the show starts up with two hosts
instead of one for this episode

MC MINSEO :: hey! hey! hey everybody welcome back to weekly emerald!
after jumping slightly at the abrupt
intro, seolhyun gave minseo a what
could be described as a glare.
MC MINSEO :: *laughs* you don't have to look at me like that i'm just being a good girl and reading the cards. unlike someone
MC SEOLHYUN :: hey hey hey is just way too cringy of an intro
MC MINSEO :: well I figured it was better than starting of with a pick up line, don't you think?
MC SEOLHYUN :: *takes a deep breath as she looks straight into the camera like she's on the office* yeah
MC MINSEO :: would you like to hear it? *doesn't wait for an answer* i'm on top of things. would you like to be one of them?
MC SEOLHYUN :: okay moving on, let's introduce our guess.
MC MINSEO :: oh yes, let's
MC SEOLHYUN :: this week's guest is the newly debuted soloist, soki!
the studio is quiet enough for
crickets to be heard before a
quick gasp of applause erupts.
then out walked soki, waving like
she was the queen after giving a
look to the pd when there had
been no applause.
MC MINSEO :: *whispers to seolhyun, covering her mouth with her cards* i now see why her fans are called royals.
SOKI :: you know mary-jane, you really can't whisper
MC MINSEO :: i wasn't trying to hun
MC SEOLHYUN :: looks like i have to deal with two attitudes today, huh?
MC MINSEO :: *fakes an offended face* what attitude?
MC SEOLHYUN :: wipe that fakeness off your face please
MC MINSEO :: hmph
MC SEOLHYUN :: now, soki please give your introduction.
SOKI :: tell me i'm your babe (baby) babe (baby)~ hello I am soki !
MC MINSEO :: please tell me you're going to change that intro when you comeback
SOKI :: no~ I was going to keep an intro based on a certain song
MC MINSEO :: okay I didn't ask for attitude
SOKI :: and I didn't ask for a dumb question but here we are
MC SEOLHYUN :: moving on once again, let's begin our first segment!
the background changes as a table
of props was moved into view.
MC SEOLHYUN :: our first of two segments is a karaoke contest between the three of us
MC MINSEO :: okay who decided this, i can't sing
SOKI :: you don't have to be good at singing to win at karaoke
MC SEOLHYUN :: the producers didn't feel like changing the segment after switching mcs
SOKI :: oh yes maybe it would've been much nicer if I didn't have to deal with her attitude *gestures to minseo*
MC MINSEO :: without us you wouldn't be having fun right now
SOKI :: who says i'm having fun
the camera zooms in on seolhyun
MC SEOLHYUN :: deep breath. *eyes the producer* couldn't have paired me with misun or something?
MC MINSEO :: friend i am offended
MC SEOLHYUN :: good. now, *grabs a clown wig from the table along with star glasses* let's start.
the sound of a familiar song starts to play.
MC SEOLHYUN :: I am just 26, 26, 26~
MC MINSEO :: ha you wish sol
soki laughed and danced slightly along
to the song before realizing something.
SOKI :: you chose a clown wig for my song?
MC MINSEO :: calm down and wear this *puts a blue sparkly wig on soki*
the song continued and by the second
chorus all three were singing and
dancing in the get up.
SOKI :: babe babe babe
MC MINSEO :: tell me i'm your babe, babe~
minseo earned a few looks for
her questionable vocals.
when the song ended the three were left laughing as soki took the mic herself.
the music that starting playing was
quick to be followed by soki's voice.
SOKI :: I sometimes think about this yeah
MC MINSEO :: I don't think this song really works that well as a karaoke song-
MC SEOLHYUN :: *nudges minseo* just let her show off that talent and get ready for the hocus pocus.
low and behold as soki was popping
off by doing a whole song that's by
5 people, the other two joined
in at the hocus pocus.
ALL :: hocus pocus !
SOKI :: skrrt skrrt pull up
MC MINSEO :: go off
but sadly the song had to come to an end.
MC SEOLHYUN :: i was hyped yet emotional at the same time.
now it was minseo's turn, but the
screen flashed to the next segment
to save our viewers ears.
MC SEOLHYUN :: now onto our next segment, ask soki!
MC MINSEO :: which was supposed to be truth or dare soki, but fans didn't send dares so *shrugs*
SOKI :: my fans love me too much to torture me with dares
MC MINSEO :: if that helps you sleep at night sure
SOKI :: *sends threats through her eyes* I hope you can sleep tonight
MC MINSEO :: of course I will, i'll be thinking of you *winks*
SOKI :: can i go and wash that out of my eyes?
MC SEOLHYUN :: we have limited time, so no *mutters* even though i wish I could too
MC MINSEO :: sol you know you love me
MC SEOLHYUN :: ha you-
SOKI :: wait let me. if that helps you sleep at night, sure
MC MINSEO :: ha ha you think you're funny?
SOKI :: yes actually
MC SEOLHYUN :: ok onto our first question from glisteningsoki 'who are your biggest inspirations?'
SOKI :: oh well, i am a big fan of villian from plt. ever since i was a trainee, I looked up to him. oh and le from exid, she is my queen!
MC SEOLHYUN :: ah your karaoke song choice makes sense now
MC MINSEO :: wow you answer so professionally, i'm shocked
SOKI :: *sends glares at minseo while smiling at seolhyun* yeah big fan
a glaring contest erupts from
minseo and soki, a few winks
thrown in from minseo.
until, seolhyun gets tired and
clears her throat for minseo
to ask the next question.
MC MINSEO :: next from royals, what is your biggest fear?
SOKI :: i have a pet turtle named poya, and so probably seeing poya pass away.
MC SEOLHYUN :: poya cute
SOKI :: but, I was scared that I wouldn't be able to debut. I thought it was going to be like yg again *sips imaginary tea* oh wait- am I allowed to say this on air? well too bad *puts on sunglasses*
MC SEOLHYUN :: wow i relate
MC MINSEO :: cute you're acting cool about that in front of the queen not caring what is said
SOKI :: I don't think you're in a place to call yourself the queen
MC MINSEO :: and I don't think your cool with sunglasses so *shrugs*
MC SEOLHYUN :: *looks stressed* next and last question ! from wallababe what can you not live without?
SOKI :: poya, spicy food and money. did I stutter?
MC MINSEO :: diD I sTUttEr ???
SOKI :: shut up
MC SEOLHYUN :: okay i'm this close to snapping so last question, from aaa, if you were stranded on a desert island what three things would you take?
SOKI :: poya, supplies that has the general basis of living, and my villain cardboard cutout- wait cut that last part out please-
MC MINSEO :: *laughs* editor please leave that in
SOKI :: *embarrassment has taken over* oh please don't

it was calm for a second before
a slight argument/fight kicked in.
MC SEOLHYUN :: okay now that was weekly emerald! see you next time!
right after her final smiling face for
the ending, seolhyun's face turned
scary as she began yelling at
the fighting duo.
