Todoroki broke into tears beside Izukus bed.
Little did he know that the green haired boy could hear everything, he just couldnt move or see.
Izuku could feel his heart beat faster as he tried to move. He just couldnt.
Todoroki looked up at the peaceful boy as his heart rate spiked.
"Izu..?"
Izukus heart rate jumped again. He was catching on. The slightly concious boy but all his energy into one thing. His finger.
He couldn't move it. He pleaded. Something. Anything to show him that he was there. One for all...
He powered up his finger. He felt it move a bit.
Todoroki gasped, "he moved! He moved his finger. Are you awake? Can you hear me? I love you.. I miss you. Please wake up" fresh tears rolled down the taller boys cheeks.
Izuku's heart rate went up. He felt so drained of energy. But he showed him he was there.

Todoroki alerted a doctor about what he thought was happening. They looked into it and confirmed that he was partially conscious. He could hear, smell, and feel a little bit but he couldn't see or move.
Izuku felt a warm hand wrap around his own and squeeze it. But when Todoroki or Aizawa and mic weren't there talking to him he was left in the dark void. Alone with his own thoughts. They hammered against his skull. He wanted to cry and scream and yell but he couldn't.
He sat there tortured by his own thoughts and memories for hours at a time. It was hard to sleep because his body was rested, so we was aware of what was happening around him most of the time.

3 days later...
Izuku had been aware but not awake for 3 more days. He hadn't actually slept. And he had no outlet. He felt as if he were going to burst. He just wanted to wake up. He felt his heartbeat increase as his brain fell into a whirlpool of memories. He was starting to breath heavier automatically. He couldn't control it.
He heard todoroki's voice. "Izuku? What's happening- are you okay!? Calm down it's gonna be fine-"
Izuku felt like he was drowing. He couldn't breath, he wasn't getting enough air, but he couldn't control his body.
He felt Todoroki's hand on his forearm and realized he was sweaty. Suddenly, he jolted upwards and light flooded into his eyes. The short boy put a hand over his mouth as he tried to breath. He felt hot tears streaming down his cheeks. A nurse came in and yelled something out the door but he didn't hear it. He was drowning in his own thoughts, being thrown around by waves of unwanted memories.
He felt a cool hand on his forehead and a warm hand on his neck. Todoroki slowly laid him down as the nurse gave him a breathing mask.
Izuku frantically looked over at Todoroki, who was cooling his forehead with his quirk. He shakily and weakly reached for his other hand and squeezed it.
And then he fell back unconscious.
