Seoul Hospital
Yuri runs as fast as she can at the hallway after she arrived at the hospital. Earlier at office she got a call from hospital saying that her best friend involve in fatal accident. Without thinking twice, she rushed to the hospital
"Yuri unnie!" she hear a familiar voice calling her
"Seohyun!" she runs towards her other friends. Their eyes are puffy due to crying "Hey how is Taeyeon? Is she okay?"
"Taeyeon unnie still undergo surgery. Doctor said she have severe injury and unconscious when she was brought here. If we're not lucky, we may be lost her" Yoona said with tears
"What about Sooyeon?"
"Sooyeon unnie also have serious injury. She's also under surgery right now. Unnie hit her head badly and it's really worrying"
"Aigooo, poor thing. Who is with her now?"
"Her family just arrived before you and we not allow going there" said Seohyun with sad expression
Yuri sighs sadly "How did this happen? Is Taeyeon drunk or something?"
"Doctor not telling anything yet but according to police investigation, Taeyeon unnie car brake malfunctions and then collided with truck from opposite direction"
"Oh my" Yuri rubbed her face as she can't believe what Seohyun just told her
They are waiting in front of surgery room for few hours. Finally doctor comes out of the room, looking for Taeyeon relative
"Relative of patient Kim Taeyeon" the doctor said
"We're here doctor" Yuri said as she stands up while the younger girls follow suite
"We done operate her and we did it" doctor said with smile
"How is she now, doctor?" Seohyun asked
"Her condition still not really good and we can't expect when she will wake up"
"Will she make it?" Yoona asked
"She will make it but not soon. Her body is very weak so it will take time for her to wake up. Don't worry, she will be fine"
"Doctor, may I know if she has injury on her head?" Yuri asked
"She just has scratch on her forehead but it's nothing to worry about. No inner injury or something"
"Thanks God"
"That's all for now. Our nurse will transfer her to private room then you all can visit her"
"Thanks doctor" they bow to the doctor

"Unnie!" Seohyun barge into Taeyeon's room followed by Yoona startling Yuri and Hyoyeon who is busy checking their phone
"Yes Seohyun, what's wrong?" Yuri looked at the duo confusedly
"Do you know that Sooyeon unnie is discharge from the hospital?"
Yuri jolt on her seat "No, is she wakes up already? I heard she's serious than Taeyeon. It's like 4 days so I guess she not yet wake up"
"We also don't know unnie. Shall we check at nurse?" Yoona suggest
"Sure, let's go" they go to the nurse counter
"Yes ma'am, may I help you?" the nurse asked politely
"Nurse, may I know where is the patient named Jung Sooyeon? We want to visit her but her former room is empty" Yuri said
The nurse expression change a bit "She is discharge this morning"
"Is she awake?"
"Not yet"
"Is that mean she transfers to another hospital?" Hyoyeon puzzled
"Sorry ma'am, I'm not allowed to tell anyone about her. That's all I can help you"
They sighed disappointedly "It's okay"
They walk back to Taeyeon room and bump into doctor who in-charge of Taeyeon "Dr. Park" Yuri call the female doctor
"Yes Ms. Kwon"
"Do you know a patient name Jung Sooyeon?"
"Oh yes, she same case with Ms. Kim"
"We heard that she discharged. Is she wakes up?" Yoona asked impatiently
Dr. Park shake her head "Not yet but her family transfer her to hospital abroad. They want her to get better treatment there so they leaved this morning"
Yuri, Yoona, Hyoyeon and Seohyun look at each other "Okay, thanks doctor"
"No problem" Dr. Park said then she excuse herself
The girls return to the room and sit on the couch
"Unnie, how we should tell Taeyeon unnie when she is wakes up one day? She must be looking for Sooyeon unnie" Seohyun asked while looking at Taeyeon sadly
"I don't know Seohyunie. I can't think now. She will be sad if she find out that Sooyeon is not around anymore" Yuri answered
"I can't imagine she will devastate when she find out Sooyeon unnie was brought to overseas. They never separate even their families never agree with their relationship. They go through a lot together, aigooo" Yoona said
"Hope she will be fine when she know about this. I really can't see her crying in this condition. Seeing her in this state make me hurt inside" Hyoyeon caressed Taeyeon hand
"Poor unnie" the maknae said

After a month battle with her life, finally Taeyeon wake up from her coma. Dr. Park informed Yuri, Seohyun, Hyoyeon and Yoona about the good news and they immediately go to hospital to see the midget
"Taeyeon-ah" Yuri arrived first than the others
"Yul" Taeyeon said weakly
"Taeyeon-ah, you awake" Yuri kiss Taeyeon forehead and she crying
"Yul, don't cry"
"You don't know how worried I am after I got the news that you involve in accident. I thought I will lose you. Me, Hyo, Yoongie and Seohyun waiting for you every day but you not wake up" Yuri said under her sobs
"I'm sorry Yul"
"Don't be sorry, you wake up is good enough for us" Yuri said
At the same time, Seohyun and Yoona also arrived followed by Hyoyeon. They run to Taeyeon and hugging her
"Taeyeon unnie, finally you wake up. We miss you so much" Yoona said
"I miss you all too" Taeyeon smile
"Unnie, sorry because we're not around when you wake up" Seohyun wiping her tears
"It okay, Dr. Park said you all accompany me every day. I'm thankful for that"
"We won't leave you alone" Hyoyeon caressed Taeyeon hair softly
Suddenly Taeyeon asked the question that they want to avoid "Where is Sooyeon?" Their eyes widened as they looked at each other "Yah, why no one answer me? Don't make me worry"
"Taeng, she is at other room now" Yuri lie
"Is she hurt badly?" Taeyeon sound very sad
"Not really but she not wake up yet"
"Can I visit her?"
They gasped inaudibly "No Taeng, not yet. You have to rest now" Hyoyeon cooed
"Hyo, I want to see her. I'm worry now. She must be waiting for me as much as I wait for her to come here"
"Taeng, listen to me okay. When you're fine, we will visit her. Now you have to rest so that you can recover quickly" Yuri said softly. The other girls turn around as they don't want to show the sadness in their eyes seeing Taeyeon looking for Sooyeon who is far away from her. They don't know what to say so they let Yuri handle it
"Okay" Taeyeon give in
After nurse gives her medicine, Taeyeon sleeping soundly while her friends sadly watching her
"My heart aching when I heard she looking for Sooyeon unnie" Yoona confessed
"I expect that to come" Seohyun added
"I'm very sorry that I have to lie to her but this is for her good" Yuri said
"Unnie, when we will tell her the truth?"
"When her condition gets better but we should prepare mentally. We must get ready to face anything that will happen. I know it will be hard for her"
"Okay unnie, we always be with her"
"Okay"

Taeyeon getting better each day and she attend some treatment that doctor set for her. Meanwhile her friends haven't telling her the truth about Sooyeon and they never bring up the topic about Taeyeon girlfriend. Whenever Taeyeon mention Sooyeon name, they just stay silent and not give any respond unless Taeyeon ask them
"Hyo, you said I can visit Sooyeon after I get better. I'm good now, can I see her?" Taeyeon asked after they return from treatment
"Taeng, it's not time yet" Yuri looking at her friend sadly
"Please at least once. You all never tell me anything about her. Do you keep secret from me?" they avoid Taeyeon eyes "Yah, tell me. Don't keep me confuse" the midget said firmly
"Taeng, Sooyeon is not around anymore" Yuri stated
"Yah, don't play around. I not in mood to play now" Taeyeon scoff
"I'm serious Taeyeon. Her family took her abroad few days after both of you admit at hospital. Her condition is as worse as yours. We don't know about this until Dr. Park informed us"
Taeyeon start crying after Yuri spill the truth and she can't accept it Sooyeon is taken away from her. She doesn't know where to find Sooyeon anymore. She don't want to believe what Yuri just told her
"Yul, I don't believe it!" Taeyeon bawl on her bed
"Taeng, it is the truth that you should know long time ago but we don't know how to tell you. Your Sooyeon is taken by her family. They maybe don't want her to see you anymore" Yuri can't help but cry while embracing Taeyeon. She feels sympathy for Taeyeon but she must tell her the truth. Hyoyeon also join the hug
"I don't care. I will find Jung family and I will take Sooyeon. She belongs to me. They can't do anything as they please"
"Taeyeon-ah, calm down. You must rest first, okay? Don't burden your mind with those things"
"I want to discharge quickly. Please tell Dr. Park that I want to leave this place. I want to look for Sooyeon. She must be looking for me when she wake up" Taeyeon pleading while holding Yuri hand
Yuri caressed Taeyeon hand "Taeng, you must complete the treatment first before you can go home. Just few more then you can leave, okay?"
"Yul, please" Taeyeon plead under her cry
It make Yuri heart break more than it already did "Listen, okay? If you're not healthy, it's hard for you to look for her. You should have perfect state before you can go anywhere. We don't know where she is so it will be hard to find her"
"Promise me that you will let me find her when I'm healthy" Taeyeon looking at Yuri then to Hyoyeon with puffy eyes
"Yes, you can do anything you want" Yuri caressed Taeyeon hair
"Okay"
"You rest first. You're tired after the treatment"
"Okay" Taeyeon lay down on the bed and Yuri pull the blanket for her
"Sleep now"
"Don't leave me" Taeyeon hold Yuri hand tightly
"We won't go anywhere" Yuri assured the younger girl then she slowly close her eyes
Yoona and Seohyun come to hospital after working. When they arrived, Taeyeon is still sleeping and Yuri holding her hand. Hyoyeon take a nap on the couch
"Unnie" Seohyun speak in low tone so that they not disturb the sleeping midget
"Hey girls" Yuri smile shortly
"How is she today?" Yoona asked after put the food on the table
"She freak out after we told her about Sooyeon"
"You told her already?"
"Yes, we can't keep it anymore. She keep begging us to bring her to see Sooyeon so we don't have choice but tell her" Yuri said
"Aigooo, poor unnie"
"She cries a lot after she knew it. I feel sorry for her"
"At least now she knows that Sooyeon unnie is not here. We will help her as much as we can" said Seohyun
"That's good, it's hard to see cheerful Taeyeon change to gloomy one" Yuri caressed Taeyeon hand
"Just pray so that she can deal with this thing soon" Seohyun sighs heavily

"Seohyun, Yoona" Taeyeon suddenly speak when they on their way back from treatment room
"Yes unnie, do you want something?" Yoona crouch beside Taeyeon wheelchair
"Let's go to the garden. I need fresh air"
"Okay" Seohyun push the wheelchair towards the hospital garden
After learn about Sooyeon departure, Taeyeon change a lot. She won't speak to them unless they ask her or when she need something. She just space out almost all the time. Sometimes she crying and of course cry herself to sleep. She just keep her mouth shut and distance herself from everyone but her best friend try their best to reach her and never let her alone
Three of them settle at the garden. Yoona and Seohyun sit on the bench while Taeyeon on her wheelchair. No one say anything but enjoy the fresh air.
"Unnie, are you okay?" Yoona breaks the silent
"You can talk to us if there is something bothering your mind" Seohyun added "Don't bottle it up"
It takes few minutes for Taeyeon to answer "Is it true that Sooyeon was taken away by her family?"
"Yes unnie, few days after both of you accident her family transfer her to overseas to get better treatment" Seohyun said
"Do you ever visit her before she moved?"
"We just visit her once when her family is not around. After that, we don't have chance" said Yoona
"Her family is so cruel" Taeyeon sighs "I don't know why they don't want me to be with Sooyeon. They are deadly against our relationship. It has been years but they never change"
"Maybe they have reason why they can't accept you"
"They want Sooyeon to marry someone who they choose for her. They're really angry when Sooyeon choose me instead of her family. Now they take advantage on our situation. I guess they are waiting for this chance for too long already. Now they have it, they take Sooyeon away from me. They will do anything to separate us" Taeyeon balled her fist as she getting angry
"Calm down Taeyeon" Yuri voice suddenly can be heard and they turn around
"Yul unnie, Hyo unnie, when did you two arrived?" Seohyun asked
"We just arrived and nurse told us that you all at the garden" Yuri and Hyoyeon join them on the bench "Taeyeon-ah, don't keep bothering your mind with her family. It will stress you out"
"I'm not thinking about her family but Sooyeon. I don't care about Jung family. All I want now is Sooyeon come back here" Taeyeon said sternly
Hyoyen sighs "I know but please don't think too much. You must focus on your health now so that you can discharge soon. One day, you will see Sooyeon again. Think positive"
Taeyeon rubbing her face "I don't know when she will come back. I can't stop thinking of her. She never leaved my mind since the day I wake up. I miss her and I can feel that she needs me. You know that both of us have special bond, it work well even when we're apart" she sobbed softly
Yoona hugging Taeyeon from her side "Unnie, wherever she is now Sooyeon unnie will always be yours. You two are made for each other and no one can deny it. We see how both of you go through hard time together and complete each other. One fine day, you two will reunite"
"That's right unnie, please be strong and don't make yourself like this. You suffer too much already. We hurt seeing you crying every day. Stand up again for yourself, it's hard but you have to make it. What if Sooyeon unnie return and she see you in a mess, she is not happy with that" Seohyun cupped Taeyeon face as the midget crying
"Listen to us Taeng, we always here for you even we can't do anything to find Sooyeon. Both of you are meant for each other so believe on miracle. She will definitely come back even we don't know when it will be. Don't hurt yourself, okay?" Hyoyeon also shed tears seeing Taeyeon crying again. She wants to be strong for them but it's really hard for her. Taeyeon is like her older sister so when she saw Taeyeon in this state, it break her heart into pieces. Luckily Yuri, Seohyun and Yoona are there supporting her every now and then. The younger girls rarely cry but their eyes clearly showing sadness
"Thank you for holding my back when I fall. If not for all of you, I may end my life for now. I really don't have reason to alive without Sooyeon with me. I owe you all a lot" Taeyeon said
"We want the best for you. We want you to stay healthy and be happy even we can't make you happier like Sooyeon unnie did" Seohyun stroke Taeyeon hair
"I hope I can do it. I have to start my life without Sooyeon again. It really suffocating me"
"You can do it unnie. You're strong girl" Yoona cheers her unnie
"I hope so" Taeyeon give short smile
"Let's go back inside. You should eat something. You not eat properly these past few weeks" said Yuri
"I'm not hungry Yul" Taeyeon showing puppy eyes
"You're still a human Taeng and you need food. I bought your favorite food so you must eat it"
"Feed me"
"As long as you eat, if you ask me to chew it for you, I will do it" Yuri joking around
"Ewww, unnie it's gross" Yoona groan
"Don't make that face. At least thank me because I treat you all. It's not every day I want to treat people"
"Stingy unnie" Seohyun said
"Don't insult me. Let's go back inside"
"Let go!" Yoona said and she push Taeyeon wheelchair
'Sooyeonie, where are you, baby?' Taeyeon said in her mind
