KASUMI & EMMA: "Zzz...zzz..."
Hm, this is a good melody.
KASUMI: "Mmm...zzz..."
Did I wake her up?
KASUMI: "Marry me...Senpai...zzz..."
Oh, she's just talking in her sleep. Sleepovers sure are fun.
...Wait, what?
AYUMU: "Aki...are you awake?"
AKI: "Ayu? You're not asleep?"
AYUMU: "There's something that I wanted to ask you about... I didn't want to forget."
AKI: "Sure, let's talk on the balcony so we don't wake anyone."
...
AKI: "Okay, we should be safe out here."
AYUMU: "Sleepovers sure are fun, huh. It's just like when we were kids."
AKI: "We've had countless amounts of sleepovers, but it's so much more fun with more people."
AYUMU: "...Right."
AKI: "I'm thinking of planning a Nijigasaki High School Idol Club field trip sometime."
AYUMU: "Really? That sounds like fun."
AKI: "I want to get to know everyone more, little by little. Emma's told me before why she wanted to become a school idol, but now I know Kasumi's reason, too. I feel like I'm really making progress."
AYUMU: "I'm glad to hear that, you know me already so there's no need to hang out with me as much."
AKI: "Don't be ridiculous, of course I'll hang out with you, Ayu. I'll hang out with everybody."
AYUMU: "Thanks... Wow, the weather looks clear tonight. The stars look so beautiful."
AKI: "At least there's no thunder."
AYUMU: "Yikes, you remember that?"
AKI: "Of course I do."
AYUMU: "I was home alone that night, there was a lightning storm. It was so scary... I hid myself under a table. But then... You came to give me a hug, you made me feel so safe. You were my hero that night."
AKI: "It was lucky that your parents left the spare key under the mat. I wasn't going to let my best friend suffer like that.
Oh, what was it you wanted to tell me about?"
AYUMU: "I'm thinking about entering a solo event, to bring some publicity to Nijigasaki before the festival."
AKI: "That's a great idea, Ayu. I'm all for it!"
AYUMU: "That's great! But the thing is, I may have won the qualifiers event... But I still had the lowest score in our first event. So I don't want to risk slipping back into last place positions. I was thinkng about making it more fun for everyone in the crowd. I have a basic idea of what kind of event I want, but nothing solid. That's what I wanted to ask you about."
AKI: "Is that so..."
AYUMU: "I was really happy that you supported me after I got the lowest score. It motivated me to try harder, and I won. But maybe there's more I can do to not fall back behind.
So I wanna work harder than ever for this solo event!"
AKI: "I feel like you're already working hard enough for this, but you've always been a lot more positive than me.
Can you tell me what you want to express onstage?"
AYUMU: "Well... I don't think I'm much of a school idol just yet. But I practice hard every day, so I want everyone to notice how I improve each time I go up on stage.
I might only be able to get better one step at a time, but you said it best. I'll be better today than I was yesterday, and better tomorrow than I was today.
So I was hoping to ask everyone to cheer me on in my endeavors..."
AKI: *Laugh* "That's so like you!"
AYUMU: "Huh?"
AKI: "You've never been the type to give up easily. It's seriously amazing. Let's show everyone out there exactly how you feel!
The real question is how to go about it. Hmm... You want everyone to watch you grow and learn, right?"
AYUMU: "Yeah, exactly! So, how do we do that?"
AKI: "Watching you grow, huh... Oh, I've got it! What if we grew flowers together? We could pass out seeds to everyone who comes to see you!"
AYUMU: "Like, to ask everyone to watch me grow like they would a flower?"
AKI: "Yeah! What do you think?"
AYUMU: "That sounds wonderful! I love it! So, what kind of flowers should we pass out? Tulips? Sunflowers? Or what about roses?"
AKI: "I'd say daisies are the most like you."
AYUMU: "Daisies?"
AKI: "In the language of flowers, they stand for hope, constant progress, and positivity. Sounds just like you, doesn't it?"
AYUMU: "Is that how you see me?"
AKI: "Totally! Your eyes are always shining with hope, and it makes me feel like the future will be bright no matter how we get there."
AYUMU: "Th-That's a bit much. I'm surprised you'd think those words would suit me."
AKI: *Laugh* "It's nothing to be embarrassed about! It's just an example of how much of a hard worker you are. That's why daisies fit you so well."
AYUMU: "Well, if you think so, then daisies it is! We'll all plant them together, and by the time they've bloomed, I'll be an even better school idol than ever before!"
AKI: "Sweet! Then let's start getting them ready, tomorrow!"
AYUMU: "Oh, a shooting star!"
AKI: "We have to make a wish!"
I wish for my Nijigasaki Girls to shine at the School Idol Festival and win it!
AKI: "Alrighty, so what did you wish for?"
AYUMU: "Me? Oh, that's a secret." *Giggle*
AKI: "Come on, you can tell me."
AYUMU: "N-No I can't!"
AKI: "Oh, okay."
AYUMU: "B-Besides, if we tell each other our wishes then they might not come true."
AKI: "Great thinking, Ayu. It's getting real late now, so we should go back to bed."
AYUMU: "Right..."
AKI: "Let's g-"
AYUMU: "Aki I..."
AKI: "Hm? What is it?"
AYUMU: "I...I'm looking forward to working on the event with you."
AKI: "Same here, now it's time for bed."
