"You can do this Sokka." Hakoda says
"Amara." Hakoda calls me over.
Sokka stands up top.
"Good morning everyone. Ahh!" Sokka says tripping
"Umm ... so, as you know, today, we're invading the Fire Nation! I mean I know you know that because otherwise why else would you be here?" He says nervously
"Uh anyway, the Fire Lord's palace is here. Uh nope, uh wait, uh wait, uh wait, it's here," Sokka says Searching through diagrams.
"and uh, there's an eclipse today and Aang's gonna fight the Fire Lord and the firebenders won't have any fire to use so that's good for us!" He continues
"And ... um ... I'm sorry let me start at the beginning. Katara and I discovered Aang frozen in an iceberg, now I didn't like Aang at first but grew to love him over time, then we went to the Southern Air Temple where Aang used to live and then we met Suki, who's a Kyoshi warrior. She dressed me like a woman and then she kissed me, and then Aang's friend was a crazy old king and-"
"When he says the beginning. He really means the beginning." Says Katara
"And then Katara got Haru arrested and then now he's grown a mustache which if you look at him in the front row you can see it ..." He says frantically
"Okay Sokka." Says Hakoda
Hakoda and I take his place.
"Okay today is the day of the Black Sun." Says Hakoda
"Which is also the eclipse that will leave firebenders powerless." I say
"There will be a land strike and a naval strike." Says Hakoda
"But before we can even do that we need to get past the gates of Azulon, which will be heavily guarded more than likely." I say
"We must secure the plaza tower. Once we do that it's up to the royal palace. And then the eclipse will start." He says
"No we need to not go to the palace. The firelord knows about the invasion plan. And the heavily guarded outside is a distraction to make you think that they are guarding him." I say
"How do you know?" Asks someone
"The earth king unknowingly revealed the plan to Princess Azula." I say
Some people gasp.
"I will help with the land invasion, but I will also help Aang find the fire lord." I say
"Boulder is confused. Isn't the point to invade during the eclipse?" Says Boulder
"The eclipse only lasts eight minutes, not enough time for the whole invasion. And the Royal Palace is heavily guarded by firebenders. So that's where we'll need the eclipse's advantage the most. When this is finished, the Avatar will have defeated the Fire Lord. We will have control of the Fire Nation capital, and this war will be over!" Says Hakoda

"Hey where's Sokka?" I ask
"I'll look." Says Aang

"Katara you and the swampbenders will be the fog cover." Says Hakoda

"So this is it then?" Asks Aang
"Not even close." I say with a smile
"Ready for the Fire Nation to see that the Avatar is alive and well?" Asks Sokka
"I'm ready." Says Aang
"I hope you kick some fire lord butt twinkle toes!" Says Toph
"Next time we resurface it will be on the beaches." Says Hakoda

On the beaches

"Alright my team!" I call out
"Let's start taking out some tanks." I say
"3, 2, 1 STRIKE!" I yell with a large orange Flame
"Go find Katara and Sokka. We'll keep throwing rocks at these tanks." Says a man
"On it!" I say
"Dad!" I hear Katara yell
I run to them.
"What happened?" I ask
"He got hit. I'm gonna try to heal him." Says Katara.
"You can do that?" I ask
"Yeah." She says
"Cool." I say
"Dad? How does that feel?" She asks
"A little better." He says
"I have to get back." He says standing up, but falls back down in pain
"You're hurt too badly. You can't fight anymore." Says Katara
"Everyone's counting on me to lead this mission." He says
"Can't you heal him any faster?" Asks Sokka
"I'm doing all that I can." Says Katara
"I'll do it." Says Sokka
"No offense Sokka, but you're not exactly Mr. Healing hands." Says Katara
"No, I'll lead the invasion." He says
"Don't be crazy Sokka." She says
"Maybe I am a little crazy, but the eclipse is about to start and we need to be up that Volcano by the time it does."
"You can do it, I'm proud of you son." He says
"I still think you're crazy, but I'm proud of you too." Says Katara
"Yip yip!" Says Sokka jumping on the bison
I find Aang and Toph.
"Underground secret bunker here we come." Says Aang.
"The heart of the volcano!" Says Toph
"Let's go!" I say

"To get through these series of traps we need to be fast and careful." Says Sokka
Sokka then almost walks into a geyser of lava
"How is that careful?" Aang and I say at the same time
"I was wrong, we have to be fast, careful and lucky." Says Sokka
"There's no floor. It's just lava." Says Sokka
"Hold on." Aang says talking about his glider
I use a series of wire arrows to get through.
Toph uses metal bending to open the door ahead
"I am so glad we added you to our group." Says Sokka
Then we run into Qin
"Fire Lord's chamber is down the hall to the left!" He says out of fear seeing us.
"Thanks!" Says Aang suddenly friendly
"We have 5 minutes til total eclipse starts." I say
Toph forces the door open
"I knew you had to be alive." She says
"But you" she says pointing at me
"I'm surprised that you would be a traitor. And here I thought we had so much in common." She says looking at me
"Where's father dearest?" I ask
"Oh I'm not good enough for you, aw you're hurting my feelings." She says With a smirk
"Keep her talking." I whisper
"What about the fire lord?" They ask
"Wait til total eclipse. In 1 minute." I say
"So I guess your mother was right." I say remembering what she said on the beach.
"What happened to what happens in Ember Island stays in Ember Island." Says Azula
"Now!" I say
"You're Sokka right? My favorite prisoner used to talk about you all the time. She was convinced that you were gonna come and rescue her. Of course you never did and she gave up hope." Says Azula
Sokka angrily runs at her.
"Sokka don't listen to her. She's just baiting you. She doesn't want us to reach Ozai in time." I say
Toph pins Azula to the wall with earth.
"Where is Suki!?" He yells
"She won't answer Sokka. We need to go." Says Aang.
"He's right." I say
"Where are you keeping her!"
"Aang. Let's go! Toph stay with Sokka." I say
Aang decides to stay with Sokka.
I run in.
"Fire Lord Ozai!" I yell
I pull out my sword.
"You should know. Azula messed up your timer when you were questioning her. Nevertheless I don't have time for you." Ozai says shooting me with a powerful bolt of lightning.
I scream in agonizing pain.
Ozai shots me about 6 more times.
"Goodbye." He says leaving

"Aang please help." I whisper aloud

"Amara!" He shouts seeing me.
"I'll carry her." Says Sokka
Sokka picks me up.
"We gotta hurry back." Says Sokka
"Is the fire lord here?" Asks Aang
"He left." I say
"I couldn't stop him." I say
"Azula messed with the clock." I say sadly

We get on Appa and fly back to the field.
"They're back!" I hear Katara say
"It was all a trap, we walked right into it." Says Sokka
"Even our extra advantage didn't help us much." Says Toph
"What happened to her?" Asks Katara looking at me.
"I was dumb and went against Ozai on my own." I say
"We need to get back to the beach." Says Sokka
"They have Air power. So do I." Says Aang going on his glider.
"I'll help." Says Katara jumping on Appa
They stop to attack the air ballons.

"Why aren't they coming back at us?" Asks Katara
"They're going to destroy the submarines." Says Aang
"How are we all gonna escape?" Asks Sokka
"We're not." Says Hakoda
"You kids need to go. Grab as many of the younger people as you can and go on Appa." Says Hakoda
"What about you?" Asks Sokka
"We'll stay." Says Bato
"We won't leave anyone behind!" Says Katara
"You are our only chance in the long run. You have to go with Aang somewhere safe. It's the only way." He says
"Bye dad" say Katara, Haru, Sokka and Teo
"We won't be apart too long this time." Says Sokka
Everyone who can fit is loaded onto Appa.
"Let's go to the Western Air Temple. We'll be safe there." Says Aang
"We need to get you some medical attention." Katara says to me
"Don't worry, I've been hurt worse." I say
"You are part of the team now. We are always gonna worry." Says Katara
"Yeah." Says Sokka
"You're stuck with us." Says Aang
"Get used to it." Says Toph punching me
"Ow!" I yell
"Sorry I forgot." Says Toph
