Training for like 12 hours a day is really exhausting. I was like having a whole day duty at the café
Today is our first day as a trainee, we are introduced with some older trainees, the trainers let us watch Team A's practice, since Seohwa and I already finished our 12 hours practice. They are really good, they seems like a debuted group already, with their visuals, powerful dance and stable vocals, Wow
"So this is Kazuo Miki and Ahn Seohwa, they are the newest trainee. We are still thinking if we should add them in your group or create a new one. But for now they'll be practing with each other" the trainer said to the Team A and Oh Gi Eun Sunbaenim is listening intently since she's Team A's leader
After showing their performance, Team A gathered around me and Seohwa and made us sit on the floor
"You can come to us if you have worries and if you're having a hard time" Jung Harim Sunbaenim said
They told us that some of them used to practice with some Ex-Pristin members
They are all warm, and they told us some advices so we can keep up even we face hardships as a trainee in the future
After the talk with Team A, Seohwa and I went home. I mean, Seohwa went home and go straight to the café.
Since last week, the café changed the operating hours for 24 hours I changed my shift during night. Every monday and sunday I went to the training center at six A.M to six P.M, and start my shift at the café at eight P.M to four A.M, while every tuesday, wednesday, thursday and friday I went to school at seven A.M until two P.M I personally ask the university to make my schedule compacted so my school days will be lessen, then I'll go to the training center for four P.M to ten P.M then will go to the café at twelve midnight until four A.M.
That's how my day goes, tiring, super but I enjoyed it a lot. I barely sleep, or have a complete sleep but I'm doing this for my dreams. Though I can give up my work at the café since my Dad is still giving me my allowance and my living and for the university fees.
My parents already know that I'm a trainee at Pledis, they congratulated me and told me that they will support me until I get to achieve my dream though they are concern about my studies and my health
"I'm here" I said, as I entered the café. Minchan and Yeonhee greeted me back
"Hi Miki, since you're here now I'll change and get going" Yeonhee Eonni said
Yeonhee Eonni and Minchan Oppa are for morning shift, while me and Minsu are for evening shift. Minsu is the newest crew in the café since the owners changed the operating hours
"Miki can you call Minsu?" Minchan Oppa asked
"Ne" I said and dialed Minsu Oppa's number
"Yeoboseyo" I said
"Hmm?"
"Oppa where are you?" I asked
"I'm on my way to the café" he said and I ended the call
"Minchan Oppa he's on his way already" I said
Exactly eight PM, Minchan Oppa and Yeonhee Eonni called their day off and went out of the café since their shift is already done and now I'm waiting for Minsu Oppa but since there's no new costumers I just sat down at the cash register and scroll down to my phone
"Miki, mian" Minsu Oppa said as he entered inside the café
"Aniyo, it's okay" I said
Our time at the café flew fast, and we're already done and now I'm on way home to sleep for two hours and prepare for school.
"Yow wassup Miki" my friend Ha Minseo said and walked the same pace with me
"I saw you at Pledis yesterday" he said
"Ah" I replied. I'm not in the mood to talk, I want to sleep
"Are you tired?" he asked when he noticed that I not responding to him and I nodded
"Should I excuse you to our professors?" he asked
"No. It's okay, I'm okay" I said
We just walked 'till we reached our room for the first period
After the class I hurriedly went to training center
"Eonni" Seohwa said, she's wearing track pants and sweatshirt, her usual training clothes
"Seohwa-ya. I'm going to change first" I said
"Okay, we have a new song to practice" she said and I nodded
After changing from casual to my training clothes, I wore black track pants and white crop top with my white shoes
"Seohwa do you have a video of the new routine?" I asked and she handed me her phone
After like 30 minutes I'm already done memorizing the new dance and now Seohwa and I are practicing together already
"Uwa Eonni you're so cool" Seohwa said
"Why?" I asked
"It took me two hours to memorize and to dance neatly the new routine while you only took 30 minutes. Genius" she said while clapping
We just talked while taking our break, she told me that she had her one on one vocal training
A knock stopped us from talking to one another. I stood up and opened the door, our dance trainer entered the practice room, Seohwa and I greeted him
"Have you practiced the new routine?" our dance trainer asked
"Ne" we answered
"Show me" he said and Seohwa played the music
The music is 16 shot and our steps has a lot of powerful movements with every beat
"Okay. So far, so good. When did you learned this Miki?"
"When I arrived earlier" I said
"Good. Keep up the good work" he said and left our practice room
As our dance trainer left, Seohwa and I continued practicing

Time flies fast, there are more trainees added to our team and it's already my sixth month as Pledis trainee
"Miki Eonni, let's eat?" Wang Xi Zei said, one of the added trainees in our team
We are named Team B, and like we are the newest trainees. The company added four more trainees, one chinese and three korean girls
"Zei-ya! Kaja" Jihyun said, one of the added trainee
I'm currently the leader, next week will be our monthly assessment so we have to practice. I'm currently working for the arrangement of Ateez Sunbaenim Hala Hala, I made it sound fitted for a girl group.
"Be back soon, I'm finished recording the guide and we'll practice then go to recording" I said to Zei and Jihyun before they leave the practice room. They nodded and went out.
One of our trainers told us to prepare hard since this monthly evaluation will determine the next Pledis girl group.
"You won't eat again?" Jeonghan Oppa said, I didn't notice that he went inside the practice room
"I'm full Oppa. How about you, have you eaten your lunch?" I asked
"We're done eating. Don't skip meals huh" Jeonghan Oppa said. I nodded
Since I became a trainee, Seventeen members are always behind my back, supporting me, asking how I am or if I'm having a hard time. I became close to them, especially to Jeonghan Oppa
"Hey yo wassup" Hoshi Oppa said as he entered the practice room with Woozi Oppa
"Annyeonghaseyo" I greeted them and bowed my head
"Miki annyeong! Eat this" Hoshi Oppa said and handed me a toast
"Ne, kamsahamnida" I said and put the toast beside me
"What are you doing?" Woozi Oppa asked this time
"I'm double checking the re-arrangement of the song" I answered
Woozi Oppa went beside me and take a look on what I am doing
"Can you play the music?" he asked. I played it without thinking twice, so I can hear his feedback and opinion about the arrangement and if I have to change some parts
"Hmm, so that will be for the group performance?" Woozi Oppa asked and I nodded
"It's good. But you did not raise the key?"
"Aniyo. The original version is already high, especially the main vocal's part and Seohwa will have a hard time singing the high notes if I raise the key" I said
"When will you do recordings?" Woozi Oppa asked
"Later, when they practiced this"
"We'll watch" Jeonghan Oppa said
"For now, eat and relax. Look at the black circles under your eyes" Jeonghan Oppa added
"It's okay Jeonghan Oppa, I'm okay. Besides I'm still full" I said
"Full? What did you eat? I asked Jihyun and Zei, they said you haven't eaten anything yet" Jeonghan Oppa rebutted and handed me the toast. The same toast that Hoshi Oppa gave
"Eat" Jeonghan Oppa said so I have no choice but to eat.
While eating I'm already imagining things like how the formations will be and what kind of choreography will I add to make us stand out, like how we will show our color
"Miki Eonni!" Saemi squealed, but toned down when she saw Seventen Sunbaenim at the practice room. She's one of the added trainee.
"Hmm? Wae Saemi-ya?" I asked
"We bought you triangle kimbap, tuna flavor, strawberry milk and canned coffee" she said and gave black plastic bag
"Uh gomawo" I said and smiled
I patted some space beside me, and Saemi sat
"Wae Eonni?" she asked and cling her arms in my arms and leaned her head at my shoulder
Saemi is the youngest in our team, and she's really adorable and she likes skinship so much.
"Listen to this" I said and played the Hala Hala that I re-arranged
"Eonni, this is so great!" she said while clapping
"Gomawo" I said
"Eonnideul heard this already?" she asked and I shook my head
"Eo? Should I call them? They are at the cafeteria" she said
"Yes please" I said and Saemi went out, running.
"She's cute" Hoshi Oppa said
"Yes, she is" I said "But I don't think she'll be cute when we perform this" I added
"What is her position?" Hoshi Oppa asked
"She's in between of vocals and performance"
"Ohhh can I watch your practice?" Hoshi Oppa asked
"Sure, if you don't have anything to do" I said
"I'll call S.Coups and the others" Jeonghan Oppa said and Woozi Oppa nodded
"What if my members get shy?" I asked Woozi Oppa and Hoshi Oppa
"It's okay" they both said
For about fifteen minutes since Saemi fetched the other members, they came back with foods on their hands

"This is the song guide, and this ks the lyric sheet" I said and handed them the paer with the lyrics of Hala Hala
"I'm done recording the guide, so we have to practice the whole song, not just your part and after that we'll proceed with recording" I said
"Eonni, when we record Seventeen Sunbaenim will be here?" Jihyun asked
"Eo. Woozi Oppa will observe" I said
"Let's begin?" I asked and they went to some corners to practice alone and to concentrate .
While me, the song is still playing in my earphones.
"Miki-ya" Dino Oppa said and sat beside me
"Dino Oppa" I said and smiled at him
"What's that?" he asked and get the left ear phone and put it in his ears
"Hmm it's good, you arranged this?" he asked and I nodded
"How long did you arranged this?" Dino Oppa asked
"Almost a week?" I said
Dino Oppa and I had some talks and gave me some ideas on how will we create the choreography for this song
We went inside the recording studio and will start recording
"Eonni I'm nervous" Xi Zei said, she's our youngest
"Don't be, just do your best like how you do your bets during practice" I said and continue patting her back
Today is the evaluation day...
This evaluation is much special since with this evaluation, will determine the possible line up for the new Pledis Girl Group
"Miki-ya" Jihyun called me
"Wae?"
"I heard from Harim Eonni that new trainees will be introduced and will be added to some teams"
"Huh? Okay" I said and nodded
Different teams from boys performed first and next is Team A for girls, which is Gieun Eonni's team
"Annyeonghaseyo Team A imnida" they said unison and the trainers and Han Sung Soo Sajangnim asked them to perform right away
Team A's song is upbeat version of Home by Seventeen Sunbaenim. After their performance all trainees and trainers clapped

"You may start now"
We begin with the original choreography and formations, though we adjust a bit since we have five members.

"God job girls!" I said to them when we went to the cafeteria to eat

"No, its our hard work. All of us" I said
"Hi! Job well done!" Gieun Eonni said to us
"Thank you Eonni" I said and smiled at her
"Good luck for the individual performance huh. Fighting!" Gieun Eonni said and leave after
"Don't get hurt while performing huh" my reminder to them while we are eating

"Everyone, go back to the practice room" The staff said to us
"Let's go. Team B fighting!" we said before leaving the cafeteria
"Pick a number" staff said before entering the practice room
I got number three, so I am the third trainee that will perform for individual performance.
