She will go to your right door, the lights can be used to get her to leave.
She will not move if you're looking at her, unless the light is shined on her or if you're wearing the mask.
The mask will fool her.
Get within three blocks and she will kill you even if you are looking at her.
This of course goes out the window if she thinks you touched her eggs. If she finds you near her nest she will move no matter what. She will not go back to normal until she is blocked by the office door, or she kills you.
