Are you leaving?"
Ji Fan replied while packing his stuff,
"Yes, we are leaving as soon as I get the location."
Lei stopped eating and looked at Ji Fan,
"We? Am I leaving with you?"
Ji Fan looked at him and said,
"What do you think?"
Lei gave a sigh,
"Of course, I am."
Ji Fan nodded and said,
"Now all I have to do is to wait till the lunch time."

Song Qi was working in the kitchen with Jiang. She asked Jiang,
"Did you tell Ji Fan about the place covered with fog?"
Jiang looked at Song Qi,
"You mean the River Forest."
Song Qi nodded,
"Yes yes, what did you tell him?"
Jiang made a sad face,
"Actually, I asked my father about it but I forgot the location. So, Big brother Fan will ask my father himself at lunch time."
Song Qi while passing the cut vegetables to Jiang asked,
"So he will ask your father at lunch time."
Jiang nodded. After giving some thought he said,
"I wondered why Big Brother wants to go there?"
Song Qi looked at him.
"Why? Is it a dangerous place?"
Jiang looked at Song Qi and replied,
"Yes Big Sis. My father told me that a group of people went there and only one of them returned and told them that there are monsters there which are twice the size of a person."
Song Qi got tensed. She tried to control her expressions in front of Jiang and said,
"I think he is just asking about it and as you explained the other day that most of the people said that there is nothing but fog"
Jiang nodded.
"I think you are right."
After preparing lunch, Song Qi went into Ji Fan's room. He was not in there. She saw that all of his stuff was packed. She got worried,
"Don't tell me he is trying to leave tonight."
Suddenly, she heard a voice,
"Yes he is."
Song Qi got shocked. She looked towards the window and saw Lei sitting there. She took a step backward and said,
"You! You are that demon who used to haunt this place, aren't you?"
Lei stood up and and replied,
"Yes I am."
Song Qi took a candle stand in her hands and asked,
"What are you doing here?"
Lei replied while sitting on the table,
"I took pity on him and now he is working under me."
Song Qi got a bit relaxed,
"Oh! So now you are Ji Fan's slave."
Lei looked at Song Qi,
"I told you that he is...Oh...forget it."
Song Qi asked while coming a little closer to him,
"Why did you appear in front of me? You could hide as you always do."
Lei replied,
"I know that you know that Ji Fan is a Demon."
Song Qi got surprised,
"How did you..."
Lei interrupted him,
"That day when you got to know that he is a demon. I knew that you were entering in but I just let it happened."
Song Qi got furious,
"You just let that happened? How could you? I could have done something to him. I could have killed him."
Lei looked at her,
"You would have never done that."
Song Qi gave smirk,
"How can you be so sure about that?"
Lei smiled,
"I have been watching you and him. I know how you feel about him."
Song Qi's face turned red.
"What do you mean?"
Lei replied while playing with a fire ball,
"I will leave that up to you. If you want to know anything else I will do you a favour."
Song Qi controlled her expressions and said,
"Yes I want to know about Ji Fan. I was waiting for him to tell me about him but I don't think that I can wait anymore. Tell me why is he planning to go to the River Forest?"
Lei got serious and told him everything.

Ji Fan knocked at Ying's room ( Jiang's father) and entered inside when he was allowed. Ying was sitting in the chair reading a book. Ji Fan went close to him and said,
"I hope that I didn't interrupt your rest."
Ying looked at Ji Fan and smiled,
"Jiang told me about you on our way."
Ji Fan asked him,
"If you don't mind, can you please tell me about the location of the River forest?"
Ying put down the book and said,
"Jiang told me that you are a Demon hunter but you should be careful of that place."
Ji Fan smiled,
"I know but there is something I must have from there which I can tell you. I hope you understand."
Ying nodded his head,
"I can understand. Okay, I will tell you."
He took out a piece of paper and draw the location to the River forest and said,
"It is called the River forest but I have never seen one there. I once went there but it was place covered with fog and nothing else but still I felt scared."
Ji Fan smiled,
"Thank you so much."
Ying also smiled and said,
"Okay now tell us go and have lunch. I am hungry."
Both of them went outside. Jiang was setting the table with his brother. Ji Fan looked around but Song Qi and grandfather Lee both were not there. He asked Jiang,
"Where are grandfather Lee and Qi'er ?"
Jiang looked at him and replied,
"Big Sis came a while ago and asked grandfather Lee to have some talk in private."
After some time, grandfather Lee came downstairs and sat to have lunch. Ying asked him,
"Where is Qi'er ? Is she not going to eat lunch?"
Grandfather Lee smiled and replied,
"Yes, she has some important work to do. After that she will eat."
Ying nodded. Ji Fan kept listening in silence. After lunch, he went into his room and said in anger,
"What is more important than eating lunch? She could have done it after it lunch."
Lei while eating replied,
"Why are you so angry about it?"
Ji Fan looked at him and replied in low voice,
"Because...because it was the last time."
Lei asked Ji Fan,
"Did you get the location?"
Ji Fan nodded.
"Yes and we are leaving tonight."
Lei looked at Ji Fan,
"Are you not going to tell anyone that you are leaving?"
Ji Fan replied,
"It's better that they don't know otherwise it will be difficult for me to go when they will ask me to stay."
At dinner time Ji Fan went into the kitchen. Song Qi was again not there. Grandfather Lee was explaining things to Jiang and his brother. Ji Fan didn't ask about Song Qi. He went outside and started eating dinner. While eating dinner, grandfather Lee kept putting food into Ji Fan's plate. Ji Fan asked,
"Grandfather Lee, why you putting so much into my plate?"
Grandfather Lee gave him a sad smile and replied,
"I never properly thanked you for everything you did for us. I am sorry for that and thank you so much."
Ji Fan forced a smiled and said,
"Grandfather Lee, there is no need to thank me. I am thankful to you that you let me stay here."
Jiang looked at Ji Fan and asked,
"Why are you both talking as if Big brother is going somewhere?"
Ji Fan was going to make an excuse when grandfather Lee hit on Jiang's head and said,
"No one is going anywhere. Eat your dinner, it's getting cold."
After eating dinner, Ji Fan went into his room and wondered,
"Did grandfather Lee know that I was leaving tonight?"
He shook his head,
"No no, it can't be. I didn't tell anyone about it except Lei."
At midnight, he came out of his room with his bag and went into the main hall. When he was leaving the hotel, he suddenly stopped and went upstairs. He stood in front of Song Qi's room and said in a low voice,
"Qi'er! I am sorry that I am leaving without saying good bye to you and everyone else. I know that when you will wake up in the morning, you will get very angry on me but I have to do this. This is for what I was chosen. I am sorry that I have hidden my identity from you but I was scared to tell you about it. I am leaving now. Goodbye and thank you for everything. My days in human world were the best days that I had ever had in my entire life because of you."
He controlled his tears and went outside the hotel. On his way, he was silent. Lei looked at him and said,
"Why are you not saying anything?"
Ji Fan said while looked at the road,
"Qi'er will hate me, right?"
Lei replied,
"Maybe."
Ji Fan continued,
"She will hate me for her entire life, right?"
Lei nodded,
"I think so."
Ji Fan stopped and said,
"Should I go back and tell her everything?"
Lei replied,
"Your choice."
Ji Fan shook his head,
"No no no. I can't do that. She will kill me, right?"
Lei replied while looking in front,
"You should ask her yourself."
Ji Fan got confused. He looked forward and got shocked. Song Qi was sitting on rock beside the road. She was looking up in the sky. Ji Fan smiled at first but then he remembered why he was there and ran towards Song Qi and asked,
"What are you doing here?"
Song Qi looked at Ji Fan smiled. She jumped off the rock and replied,
"Waiting for you."
Ji Fan got surprised,
"How did you know?"
Song Qi took out the box and showed it to Lei,
"Here is your favorite, fish."
Ji Fan looked at Lei who was drooling while looking at the box and said,
"You! You told her? But how could you..."
Song Qi interrupted him and said,
"I know him and your secret too. I was waiting for you to tell me but you didn't. So I had no choice but to follow you. Now let's go."
Ji Fan stopped her.
"You are not going anywhere with us. Okay, that's good if you know that who am I? You should hate me and you should never want to see me again. That's the thing a normal person should do."
Song Qi gave a sigh,
"I thought about those things a long time ago. Now I am fine. Let's go!"
Ji Fan got angry,
"Are you mad?!"
Song Qi nodded,
"I think so."
Ji Fan said with a serious expression,
"Qi'er! Go back."
Song Qi replied with calm expression,
"No I will not."
Ji Fan tried to explain,
"Qi'er, you don't know how much it's dangerous for you to go with us."
Song Qi replied while walking forward,
"I know. I am already prepared for it. I will never regret it."
Ji Fan knew that once Song Qi set her mind on something, she do it no matter what happens but still he tried for the last time,
"Qi'er, you should go back. Look, grandfather Lee will get worried about you."
Song Qi's face expressions changed and became sad,
"He already knows."
Ji Fan got shocked,
"What? And still he let you...?"
Song Qi nodded,
"Yes, I told him everything. He was the one who told me to do what I want."
Ji Fan said with surprised expressions,
"I can't believe it. How can he let you go with me when he knows that who am I?"
Song Qi looked at Ji Fan and said,
"Because he trust you and he trust me. Now if you are done asking, shall we go?"
Ji Fan was still confused. He walked forward while thinking about everything. After a while, he looked at Song Qi and asked,
"Why do you want to come with me?"
Song Qi tried to find and excuse,
"Because....because I don't trust you."
Ji Fan got confused,
"What?"
Lei who walking behind them, gave a sigh,
"There she goes again."
Song Qi continued,
"What if you are planing to destroy the world through that flower?"
Ji Fan gave a smirk and asked,
"And if I am then what are you going to do?"
Song Qi replied,
"Of course, I will stop you."
Ji Fan smiled and said,
"Do you think you can?"
Song Qi confidently replied,
"Yes I can."
Ji Fan asked,
"How?"
Song Qi looked at Ji Fan with scary face and said,
"You will see."
