Kazee's POV
"Ohmy! Asan ako?!"
Nagising ako sa sigaw ng kaibigan. She's even holding herself as if someone tried to take advantage of her.
"Sinuko ko na ba ang bataan?" Bulong pa niya.
Napairap ako at sumandal sa pintuan. I wanted to choke her to death!
"Hoy lasenggera, bumaba ka at magluto."
She looked at me with wide eyes and jumped off the bed.
"I thought I was raped!"
Agad na tumaas ang kilay ko. She's so overreacting.
"Suot mo pa ng damit mo kagabi, tapos rape? ApakaOA mong bruha ka!"
Sinabunutan ko siya ng pabiro at umirap.
"Ouchh!"
"OA!"
Mabuti na lang at bumaba siya. I tailed her. She went to the kitchen and followed my demand.
"Magluluto pero walang pagkain. Hanep!"
Parang natauhan naman ako sa sinabi niya. Wala talaga palang pagkain! My gosh.
"Kain na lang tayo sa labas. Ikaw ang magbabayad." umirap ako at nauna nang lumabas.
I can hear her whispers behind me but I ignored her.
"Hindi mo ba naalala ang katangahan mo kagabi?"
"What? Nakipagmake out ako?"
"That should've been better."
"Naghubad ako?!"
"That should've been fucking better!"
"Then what did I do?!"
"Ipinangalandakan mong mag ex kami ni Nathan!" Sigaw ko.
Napatigil siya sa paglalakad at nanlalaki ang matang tumingin sa akin.
Umirap na lang ako at napatigil sa tapat ng elevator nang tumunog ang phone.
It's from an unknown number kaya agad akong nagtaka.
Nasa parking lot na ang sasakyan mo. Nasa akin ang susi.

I popped my cheeks and looked at Louisa.
"Hoy, una ka na sa baba. May nakalimutan ako." bastos kong utos sa kaibigan. Umirap lang siya at naunang pumasok sa elevator.
I closed my eyes and inhaled before pressing the doorbell of Nathan.
Ilang minuto lang ay bumukas iyon at sumalubong si Nathan gamit ang mapupungay na mata.
I looked away when he's not wearing a top. Only black jogging pants.
"My key please." I uttered still looking at the other side.
I heard him laughed a bit before turning his back. I pursed my lips while waiting for him. I can't go inside... Baka may maalala lang ako.
I felt his footsteps but I never changed the direction of my gaze. I heard him chuckled.
"You can look at me now."
Nang tignan ko siya ay nakasuot na siya ng shirt, at ang nakakairitang ngisi sa mukha niya.
"Umagang umaga, bold." hindi ko na napigilan ang bibig.
Natawa siya at umiling. "Nakita mo na nga lahat." sagot niya pabalik.
I scoffed and looked at him with so much disbelief in my eyes.
Hinablot ko ang susi at agad siyang tinalikuran. Mas nairita lang ako nang narinig ko pa din ang tawa niya.
Kaya naman pagkababa ko ay busangot ang mukha. Mas sumama lang ang timpla ko nang makita ang kaibigan. Mas naalala ko ang hambog na lalaking yon!
We just ate breakfast anywhere. Ibinaba ko din siya sa condo niya at dumiretso sa bahay ni ate Dana.
"At talagang hindi ka umuwi kagabi? Aba't saan ka nagsusuot?!" sermon ng ate ko.
"Ate in case you forgot, malaki na ako."
"I'm not worried about you!"
"Then why are so nosy?!"
"Hello? Yung kotse ko nasa iyo! Malay ko kung nabangga mo na!"
I scoffed. I covered my mouth as if very shocked. Mas inalala pa niya ang kotse niya kaysa sa sariling kapatid!
"I can't believe you!"
She only laughed and continued to clean the house. While I went to my room and got my things. Nang bumaba ay nagtataka si ata Dana na tumingin sa akin.
"Sa condo muna ako ni Jairo. But I'll visit Aliyah often."
Umirap lang siya na para bang walang pakialam sa pinagsasabi ko.
"Susunduin ko di-"
"No! Don't! Halos wala ng space ang closet niya!" reklamo ni ate.
I only laughed and got my things. After taking a bath, I just watch movies in their living room. Bwinisit ko din si ate dahil nga bored na bored ako.
Inantay ko munang makauwi si Aliyah at magpapaalam muna baka magtampo. Ang hirap pa namang suyuin parang hindi bata!
"I'm home!!" matinis na boses ng pamangkin.

"I know!" she giggled and covered her face. Para bang kilig na kilig.
Pero agad na kumunot ng noo nang makita ang bagahe sa tabi ko.
"You're leaving?"
I nodded and patted her head. "Yes baby, but don't worry. I'll fetch you in your school and we'll go shopping." bulong ko.
Now that's the magic word. She giggled and hugged me. "I won't tell mommy."
"Maglunch ka muna dito bago ka umalis." alok ni ate kaya yun ang ginawa ko.
She just let me borrowed her car but she said I should rent it. Bakit hindi na lang siya naging businesswomen noh?
Sobrang init sa labas nang lumabas ako dahil hapon pa lang. When I arrived at the building, I texted Nathan beforehand that I have the papers.
Pagkatapos ay dumiretso ako sa condo ni Jairo para ipasok ang mga bagahe ko. Agad naman akong lumabas papunta sa condo ni Nathan.
Saktong nasa tapat ako ng pintuan niya nang tumunog ang phone ko.
Fr: Nathan
Pumasok ka na lang sa condo ko. I'll be there in few hours. I didn't change my password.
Of course hindi ko siya susundin! I'll just wait for him in Jairo's condo then.
My phone rang so I quickly answered it.
"Kelangan mo?" masungit kong sambit nang tumawag si Louisa.
"Asan ka?"
"Sa condo ni Jairo." I lied.
"Geez! Don't go out! Reporters are coming!"
"Bakit naman?!"
"Kingina kang malandi ka! Bakit hindi ka tumingin sa internet at kalat ang litrato ninyong dalawa ni Nathan!"
"Huh? What picture?"
"Sa convenience store! A citizen took picture! You fucking look like a couple! Take note, madaling araw pa talaga!"
"Hooooo! Noodles pa more!" asar niya.
"What the fuck!"
"Kazee it's clear as a day na boyfriend mo si Jairo!"
I massaged my temple and bit my nail. I can't think of anything! I can't help but to worry about Jairo's reaction about this!
Napatingin ako sa elevator nang bumukas ito. Parang tumigil ang lahat nang makita ng ilan ang mga reporter hawak ang kani-kanilang camera.
My hands trembled as I entered Nathan's password in his unit. Agad naman itong bumukas kaya agad din naman akong pumasok. It's a good thing no one saw me!
Kasabay nang pagpasok ko ay ang pagragasa ng mga ala alang pilit kong ibinaon sa limot. Mga ala alang pilit kong kinalimutan ngunit bumabalik pa din.
Patuloy na bumabalik at tuluyan ulit akong bumalik. Sa panahong hindi ko inasahan. Sa panahong kami pa. Sa panahon kung saan at kailan nagsimula.

I wasn't able to hear the lyrics well because of looking at him. It's so surreal. My eyes watered after he sang that song. Thinking of everything.
I saw how sincere his eyes were. It was filled with so much love.
I reached his cheeks to wipe the corner of his eyes when he started tearing up but it didn't fell.
Ramdam ko kung paano siya nahihirapan. Alam ko, alam kong sobrang hirap ang pingdadaanan namin ngayon.

Dahil sa hindi maipaliwanag na sayang nararamdaman. Agad ko siyang hinalikan. I closed my eyes when I felt his hands on my waist moving up and down.

Tumango ako yinakap din siya. I was leaning in his chest while watching the waves. He rested his chin on my left shoulder

I smiled and looked at him. I planted and soft kiss on his cheeks.
"Me too. You're my home...my peace..my comfort."
He kissed my forehead and hugged me tighter.
"When are we going to get married?" I softly asked.
"When you're ready." bulong niya.
"I'm ready!"
"Are you sure?"
"Yes!!"
My eyes widened when he stoop up. He offered his hands so he can help me get up.
"Saan tayo pupunta?" tanong ko
"Magpapakasal."
I smiled and reached for his hand. He's making me so crazy! Ikakasal na talaga kami? Ngayon na? As in now na?
I smiled remember those sweet moments I had with him. We were young...and impulsive. But it wasn't a mistake and will never be a mistake.
Meeting him wasn't a coincidence and loving him wasn't and will never be an accident. I'd like to believe that we're meant for each other.
I just don't know why we had to separate ways.... Is it because of bad timing? We met when we're both promised to someonelse.....or it is because we're really meant to just bumped into each other and not to stay?
He's both my blessing and lesson.. The one that I'll never forget and I will forever hope for..
Siya....kami ang patunay na pinagtagpo pero hindi tinadhana.. O baka naman, hindi na nga dapat pinagtagpo, pinilit pang kinalaban ang tadhanda...
Hindi ko alam. Hindi ko alam ang sagot. If we met before we're promised to someonelse, would everything change?
But I wanted to let go of my questions....and so...I did. Whether we met as friends...or enemies... What happened to us is the most beautiful love story... It just happened to be a painful one.
Agad akong napatingin sa bagong dating. The door opened and Nathan was already walking towards me.
Wearing his usual dark menacing eyes, I swallowed hard when he's so much different from the man in my memory. He doesn't look like the man years ago.
With a white button down long sleeve and black plants, he looked so mature and professional. Parang ang layo niya, parang ang hirap niyang abutin.
And now, I'm holding our annulment papers. The papers that will definitely put an end to us.
Sumakit ang dibdib ko nang mapagtantong hanggang ala ala na lang ang mga nangyari noon. Ang mga pangako namin tuluyan ng mapapako sa panahong pipirma siya.
"I...have the papers." sambit ko.
He only threw me a cold stare. And it hurts...so much. Dahil hindi siya, parang hindi siya ang minahal ko noon at ang nagmahal din sa akin.
He pointed at his living room.
"Follow me."
Sinunod ko naman siya. He sat on the sofa while I sat beside him. My hands were trembling as I placed the papers on the center table.
This is really it huh? This is really the end....for the both of us.
Nagkatinginan kami saglit. And it that short span of time, I saw the man I loved years ago. I saw the man who was willing to provide me everything.
Pero bumalik iyon sa malamig na tingin. Mas malamig pa sa gabi.
I looked away and sighed. At sa pangalawang pagkakataon, maghihiwalay nanaman kami.
They say love is sweeter the second time around but why does it hurts so much?
I smiled sadly. Love is painful...and sweet, whether it's the first time or the second. But this time isn't first or second.
It's the last time.
And.. I had to erase you..again. I have to be broken again. I have to free you.. And this time..will be the last.
I finally believe that phrase now...but I didn't expect that I'll experience it first hand.
You know what it is?
History repeat itself.
Because just..like what happened before.. We broke up...but this time, for real.
This time...permanently.
