Third Person's POV
Morning came and Y/n felt like his body was about to give up
He stayed in the bathtub til morning, his body was shaking from the cold water
He knew he'll have fever afterwards but he sure hell ain't gonna miss a class just for that
Not because of the lessons he would missed, but because of someone he's starting to grow fond of
Yes, it's Sumihiko kamado, his seat mate the person who made him feel weird stuffs
He finally arrived at the classroom, His eyes immediately looked for Sumihiko
He sighed in relief once he saw him sitting beside the window while reading, he slowly approached him as he was nearing he could feel his heart hurting
He ignored it and thought of it as a heart burn, he sat beside Sumihiko and glanced at the male who's busy reading
Sumihiko felt awkward and embarrassed, he did not want to see Y/n right now, Becaus of what happened back in the restaurant
The look on Y/n's eyes made him hate himself for hurting the male he grown to love
'Stop it Sumihiko.. Stop thinking about him...'
Sumihiko cleared his throat and stood up, Y/n looked at him as he asked for a girl to exchange seats with him the girl immediately agreed and grabbed her bag
Y/n was completely confused as to why Sumihiko changed seats, he was now in front far from where y/n is seated
He was about to call for Sumihiko when he felt an another coughing fit coming, he tried to held it in it did work but it was painful, he felt his lungs burning
He rubbed his chest as he breathe out some air, the girl beside him looked at him worriedly
"Are you okay?" She asked in a hushed tone since the teacher have already arrived
He smiled and nodded saying that it's just heartburn, the girl nodded and listened to the teacher while Y/n was still in pain
It's been almost ten minutes and the pain was unbearable, it's suffocating he managed to excuse himself as he went straight to the bathroom and into a cubicle
He starts to coughed up badly as pieces of wisteria petals starts to come out of his mouth along with some bloods in them
He gasped for air as he felt his body lighten up a bit, the pain subsided down a bit
Beside his cubicle was non other than Yoshiteru, he's been there since morning too afraid to come out and be scolded by his sister
He heard everything,so he got out of the cubicle to take a look at the person who just vomited beside him
His eyes landed on a [H/c] male who's leaning on the wall with blood dripping down his chin
Yoshiteru's eyes widened when he saw petals in the toilet, he knew what's happening
'Hanahaki Disease...'
He immediately went closer to Y/n
"What.. Happened? Should I call the nurse... No should I take you to the hospital?" He asked as he wiped his lips with his sleeves
Y/n breathe shakily as he weakly pushed Yoshiteru's hand away from his face, He groaned and forced himself up
"I'm... Fine" he lied as he flushed the toilet
Yoshiteru stand up and looked at him worriedly
"But you just-' Yoshiteru was cut off when he received a glare from Y/n
"Don't tell anyone about what happened just now, understood?" Y/n asked as he coughed a bit, Yoshiteru can only nod
He felt worried yet terrified at Y/n, he was definitely sure that Y/n is suffering from Hanahaki Disease that is caused by unrequited love
"I promise.. But please go to the doctors they can help you" He said, Y/n nodded and stepped out of the bathroom
Y/n noticed that the pain felt different from before, he felt like his heart was about to burst from beating rapidly while his lungs burns
Also, the petals have increased yesterday he spat out one petal but now there's too many of them
He doesn't know why he's suffering from this, hell he doesn't even know what's happening to him
He went to the principal and ask permission to go to the hospital, the principal agreed
Y/n was on a taxi, he looked out the window with a sad eyes, he doesn't know why Sumihiko was ignoring him and why he exchanged seats with a girl
'Does he hate me?'
Just thinking about him made his heart hurt even more, he could feel another coughing fit coming he cleared his mind and focused on the buildings they're passing by
Not long after they arrived at the hospital, Y/n paid and went towards the lobby and went to the front desk
He told the nurse his purpose of visit and told him where the doctor is
Y/n could feel his lungs starts to burn once again, it felt like something is stopping the oxygen and is suffocating him
He knocked on the door and was met by a very beautiful doctor, the doctor who has a similar name and facial feature to the painting of someone named Yamamoto Yushiro
"Dr. Tamayo" Y/n bowed
Tamayo smiled and motioned for Y/n to sit down which he obeyed
"What brings you here?" She asked as she moved some of the papers away
"I think I caught a very weird cough.." He said, Tamayo raised an eyebrow as she wrote down something on her book while examining the male
"Go on." She insisted
"It started yesterday as a normal cough, I thought that something went in my mouth and into my throat that blocked my airways
So I coughed and coughed until I vomited something, it was a petal.. A wisteria petal with my blood on it.." he said
Tamayo stopped writing as she looked at the male with worried expression.
"Is it okay to do an x-ray?" She asked, he was confused but nodded otherwise

Tamayo was staring at Y/n's X-ray, she could see some petals from his lungs, it wasn't severe yet..
It should be taken out before it start to spread, because once it spreads the veins from the flower will grow and end up wrapping on the heart and stop it from beating that can cause death.. A painful one.
She didn't want to tell Y/n about this since he's too young, But she doesn't have a choice so she faced the boy who's looking at her with and calm expression and..
"I'm sorry to tell you this.. But you have Hanahaki Disease."
