Headlines : A patient from the City Asylum has committed suicide by jumping off the roof.
According to the sources his name is Jeon Jungkook, he was a high school student who got into the asylum a few days back.
According to the police and the forensic reports it's a mere case of suicide caused by mental disturbances and is not a murder.
The police have also found a note from the scene which said :
Dear Jagiya,

When the whole world is weeping over you.
