"Helena, wait for meee..."

An annoyed leavetty, named Shanna, called after her leavetian friend Helena.

"But Shanna, it's our sixth birthdays today!"

"Just please slow down, or the pavement—"

Shanna had no chances of finishing her sentence when a realistic carving of a ghoul popped out from nowhere and Helena was scared into falling down.

"The pavement plays pranks when you go too fast," finishing her sentence, Shanna went to help her friend up.

"I wish you'd told me earlier, and really, whose pavement does that?" said Helena, dusting herself off. On that happy note, both girls walked their way to Shanna's house/mansion.

At the entrance, Shanna called," I'm home!" Instantly swept up into a hug by her father(who was an arceus), she laughed, a sound so light and melodious, it seemed almost like music. Grinning, her father said," happy birthday, Shanna! And you too,  Helena! It's lovely to think that two friends should share birthdays."

Further in, they found Shanna's mother, who was a zygarde, cooking. Upon seeing them, she instantly put her hands on her hip, and said," how much this time, Shanna Oswaldian?" Smiling, Shanna replied," full marks as usual."

"How on earth does she get full marks every time?" asked Helena, half curious and half frustrated," my personal highest was 90 marks, which is near to impossible. Also, I cannot get another high mark now."

Laughing, Shanna's mother(the zygarde) said," practice helps! Now, would you like to go to your bedroom? Your presents are there." Practically(and literally) flying up to her bedroom, they began to tear open wrapping paper.

~time skip~

Shanna was thirsty. Telling Helena to wait for in her room, she trudged downstairs. But on the last flight of stairs, she froze—she had heard the front door slam open. Turning invisible, she walked to the doorway of the kitchen, and for extra protection, hid behind the doorframe.
Looking at the living room, she saw her uncle. But it wasn't her uncle.

Her normally spirited uncle was now corrupted by evil, she could see it in his now cold eyes. Emotionless, the arceus(her father's brother) was threatening her father. Also in her uncle's face she saw someone else's—a famous murderer with no known name who could kill anywhere between 1 to 500 leavettys in a day. He had been the subject of the news for the past three years.

"Where is the pureone?"

"We do not know!" though from the looks of her parents they were lying.

"You do know, and you're not telling me!" screamed her uncle.

Lashing out, her mother lay dead a second later.

" I told you I don't know, brother!" crying out desperately, her father hoped to be spared his life.

It didn't work.

"Don't call me brother!" Lashing out a second time, her father collapsed and lay dead, on the floor.

"No!" crying out in shock and pain, Shanna ran from her hiding place. Ignoring the strange symbol that burned above her head, she screamed, crying, "leave! Just leave! Go! Get away from this place!"

As Shanna said those words with such ferocity, thoughts flooded her head. That she was the pureone, leader of all leavettys; that she was the most powerful pokemon ever to have existed; that she was leader of all pokemon; that all her relatives within 5th relation were dead; and that she was the niece of a mass murderer.

The arceus was stunned, and then surprisingly fled. A will was then thrown at her, along with the glares of several leavettys as they stood at the front door, bowing as if they were forced to, and then left.

Going on her knees, Shanna wept over the dead bodies of her parents.

The next morning, she realized that she was mute. She could not produce a sound. Heading towards school with Helena, who was already notified of her inability to speak, she thought,"At least school finishes on my seventh birthday..."

Just so you know, these are some terms I use in this part that you do not understand:
- Leavetian=it's like saying someone from England is English—pretend that 'someone from England' is replaced by Leavetty, the species' name, while 'English' is replaced by Leavetian. So yeah, you get the idea.
- Leavettys= plural form of Leavetty.
- Pureone= an especially powerful Leavetty that is born when the old one dies. Well except the first one, who's birth year nobody knows. There are so far four Leavetian pureones that are dead, and the fifth is the last to reign(they reign over all pokemon, and use arceuses as a medium to rule, since they don't live in the same world as other pokemon), according to a book that has never been wrong.
