Imagine 33: Luke Robert Hemmings (I Love You)
Luke loved seeing the world when they toured. It made him feel eternally grateful for everything that's happened to him these past few years, despite the mobbing and the hate the band would get.
But out of the few reasons he didn't like leaving was you.
He missed his family, of course he did. When he talked to his parents about dropping out and risking practically his entire future for the band, they agreed while his brothers supported him.
But Luke also missed the way he'd catch you dancing and jamming out to the band's album, his heart swelling with pride as you busted out some killer vocals.
Luke missed how you'd always be up for a pointless conversation during lazy days, and how you'd both be annoying dorks to anyone and everyone.
Luke missed your cute nose and smooth skin. He'd find himself trying to hide a smile whenever he thought about yours.
He missed you and every single thing about you while he was away on tour. The Skype and FaceTime calls you both did didn't do you enough justice.
Michael teased him about you sometimes, occasionally calling him 'whipped like cream', which would then lead Ashton to Luke's defense, saying that whipped cream is amazing and everyone likes whipped cream.
Calum would just be asleep or on his phone, totally out of the conversation.
Luke kept your timezone saved onto his phone, always making sure to call or text when you were comfortable, even when he'd be up at three in the morning with bags under his eyes just to greet you a good morning.
But during one of the lonely tour nights, he decided to spam you like the fans did.
He checked your time difference and after seeing what time it was where you were, he started sending you a message per minute.
Waking up to over a hundred iMessage texts from Luke surely got your attention when you woke up the next day. You unlocked your phone and scrolled up to the very first one he sent, your heart getting fuzzy as you went through his messages.
At the very last message Luke sent you, you couldn't help but feel both giddy with amusement, or pouty with guilt. You know the band had to be up bright and early everytime they were on tour because of the interviews and soudchecks, but you couldn't help but put a hand to your cheek to try to stop the blush creeping onto your cheeks.
