well, that's a lie, i actually have.... *checks list* nine excuses
but y'all don't care about my excuses and i respect that, honestly
so basically:
1. I'm starting this thing back up again
2. i dont want to review outdated forms and i dont want the comments clogged with em
3. im deleting the rules + forms page and then making a new one so the comments will be wiped
4. except for your Shard form Queen-of--Swords, im not that cruel. if you still want shard reviewed just tell me, i have the form copied
5. after i wipe the comments/make a new rules + forms page, you may submit/resubmit your forms
