"Uhm. What?" I asked.
"He kissed you"
"On the cheek" I continued.
"He had his hands around your lower back the whole day" he said.
"He likes pushing your buttons" I shrugged.
"So...you guys are not talking or dating?" He asked.
"I- I...theres something I need to tell you" I said.
"Ok..." he sounds nervous.
"He asked me to be his girlfriend" I rush out the words faster than I can process them myself.
"I know" he grits his teeth.
"I don't know what to-"
"Say no"
"No. I can't just say no. I want to at least think-"
"Theres nothing to think about"

We walked back to the group and I see a horror movie playing on the tv.
"Really?" I asked crossing my arms.
"It was ales choice" they all said pointing at ale.
"Awww c'mon raven" ale said pouting.
"Ugh fiiinnnee" I rolled my eyes and earning a cheeky smile from ale.
We eventually dozed off.
~• the next day •~
Mattia's pov
I woke up with one arm around raven and the other arm on the rest of the bed.
The boys were sleeping on the floor.
I made my way to the kitchen and decided to just make waffles.
I poured the waffle-mix in the waffle maker and closed it.
Just when I closed it, raven came in rubbing her eyes.
"Morning" I said.
"Morning" she mumbled, adjusting her eyes to the light.
"I'm making waffles" I said.
"Ugh I hate waffles" she mumbled again.
"Wtf? Why?" I said.
"Pancakes are better" she replied, shrugging.
I walk up to her slowly while she takes a few steps back, hitting the fridge.
I placed my arms on the fridge, beside her head so she is kinda trapped between my arms.
I leaned in but I didnt kiss her.
I just brushed my lips against hers and whispered.
"Maybe..... I could... change your mind".
Raven's breathing hitched.
"M-mattia..." she breathed out.
"Too fast?" I sighed.
"Mhm" she nods.
"Ok-" I was interrupted by the boys storming into the kitchen.
"Good morn- are we interrupting something?" Roshaun said raising an eyebrow.
Raven quickly slips under my arm.
"Ahem" I clear my throat.
"No were goo-".
"Is something burning?" Alavro asked interrupting me.
"Fuck" I cursed under my breath and removed the, now fully black waffle from the waffle maker.
They all laughed at me.
I made a few new ones and we ate.
Raven's POV
"Theres nothing to think about"
"Ofcourse there is" I told him. Wtf was wrong with him?
"What is there to think about? Do you.." he took his hands to rub the irritation off his face. "Do you..like him? Is that why you dont want to say no?"
"What? No I-..I never said that! I just..." my eyes couldnt meet his again. "I just dont want him to go I guess"
"you cant just let him wait, knowing you dont even like him in that way...that's selfish raven"
That's when I knew...he was right.
I snapped back from my thoughts, chewing on my last waffle.
Mattia noticed my mental absence and gave me a pointed look. I let my eyes meet his giving him an reassuring smile.
•~20 mins later~•
Marcello was about to leave mattia's house until I stopped him. He gave me an confused look but I just smiled at him.
"I want you to know that you mean the world to me.." I start settling my eyes on his.
"Uhm..so do you" he frowned.
"What's going on?"
"A brother. That's what you
are to me" I continue.
"Is that a 'no'?"
"Yes. Goodbye marcello" I hugged him.
"Goodbye raven" he hugged me back and smiled.
Well i guess thats it. Atleast till next summer.
