It's been a month since I auditioned in Pledis and results are still no where. Maybe I did not passed at all? It's okay at least I tried and I'm not that really ready for the audition.
But still I'm ashamed, I had a special audition and yet I did not do my best. Or Pledis is not for me? I don't know. For now I'll focus on my studies and works though I resigned at ZMC last week because I had so much on my plate, so many things to do in school and in the café. But I still go to for practice, and to hang out with Zgirls they became my friends and big sisters.
To think that I'm only 18 and yet I am on my first year in college, it streeses me out. I am an advanced student way back in the Philippines, I went to school earlier than the kids with my age so I am more ahead than them and with the kids here.
At first the University don't like to accept me because of my age same scenario in Japan when I entered middle school, but since I passed the entrance exam they asked me to do another exam and if I passed the second exam I can enter college.
"Miki can you go to table 13? Confirm their order, there has some changes" Minchan said
"Ne Oppa" I said and went to the table 13 with the small notebook on my hand where their orders are written
"Annyeonghaseyo. I'm here to confirm you orders" I said
They are all wearing face masks, some wearing specs and some wearing caps
"We confirmed that you passed Pledis audition" One guy said
"Eh?" When the guy with black mask and black cap looked at me I realized that he's Choi Seungcheol of Seventeen
"Annyeong" the guy beside him said, Yoon Jeonghan
I bowed and smiled at them and I started to confirm their orders
"That's all?" I asked. They all nodded
"Go to training center tomorrow huh" Woozi Sunbaenim said and smiled at me
I'm spacing out for some time during my shift after my talk with Seventeen, why will they say that I passed the audition if I haven't received any confirmation like a mail or email addressing that I passed the audition
"Miki-ya are you okay?" Minchan Oppa asked
"Uhm. Yeonhee Eonni won't come?" I asked
"No. Still sick" he said
Minchan Oppa and I are two days straight 12 hours shift from opening to closing, some times we extends for like 2 hours more because the costumers are keep on coming.
"Let's go?" Minchan Oppa said
We already closed the café and heading home, though Minchan and I are in opposite direction
"Miki-ya you have a mail" Hwayeon said, my room mate. Since I am living in a dorm near Konkuk University. But mostly of my dorm mates are trainee of different entertainment companies
"Hmm. Thank you" I said and headed to our room
I saw the envelop above my vanity table. I opened it already and read if what is it all about
"Heol" I said after reading the mail
"Hwayeon-ah!" I exclaimed and Hwayeon hurriedly entered the room
"Wae?" She asked worriedly
"I passed the audition" I said
"Ha?"
I extended my arms and give the letter to Hwayeon
"Oh my gosh. Congratulations!" Hwayeon said and hugged me "Wear your best outfit for tomorrow huh" Hwayeon added
Should I wear comfortable clothes so I can dance when they asked me to?
I started looking at my closet to look for any outfit that I'll wear tomorrow
"I'll help you" Hwayeon said
Hwayeon went to my closet and she picked a white long-sleeved polo, denim jeans and denim jacket with chunky white shoes
She went to her closet and gave me a black ribbon
"You'll wear this, so you can be comfortable moving if they asked you to dance" I smiled and thanked her "I'll be doing your make up tomorrow huh. What time are you going to Pledis?" Hwayeon added
"8 AM" I said
I went to bed after a quick bath, since I ate in a restaurant near the café before heading home I did not eat again with them
"Uhm Miki-ssi?" A girl in a casual wear said to me
"Uhm. Ne" I said
"Come on, the call back was held in the 2nd floor basement" the girl said, I looked at her confusedly
"The location changed" she said and shrugged while walking "I'm Jinhye" she said and smiled
I learned that Jinhye is also called for the callback, like this is the second round of audition
As we walked near the line, the staffs are calling my name
"Kazuo Miki-ssi?"
"No Kazuo Miki?"
I come close with the staffs on the table that annoucing my name
"I'm Kazuo Miki, sorry I'm late" I said
"Stand here" short haired girl said and motioned her hand in front of her, I do what she said
They announced names after my name like for 8 times more, so in this line we are like 9 or 10 in total
"Go to practice room B" she said, I nodded and I staff guided us where the practice room B is
When we arrived at the practice room B, there are 6 people who are sitting in the long table. I noticed Bumzu and Choi Young Joon sitting with them.
Later on, Han Sung Soo Depyonim arrived. The staffs bowed at him, and we also the people in my line bowed at him
"So, you are now here for call back right?" Han Sung Soo Depyonim said and we answered yes
"You are in a special call back, you are the priorities because of your performances last month. You are the memorable and best auditionees last month" he added and we nodded,
"With this second call back, if you got a perfect scores from the evaluators and me or you gave us the what we are looking for, automatically you passed and will be official Pledis Entertainment trainee. But if not, you will be called for the third round of the audition. Let's start" Han Sung Soo Depyonim said and went to the vacant chair which is in the center
They started calling the names, and I'm really nervous. I mean I did not prepare anything. Maybe I did but I'm not prepared.
They asked some auditionees if they can play music instruments or if they can act and such
"Kazuo Miki" A staff said
"Annyeonghaseyo. Kazuo Miki imnida"
"Oh Miki-ya" Bumzu Sunbaenim said. I smiled at them
"She's the one I'm telling you. She's really good" Bumzu Sunbaenim said to Choi Young Joon Saem
"Can you play musical instruments?" One asked
I nodded "Ne. I can play drums and guitar" I said
They handed me a acoustic guitar. So maybe they want me to play?
I chose to play an acoustic version of Why so lonely. I arranged it by myself, it's like my hobby to arrange one song

"Do you rap?" One trainer asked
"Ne. But I haven't tried making my own raps" I said. Though I already tried and I have composed my own songs too but I just can't show it, I'm not yet confident to show my works

They also asked me to dance with different songs that they will play and sing and dance just like in the first round of audition
For the sing and dance I performed Iz*One Sunbaenim La Vie En Rose.
"What position did you applied?" Bumzu Sunbaenim asked
"I applied for dance" I answered, since I'm really confident with dancing while the evaluators are just nodding
After the ten of us finished performing the staff told us to wait for the result, or be back at 3 PM, since it's already quarter to 1 PM and it's already lunch time. I decided to go to a restaurant near the building. And I already informed Minchan Oppa that I will took half day because I have some important thing to do, luckily Y/N Eonni is there to help though she's in disguise since her fans might notice her and will start a commotion
"You're going to eat your lunch here?" Jinhye asked, I am wih her throughout the day
"Hmm" I said and nodded
Jinhye sitted in front of me with her foods on her hand
"Let's be friends" Jinhye said while we are eating. I stopped for a while, I was shocked
"Eo?"
"Friends" she said and handed me her phone. I looked at her confusedly "Aigoo. Friends has each other's contacts. Is it your first time to have a friend?" She asked, I shook my head
We get along well, with two hours together. She's year older than me though we are casual with each other. I also discovered that Jinhye was former Fantagio trainee before auditioning in Pledis
"Let's go?" I said to Jinhye. It's already three in the afternoon so we'll going back to the practice room where we performed earlier
"I'm nervous" Jinhye said and held my hand. I smiled at her
Well, I can see that Jinhye can improve a lot with her basics. I mean she's good already but she's not confident
When we arrived, a staff is already posting something in the wall.
"And done. So, here are the results. If you passed, stay here" the staff said
Jinhye and I looked for our names if we passed the second round of audition. Luckily I passed with Ahn Seohwa, a cute little girl who did some ballet and traditional dance, there has two boys who passed the audition aslo
"Kazuo Miki-ssi, Ahn Seohwa-ssi, Kang Seokjun-ssi, Nam Hyeongmin-ssi. Kindly stay for the briefing. That's all for today. Thank you for your good work today. See you on the third round of audition" the staff said
"Jinhye-ya" I said in a small voice
"Gwenchana Miki-ya. I'll do well in the third round. See you" she said and went out of the practice room with the other auditionees
"We would like to welcome you as the newest Pledis trainee. Hope you'll do well and we'll see you on stage in the future" the staff said
We did some introductions, and I discovered that Kang Seokjun is '00 liner while Ahn Seohwa and Nam Hyeongmin are both '05 liner
After a while, the staff went to us and explained us the rules and regulations while we are a Pledis trainee like no dating, no sns and such, they gave us our schedules. They said that the dorms for the trainee will be available once the trainees stayed for like six months of being a trainee. We signed some agreement after the briefing and let us go.
We are walking altogether, Seohwa and I are already close. She has that bright personality, she's cute, small and clingy. On our first day we already had skin ship, so I must say that we are already friends
"Miki Eonni annyeonghigaseyo!" Seohwa said and bowed. Seohwa was fetched by his brother with a car so maybe they are rich? lol
"You'll take a bus?" Kang Seokjun-ssi asked.
I shook my head I told him that I'll take a subway. Since I want some alone time with myself, whenever I take subway I tend to walk longer unlike with the bus; and when I walked longer I had self reflection with what I did the whole day and it's relaxing, like a healing time with myself.
We'll go back to the training center tomorrow because tomorrow is our official first day as Pledis trainee.
