Dear Anxiety,
You won the battle, but I will win the war. You might scare me, but I'm scarier than you are. You might take everything away from me, but I will take it back. Face the facts, I can and will escape you and that's what you're afraid of. You're lonely like me, you just show it in a different way, a way that makes people hate you. If you expressed how you were feeling instead of taking it out on others, maybe you would feel better?
