Introduction:
My name is Y/N, I wouldn't say that there was anything special about me, I was just a regular guy with a regular life, nothing special
My job is being a personal driver, driving people to their desired location for a fee of 14 dollars per adult, 5 dollars per child, 7 dollars per teenager, a price that is within reason, and good for profit and business
I didn't have a girlfriend or kids or anything, so my life was pretty easygoing, I had little to nothing to worry about
Until, one day...
Y/N's POV:
I sat down on my couch while holding my eviction notice paper in my hands, this shocked me completely, but the reason for my eviction was even more unbelievable, apparently they were going to tear down the apartment to make space for a parking lot for an amusement park that they were going to build as well
"This is unbelievable, now where will I live?" I asked myself, I began to think of my options, however, there weren't many options for me to choose from.
There weren't any apartments or houses around me that were for sale, I couldn't move back in with my parents because once I moved out they told me that I could never move back, and I wouldn't dare to ask any of my "friday friends" to let me stay with them until I could get back on my feet...
I sighed, and stood up from my couch. I put the eviction notice folded away in my left pocket as I walked to my kitchen to get a drink of apple juice from my refrigerator, but once I opened the door to my fridge, I learned that there was no juice in the fridge, in fact, the fridge was completely empty
"Sigh, I guess that I'll be going to the store tonight" I said to myself, since I was already wearing shorts and a shirt, I put on my shoes, and grabbed my wallet along with my apartment keys and car keys. I exited my apartment, and shut the door behind me before locking it.
I exited the apartment building where I could see most of the other tenants putting their belongings in the moving trucks, I could see that they were undoubtedly angry while some of the children looked to be sad as they had to say goodbye to their friends
'That stupid land lady sold the property for 250,000 dollars, and now over 100 people have lost their homes. That's just not right...'
I walked over to my car, and unlocked the car door just before I opened it. I got inside of my car as I sat down in the driver seat, and close the door before locking it and switching my car on. I carefully drove my car out of the apartment complex, and began driving to the store.
The grocery store was not too far by car, just about about 3 miles, however, a quiet night drive sounded pretty tempting right about now. I made a detour, and turned my car for the long open road that was going to the next city that was 25 miles away
I pressed the button for my windows to roll down to let in the cool night air, the silence on relaxing, cool night drive was very pleasant, much more pleasant than a busy, hot daytime drive. I turned on the radio to listen to a few songs

I continued to drive, all while keeping my eyes on the road that was lit thanks to my car lights, it was peaceful, but what was really unbelievable was how I was the only one on the road, not even so much as a deer could be seen.
I slightly leaned back in my seat while keeping one hand on the steering wheel while continue to drive
"Hm, I wonder if-"
I suddenly noticed a human figure in the darkness ahead of me "Woah!" I yelled, I stomped on my brake pedal which stopped my car, the head lights shined on the figure in front of me, it was a woman
The woman had yellow blonde hair with a big hat with red feathers on the side of it on the top of her head, she wore black leather short shorts along with a short black top that covered her chest but left her entire midriff exposed. To put her appearance in better words, she looked like a female version of Robin Hood, but with reddish orange and black colors instead of the green
I beeped my car horn at her, this caused the woman to slowly walk up to my car, she stood at the driver's side window, and stuck her head through the opened window. The woman was uncomfortably close to my face, but I tried to keep my calm
"Excuse me, but do you think that you could give me a ride?, please?, I know that this is not the perfect time or place, but it's so late out" She asked "Well, it is pretty late, can't have you wandering the pitch black road alone, hop in" I said "Thank you very much" She said with a smile on her face
The woman walked around the front of my car, and opened the passenger door. She got inside of my car, and sat down in the seat before she shut the car door "So, where are you going?" I asked "Could we get off of this one way road first?, I might be able to make out the area first before I tell you where to go, don't want to get you lost too" The woman said
"Oh, of course, that makes sense" I said, I pressed my foot on the gas pedal, and the car began moving forward "Tell me, do you know this area well?" I asked "Sort of, not entirely" She replied "How did you get stranded on an open road?" I asked, but the woman didn't say anything, instead she just turned to the window to look out of it
"Sooo, I didn't catch your name, miss" I said, the woman looked back to me "My name is Elena, and your's?" She asked "Y/N" I replied "I see, so, Y/N, I think that you should know that I don't have any money to pay you back for the ride" Elena said "Don't worry about it, you don't have to pay me back, it's fine" I said
"Are you sure?, I just don't think it would be fair for you to help without getting SOMETHING in return" Elena said "Listen, I'm doing this because I wanted to, besides, you don't look like the person that would be carrying much money on her" I replied with a smile on my face, this caused Elena to chuckle "I suppose that you're correct about that" She said
I continued to drive my car, all while keeping my eyes on the road ahead, I would occasionally look in to the rear view mirror for any cars that would be following behind me since robbery was the biggest problem on this road, I looked to the corner of eye to look at Elena, but I noticed that she was just...staring at me
"You seem uneasy" She said "A bit, you should know that robbery is a major problem on this road, especially at night" I said "Well, it's a good thing that I look like that I don't have much money on me, huh?" She joked "Sexual assault is also a possibility, you know?..." I asked
Elena suddenly rested the side of her head on my right shoulder, this made me shutter for a second, but I kept my arms still while driving "Well, thank goodness that you're not like that, right?" She asked "Of course not, why would I-" Elena suddenly lifted her head and blew her breath in to my right ear in a flirtatious way
This caused me to shutter once more, but this time it made my car slightly swerve on the road, in a panic, I quickly regained control of the car, and resumed driving normally "Don't do that, are you crazy?, I'm driving here" I said trying to not lose my calm, Elena suddenly put her left foot on my brake pedal, causing my car to come to a sudden stop
"Hey!, what are-" Elena suddenly pulled the lever back to my seat, this made my seat lean back completely, leaving me facing the ceiling of the car. I tried to get back up, but Elena quickly got on top of me, and held my arms down by my wrist
Normally, I would be able to get a woman like this off of me, however, Elena was unnaturally stronger than me, her pinning me down felt like having hundreds of pounds keeping me down "You know, I didn't want to say this, but you smell very good~" She cooed as she got closer to my face
With Elena just a few inches from my face, I could see her facial features more closely, more specifically, her eyes...
Her eyes were like that of an orange fire, it was as if I were looking in to the eyes of a monster, I was starting to feel a bit uneasy, then Elena suddenly chuckled "Don't worry, you won't feel a thing~" She said with a grin on her face, once she grinned I could see the two upper fang-like teeth that she had
I looked away from her face, however, Elena suddenly put the both of my wrists together, and now held the both of them down above my head with just one hand. This left me in disbelief as I realized how strong she was, but my moment of shock was short as she tilted my chin for me to look at her
Her eyes were glowing as she looked in to my eyes, I felt my mind suddenly going blank along with my body becoming stiffer and stiffer by the second, I couldn't move my body at all, it felt as if I were completely paralyzed, it was much stronger than the normal sleep paralysis, except for the part that I was still awake
"You should go to sleep now, what I'm about to do will hurt if you remain awake" Elena said, without any warning, I suddenly felt my eyes growing heavy, followed by the feeling of intense drowsiness, I tried to resist the feeling, but the more I fought it the more stronger the feeling grew
"Don't fight it, it will be over soon~" Elena said, I could see her mouth drooling with her fangs now showing, then, everything went dark...
Timeskip (The next morning)
Y/N's POV:
I opened my eyes, only to find myself in a bed in an unfamiliar dim light room, I quickly jumped out of the bed, and looked around the room. I was left in my confusion as I was trying to process what was going on 'Where am I!?, all I remember is-' I suddenly remembered what happened earlier with my car and meeting that strange woman 'I believe that her name was...Elena, right?' I noticed the door in front of me, and exited the room
I entered another room, until I saw Elena right in front of me
"You're up early, good morning" She said "Where am I!?, and what did you do to me!?" I yelled
"Allow me to explain, my name is Elena, I'm what you call a Dhampir, or a half human half vampire hybrid to put it in a more understandable term" She replied "A vampire?...wait, did you just-" I placed my hand around my neck, I felt a soft bandage patch that was taped to the side of my neck
'How did I not feel that?' "My bite can have a numbing effect to it, so it's no surprise why you didn't notice the bandage before" Elena said "Alright, whatever, you've got your food, now can I leave!?" I asked "I told you earlier, I want to repay you for your troubles, is there anything that I can do for you?" She asked "No!, just let me leave already!" I yelled
Elena picked up her hat, and pulled my eviction notice paper out of it "Not even with this?" She asked "What the?" I asked myself as I felt my pockets, only to discover that they were now empty "Wait, where are my car keys!?, and my car!?" I asked, Elena pulled my car keys out of her hat next
"What is this!?, some kind of magic hat trick!?, give it back!" I yelled "Oh, no, that's up Maddie's alley" Elena replied "Just give me back my keys..." I said, I was starting to get more frustrated than confused, I was in an unknown place with a half vampire woman keeping me from leaving, as if I didn't have more problems on my hands already
"Calm down, please?, let me explain, I brought you here to this apartment, if everything goes well, you will have a new place to call home...unless you have some place else to go" Elena said, I began to think of my current situation and where I stood on it 'I don't have anywhere else to live, so I can't be too choosy, but...'
"Tell me, are there any other...monsters here in this apartment?" I asked "Sure, sixteen of them" Elena replied, I facepalm my forehead "Sigh, Of course there are" I said "Well?, what is your answer?" Elena asked, I began to think about it my minimal options, it was either be homeless or living at a place where I could be killed, either way, I felt like I was screwed
"Sigh, Where do I start?" I asked, Elena stood up and put her hat back on her head "You will have to talk with Landlord Wanda, I'll show you to her office" She replied
Elena walked over to another door, and opened it, revealing a long hallway "Come on, don't be shy" Elena said smiling at me, I followed her out of her apartment, and followed her through the long hallway
The hallway had dark brown carpet, not just that, but the hallway carpet, walls, even the ceiling was unbelievably shining clean, so clean that it was considered to be unnatural "It looks like a hotel in here" I said "It used to be, the landlord bought the hotel, and used it as a apartment for monster girls" Elena replied "But, if it's so big in here, why are there only sixteen residents?" I asked
"I don't know" She replied "Is the landlord a resident too?" I asked "Yes, she is, all the more reason why you should pay your rent on time, you don't want her sneaking up on you, it will be hell to pay next" Elena replied "What do you mean?" I asked "Let's just say that the building was in need of remodeling after it's last eviction" Elena replied
'The landlord did that?, she must be crazy strong...'
Elena and I reached a door that read Rental Office "Here we are" She said, Elena knocked on the door "C-Come in" I heard another woman's voice say from the door, Elena opened the door for the two of us to enter the office, the office was rather neat and organized, not to mention clean, everything looked to be made out of steel too
"I'll be there in a minute, please sit down" The woman said from around the corner in front of us "Good luck" Elena said, she exited the office, leaving me with the landlady
I wanted to sit down in the seat in front of me, but the sound of the woman grunting as if she were struggling with something caught my attention. I was also very curious to see what kind of monster the landlady was, in my curiosity, I quietly tiptoed, and peeked around the corner.
What I saw next completely shocked me, it was the landlady, but she looked to be some sort of pink purple dragon woman in a small outfit "Honestly, I shouldn't have-" The dragon lady suddenly noticed me, and a look of embarrassment came across her face
"S-Sorry!, ma'am!" I apologized
I quickly retreated back to the office area, and sat down in the seat facing the office desk. I was left completely flustered by seeing the woman's figure, sure, I've seen a lot of attractive women, but she was on another of level
The dragon woman soon came around the corner, still in her short outfit, but what really caught my attention was how unbelievably tall she was, easily extending a whopping SEVEN FEET TALL
She sat down in the seat in across of me with a scary glare in her eyes "Sorry about that, I-" "If you want to not anger me even more, then I suggest that you only talk when you are spoken to..." She said angrily
I looked to the side in shame, but also to keep my eyes from checking out her voluptuous figure. I was still able to see a woman as she began writing on paper with an ink pen
"Your name is Y/N, you are a male, and are in desperate need of an apartment to live in, correct?" She asked "Yes, miss...um..." "Call me Wanda, Miss Wanda works fine too" She replied "Yes, Miss Wanda" I said "So, Y/N, tell me why are you so interested in living here?, you should know that we only accept monster girls to live here" Wanda mentioned
"I'm aware of that, to tell you the truth, I have never even heard about this place, until Elena told me about it, I don't really have anywhere else to go, so this is my last chance before I am forced to live on the streets..." I said, two of the odd purple tentacles with mouths but no eyes suddenly stretched towards my face
"Wow, you're such a pathetic loser" The left one said in a feminine voice "Hey, be nice, Y/N needs our help here" The right one said in a feminine voice as well "Forgive me if I sound rude, but are you two separate from her in terms of thinking?, or..." I asked "We're more like appendages with little brains, so we're both together, but think separately" The right one said
"Your names, please?" I asked "Just call us Right One, and Left Two" The right one said "RO and LT for short" The left one said "Got it" I said, RO turned back to Wanda "This one seems nice" She said "I don't think having a Peeping Tom living here is such a good idea..." Wanda said still glaring at me "Miss, if I may interrupt, I didn't know that-"
Wanda suddenly brought her fist down on the steel desk table with an alarming thud, this left a massive dent in the center of the table, not only that but it broke the table legs, leaving the table leaning on one side. My body suddenly jolted a little from this, but I remained seated "Wanda, calm down, let the guy explain himself, you could at least let him do that" RO said
"Please, just hear me out for a moment, I agree that I should've sat down, and waited for you patiently. But, it's not my fault, I didn't know that you were...not ready" I said "Are you implying that it is MY FAULT?..." Wanda asked angrily "I didn't say that, I'm saying that it was an accident, I had no knowledge of what you were doing back there" I explained
"See?, this is why you should've did laundry yesterday" RO said to Wanda "Quiet..." She said "I had no intention of seeing you like that, sure I was curious to see what the landlady looked like, but not like that" I said "Why?, are you saying that she's not very attractive?" LT asked "That's not it, I think that she's very attractive, very, but-"
"FORGET IT, back to the questions, do you have a good paying job?, if so, what is your monthly income?" Wanda asked in a stern voice "It varies, I'm a personal driver, so, my pay is never the same, I usually get paid between 60 to 112 dollars a day, except on weekends when I don't work" I replied
"Ok, good, next question, do have a wife and/or children that you are bringing with you?" Wanda asked "No, I'm not married, nor do I have any children" I replied "A single loser too?, why am I not surprised?" LT asked in sarcasm "Can you please not?" I asked "No..." LT replied
"I apologize, but you will have to excuse LT, she has been like this since Wanda was born" RO said "Which was a long time ago-" Wanda suddenly grabbed LT by the head, and held her mouth closed
"Next question, have you ever been arrested or charged with any crimes?" Wanda asked "No" I replied, Wanda handed me a paper which looked to be the rules and agreements
Rules:
1. No smoking or drinking allowed on the property
2. Be mindful and respectful of your neighbors, they are living here too
3. No leaving the property after 9:00PM, if you must leave then please inform either your landlady or the night guard before 8:00PM
4. Rent is ALWAYS due on the first of the month, no later
5. Please keep your living arrangements clean and tidy
6. If you see something wrong, report to your landlady
Violation of these rules will result in your first warning, then your second warning, next comes EVICTION
Do you agree to these terms?
I checked the paper off, agreeing to the rules and agreements. I put my signature on the paper, and handed back to Wanda who accepted it "Is there anything else that I should know about?" I asked "When you move in, next you should introduce yourself to the other tenants so that there won't be any mistakes or confusion, especially with the day guards and night guard" Wanda said
I nodded in agreement, I noticed RO quickly go under the table before coming back up with a set of keys with the number 145 on it, she came in closer for me to take the keys from her which were now covered in slimy saliva 'Gross...'
"Your room number is Number One Four Five, don't get lost" RO Said "By the way, your car has been illegally parked in the parking lot, you need to park in the correct way or it will be towed" Wanda said "Drat, Elena still has my keys..." I said, I stood up from the seat "Thank you for help me...miss?, misses?" I asked in confusion since I was talking to three of them
"The tow truck will be here in 15 minutes..." Wanda said "Oh, crap!" I yelled as I ran out of the office to search for Elena
Wanda's POV:
Y/N had left the office, leaving me to talk freely. I was completely embarrassed and angry that I was seen in such an embarrassing outfit "Geez, I can't believe this" I said letting go of LT's mouth "What?, are you still embarrassed?" RO asked "What do you think?..." I asked in sarcasm "Oh come on, we all can agree that it was an accident on both sides" RO said
"What do you mean?..." I asked growing slightly annoyed "If you would have done laundry like you were supposed to, then you would've had more clean, fitting clothes" RO replied "It probably would fit her if she hadn't gained so much weight" LT said "Would you be quiet!?" I yelled
"Let's not talk about that, let's just agree that we should be prepared next time for any visitors, agreed?" RO asked "Whatever..." I said
I looked down to my enormous breasts that were being hugged by the tight top that I had, the green skirt that I wore was also too short for me to wear as well "You could get a lot more dates in this kinky outfit" LT said "Sometimes I wish that I could just rip you off..." I said "That would hurt you too, you know that, sorry, but you're stuck with me forever" LT said
"If the outfit bothers you, then why did come out in it?" RO asked "He already saw me in it, what's the point?, besides, I had nothing else to wear, and I couldn't keep the guy waiting any longer" I replied "Waiting for what?, a tall, attractive, voluptuous woman that would give him a place to live?" RO asked smiling at me
"Don't try to make me feel better about my appearance, it's not that..." I said "He said that you were attractive, so what is the problem?" RO asked "I'll tell you, it's just her playing tsudere" LT said "I'm not!, just leave it be!" I yelled "Oh, look, I think she's blushi-" I grabbed RO before she could finish her sentence

Y/N's POV:
I went back to Elena's apartment room, however, she was nowhere to be seen. I found my car keys on her kitchen table, and took them back with me just before I exited the room. I managed to find the front exit of the building, and exited the building. I noticed that my car was parked in front of the building, it had no scratches on it which was a relief
I walked to my car, but I couldn't help but look back at the apartment building that used to be a hotel
This was where I was going to be living at now, but if the other residents are scary like Wanda, then I was in for one hell of a ride
I made it to my car, and unlocked it for me to open the door and sit down in the driver seat. I closed the door before locking it behind me "I should go back to my old apartment to get some of my stuff, the apartment will be getting torn down by tomorrow morning" I said to myself, I put my key in the keyhole inside of my car which turned it on
I turned on my GPS which was actually very handy to have, especially in my line of work, I put in the destination for my old apartment complex which was immediately recognized by the GPS, I drove off in my car, and followed GPS directions
'Woah, I'm actually 35 miles away from my old apartment, now that's far'
??? POV:
I watched from the window along with my two friends, Evanora and Aiya, we watched as the new guy drove off in his F/C color
"So, that's the new guy, huh?" I asked "He looks durable enough" Evanora said "Do you think that he will enjoy our company?" Aiya asked "Hey, don't forget, it's Cheshire's turn to play with the newcomer" I said "That's fine, Cheshire, just don't get him too addicted or worn out" Evanora said to me
"Cheshire makes no promises~" I said
