CHAPTER 4: HAILEY'S POV
There I was sitting in VERY close quarters with who I now know personally, One Direction. Out of the nine people in the back of that limo (five of which I would gladly hop on right now), I'm sitting next to my dad... Wow, just wow. The boys were being quite well behaved, for them. "I would like to say that it is an honor for me to be working with you guys on this tour and I cant wait to get started. I have worked on movie sets with Julianne Hough in Rock of Ages and musicals with Nick Jonas, but never have I gotten the privilege to work with such talented young men. Thank you so much for this opportunity and I'm happy that I can share it with my daughter Hailey. This is going to be an awesome tour guys, cheers!" Taking drinks out of their beer bottles, the boys took turns saying "thank you sir". When Harry said it though, I could see from across the limo a glance and smile toward me. He quickly looked away, but that look make the shakes come back.
I don't think the boys were being rude, but just felt a little awkward talking to me around my dad? So they mingled among themselves about business stuff. I looked down at my phone and saw thirteen text messages. seven from my overprotective, obsessive, controlling boyfriend, and six from my crazy, annoyed, impatient best friend wondering if I died because it really was One Direction my dad was coaching. I really didn't mind keeping Russel informed, so I answered Jaylene first... I'm not actually dead, but its One Direction!!! You don't understand what was going through my head whine I saw them talking to my dad! don't worry girl, I will let you know everything:) P.S. Harry is even sexier in person!! and awkward haha. After skipping Russell's messages i go back to reading them, only to get annoyed...1. Hailey, where are you!? 2. Hello?? 3. Alright this is getting annoying. Answer me bitch. 4. What the hell!? You don't even have the common courtesy to let me know you're ok? Wow... 5. You're ridiculous, I don't even care anymore. Without reading the rest of this nonsense, I answer him... God you are the biggest pain in my ass! I just got off the freaking plane calm down. I'm on the way to our apartments. My life is not revolved around you while I'm here so get used to it. I'll talk to you when I can. I got an immediate response, ok.
Good, no argument. I look up to everyone looking at me, "I'm sorry did i miss something?" I asked while playing it off with a sweet smile. The boys were laughing hard, "Harry repeat your question." My dad said. Harry was talking to me? Well shit... He looked down shaking his head and smiling, "No its alright." Aw man, he probably feels really embarrassed. I completely ignored him, "I'm really sorry, what did you ask?"
