"Huff, puff. Why is the journey so long, why couldn't Ahsoka live closer" I complained out of breath, I'd been walking all the way to the final selection for a few days and just arrived at the bottom of the mountain. "Atleast I'm here now" I said before continuing going past the colorful trees
(A few minutes later)
As I walked up I noticed half way up the strange looking trees and plants with strange flowers, thanks to Ahsoka I recognised them as wisteria trees which demon's avoid like the plague ended there and normal looking trees decorated the upper half of the mountain.
'The only reason this is here is to stop the demons from going down the mountain, I wonder what happened to whose that imprisoned the demon's here' I thought picking a flower and putting it in my pocket.
As I continued up I found a resting area where a bunch of other people where,someone of them had scars bruises, others looked exhausted'Can't blame them I feel the same but that won't stop me'i thought examining the crowd, most of them had bland black robes some with a few scars here and there.
The only ones that stood out were a guy in a brown outfit, another one in yellow and three girls one dressed in pink, another in purple and the last one a red color.
I decided to approach the two girls that were together "Hello, I'm (y/n) (l/n) nice to meet you, what's you're name?" I asked them both
"I'm Jirou Kyouka, the same" she said playing with the purple chains connected to her ears.
"Sorry about her, I'm Momo Yaoyoruzo it's nice to meet you, are you also trying to become a demon slayer?" she asked with the most warming smile.
"Uh, y-yeah I am I want to become a demon slayer, so I can protect people" I said hoping I didn't stutter too much.
Jirou was a girl with short dark purple hair, about 5 foot tall, with lazy looking onyx eyes, she had a A cup at most with a slim figure but her butt made up for it.
Momo on the other look way too tall and mature for her age with long dark hair, about 5,8,with onyx eyes, she had a D cup which made me seem small in comparison with a curvaceous figure and a butt and thighs to boot.
'Oh, god I hope they didn't catch me staring what is wrong with me, but they do look nice' I thought getting red in the face as I could feel my little friend straining inside my trousers before I turned away to hide my face, thankfully the last person arrived who turned out to be a boy with a blue coat, a fox mask and red hair with a scar on his head.
After that two identical looking girls except one had black hair while the other had white came out to greet us"Everyone... "
'Gah they speak the same time as well that's so unsettling, how can I fight demons if that creeps me out?' I thought before they continued.
"We thank you for coming here tonight" "To the demon slayer corps final selection" they said
"There are demons imprisoned on Mt. Fujikasane, captured alive by the demon slayer swordsmen and unable to leave" The white haired one said.
"That's because, wisteria which demons hate so much, blooms year round from the bottom to halfway up the mountain" The black haired one explained
"However, there's no wisteria from this point on, and so demons abound"
"You'll need to survive seven days here to pass the Final Selection"
"And now be on your way" they finished bowing and left.
'Captured by swordsmen huh, I wonder if Ahsoka captured any here and why-' my line of thought was cut off.
"Seven days if that's the case we'll need to stick together there's no rules about it" Momo said formulating a plan "Do you want to join us (y/n) safety in numbers, right?" she asked.
'Do I join them, I can't always rely on others to help me especially as a demon slayer but safety in numbers? ' I debated
"Sure safety in numbers and maybe we'll need company to stay sane right" I said putting my mask on
"Yeah, let's stick together it would be nice to have some to talk to, nice mask" Jirou said avoiding eye contact

'Let's do this'
(A few days later)
"GET OFF" I shouted at the demon pressing down on my blade, we got attack by a group of demons, Jirou was on the ground barely holding one off while Momo was trying to keep two at bay before both off them pushed her into the tree. 'If I don't help them they'll die, I won't let it happen' I thought before kicking the demon off giving me enough time to throw a kunai at the demon on Jirou stunning it, I turned around and slashed my demons eyes the ran to help Momo.
"You're a nice one, bet you're stasty" one of them said licking Momo's cheeks.
"She she's got a lot of fat on her chest" the other said going for a grab
'Oh that's disgusting,' I thought 'First breath:unknown fire' I dashed forward at incredible speed decapitating both of the demons on her and grabbing the demons hand and shoving it away. "Learn your place filth"
"Oh thank you (y/n)" she said giving me a hug as Jirou decapitated her one,I tried picking up her sword but it's was a bit heavy "Here let me get it" she said before plucking it from my hands and effortlessly resting the dull edge of the blade on her shoulder.
"Thanks for the assist (y/n) it distracted him enough so I could throw him off and finish him, OK last one who gets her" Jirou said getting ready as the demon eye finished healing.
"Let me take this one" Momo said getting ready "Second form:lower smash"she whispered under her breath before slamming her blade down creating a shock wave that broke the ground traveling towards the demon knocking her down before she ran over and pressed the blade on the demons throat. "Any last words?" she asked
"I'll kill you, you over developed who-" she was interrupted as Momo pushed the blade severing the head then kicked it away slightly. "-Re" she finished before dissolving
Jirou pov
(An hour later)
We decided to set up for the night and talking about the fight"Thanks for the save again"i told (y/n)
"No problem you would've done the same for me, although I got to ask, what breathing forms do you use the both of ya?" she asked
"Well I use Rock breathing, it's normally focused on strong and heavy attacks" Momo answered
"I use Flower breathing, I know, I know its funny" I said looking away embarrassed
"Why is it embarrassing because of the name, it doesn't matter as long as you're good at it" (y/n) said making me a blush a deep red
'So kind' I thought
"Oh, yeah how do you use that sword Momo, I thought I got stronger when I trained but that was still pretty heavy" she asked confused
"Oh, well it does require a lot of strength it's one of the reason I use rock breathing, I'm.... stronger than I look" she said averting eye contact. "As for my sword it's not a katana, it's a nodachi it's bigger and heavier than a normal katana and the quality is higher than most as to not break it like when I slammed it down on the ground" she explained

"Cool I use my katana and my wakasashi, what about you Jirou"
"Oh well, I use my katana and these.... their called kusarigamas" I said taking out my weapons.
"I uh, used to live near a farm a got to know how to use them even as weapons and I managed to make a nichirin blade for them" I explained to them.
After charing for a bit we decided I have watch first. "It's actually really cold tonight" (y/n) pointed out
"Well we could heat ourselves up with body heat, you know cuddle together to heat up" Momo suggested
"Okay let's do that" (y/n) said before Momo pulled her down and rested her head own her breast Momo using her chest as a pillow.
After I made sure they were asleep I started look out every once in a while I would look back at them. 'Damn (y/n) looks really confy on Momo's chest, lucky Momo, I wonder if (y/n) likes big boobs more' I thought staring at them 'Momo is sure lucky I'm jealous I can't give (y/n) the same treatment"i thought finishing my shift I woke Momo up"Its your turn now"I whispered to her as to not wake (y/n)
"OK" She said getting up, I liad down and rested my head on (y/n)' s chest as she pulled me closer in her sleep.
'Well astleast I get this' I thought falling asleep.
(Two days later)
(Y/n) pov
We were running as a group of demons came out of nowhere working together"Don't look back they'll catch up if you do"i told them
"Since when do they work together?" Jirou asked
"When they realized its easier to catch people that way" Momo answered
As we were running I felt something bash into me knocking me off the cliff with barely enough time to greb the ledge"(Y/n)!!!!! They shouted
"Keep going ill catch up later don't turn around" I told them as they were chased away. "Maybe I can use a form to land" I breathed in getting ready "Wind breathing ninth form:Idaten typhoon" I said swinging my blade releasing a gust of wind which slowed me down enough to land.
I decided to press considering I couldn't climb up the cliff, not to far away I spotted a the girl in pink from the beginning finishing a demon, although she didn't notice the one sneaking up on her, I decided to help her "First form:unknown fire" I dashed behind the demon and cut his head off before he could react while she finished her one"Are you alright? "I asked her
".... "she wasn't speaking
" OK, how about we team up for a bit and continue moving"i told her and we did so"So what's you're name, I'm (y/n) "I said to which she remained silent "Okay.. ?" she stayed quiet,we continued on until I gave it one last try"Look if we're gonna work together we need to know each others name, please tell me your name"i essentially ordered her
"My name is Kanao Tsuyuri, nice to meet you" she said with a small but cute smile.
Kanao pov
"Kanao huh that's a nice name for a cute girl" she said the last part quietly but I heard it.
I felt my face heat up and something weird in my stomach 'What's going on, am I sick, but how?' I questioned myself but kept my composure as we continued own.
(Y/n) pov
After walking fora bit during which I still tried talking to Kanao, we came to a stop after we heard screaming "Ahhhhh....." we looked around but saw nothing until I looked up and saw someone falling.
"Again, ninth form:idaten typhoon" I released a gust of wind slowing the person, then I sheathed my sword and caught the person in my arms. "Gotcha, seems everyone is falling from the skies but you look like a angel" I joked with her as she blushed pink I then settled down.
"Thank you, I thought I was going to die" she thanked me, but turned around with a scary face"But don't call me an angel got it, Baka"she said turning again blushing.
'Tsundere much, still cute' I thought 'Atleast I get someone to talk to now'
(An hour later)
After walking some more we managed to meet up with Momo and Jirou getting surrounded, we ran in to help well me and Kanao did, Aoi was frozen in a assume fear.
I pressed on to help thin them out until I saw two attack Aoi. "Aoi no, GET OFF OF HER" I shouted throwing my short blade in one's head then cut itt off then stabbed my blade through the other ones throat, he pushed me off but I kicked the hilt halfway severing the head before a grabbing my short blade and finished him. "Aoi, Aoi are you alright?" I asked shaking her.
"Wha .. What y-yeah I'm fine, sorry I just-"
"It's ok at least your fine" I said reassuring her
"(Y/n) thank god your alright, after you fell off the cliff we thought-" Momo said walking over to me, but the ground started breaking beneath our feet till a hand shot out the ground I pushed Momo out the way, then it grabbed my leg and dragged me under ground
"(Y/n)"I heard them shout before the entrance got sealed, I slashed at the arm on my leg forcing it to let go.
"Dammit entrance is sealed, I can only hope the girls open it and the only way is forward, great gonna fight whatever is down here" I said to myself securing my mask and keeping a tight grip on my katana as I walked forward, the cave path wasn't that long but led to a dark wide open area.
"Look what has fallen into my den, a little kitsune cub" I heard a voice say before a large dark figured moved in the back of the cave, I tightened my grip on my sword in preparation of the upcoming battle.
