🔥Miozomi's POV🔥
"The most important thing right now is having the family all together again!"
Jet walks beside us as we go through the town, trying to look for any clue to Appa.
"We can take the train out to the wall but then we'll have to walk" Sokka explains.
"Don't worry, on the way back, we'll be flying!" Aang smiles brightly holding my hand.
"We're finally leaving Ba Sing Se" Toph says throwing her arms wide "Worst city ever!"
"Jet!" A voice yells behind us as we look to see Longshot and Smellerbee.
"I thought you said you didn't have your gang anymore?" I ask confused.
"I don't" he says in confusing as well.
Smellerbee throws herself on him hugging him close and sighs in relief.
"We where so worried. How did you get away from the Dai Li" She asks.
"The Dai Li?" Katara yells.
"I don't know what she's talking about"
"He got arrested by the Dai Li a couple of weeks ago. We saw them drag him away" Smellerbee explains.
"Why would I get arrested? I've been living peacefully in the city" Jet asks.
"This doesn't make sense. They're both telling the truth" Toph says baffled.
"That's impossible"
"Mio?" Katara faces me as I nod, Toph's right.
"But it's not. Toph and Mio can't tell whose lying because they both think their tellling the truth. Jet's been brainwashed" Sokka points at Jet.
"What! That's crazy! It can't be" Jet starts looking around as we come closer to him "Stay away from me"
"The Dai Li must have sent Jet to mislead us, and the janitor was a part of their plot too" Katara points out.
"I bet they have Appa here in the city. Maybe he's in the same place they took Jet. Where did they take you" Aang asks.
Jet sits on a stool with his head hanging.
"Nowhere, I- I don't know what you're talking about" Jet says confused.
"We need to find a way to jog his real memories" I suggest.
"Maybe Katara could kiss him. That should bring something back" Sokka suggest.
"Maybe you should kiss him Sokka" She shoots back.
"Oh wait, I got it" Sokka plucks a straw from his mattress and pokes it in Jet's mouth bringing back his signature look.
"I don't think it's working" Jet says spitting out the straw.
"Try to think of something from your past that triggers your emotions" Toph adds.
"The Fire Nation, remember what they did to your family" Smellerbee says.
"Close your eyes and picture it."
As he does so i'm drawn into his memories, i'm seeing everything him and his family have gone through because of my people. The bloodshed, the tears, i look around the place to see Little Jet staring at me with a non-emotional face, his face is just hard and cold.
"Fix the mistakes, before it's too late" He says as i'm being pulled away from the memories to come back to reality looking at everone staring at me, even Jet.
"What happened Zomi" Aang asks me softly as if scared I was going to break any moment from now, he and Katara move over to stand beside me.
"I saw everything Jet and his late family went through, i can see memories" I say still astonished.
"Do you think you can resurface a memory, Mio?" Katara asks.
"Katara" Aang gives her a small glare.
"No, it's okay, i can try, if i concentrate hard enough" I say walking closer to Jet.
"This might hurt abit" He nods as i put all my concentration into focusing on looking for the right memory.
"Got you" Jet gasps as i feel my eyes glow and bring the memory out. I see Long Feng ordering a Dai Li agent to tie Jet up and hypnotize him. I see entrance to the secret tunnel. I let go of jets temple as i felt weak and collapsed against Aang's body who holds me in a firm embrace.
"They took me to a headquarters under the water, like a lake" Jet explains.
"Guys remember what Joo Dee said? She said she went on vacation to Lake Laogai" I say standing to my feet with Aang's aid.
"That's it, Lake Laogai."

"So where's this secret headquarters?" Sokka asks Jet as we got to the lake, looking around.
"I think it's somewhere around here" Jet says.
Toph cuts in "There's a tunnel up ahead"
She whittles walking towards the lake's shore before earthbending the secret entrance, opening the hatch for all of us to look down. Jet led us to a huge underground cave and pointed below.
"I think there might be a cell big enough to hold Appa up" he explains as he stops before a sealed stone door
"I think it's true here"
As Jet opens the door for us, we come across a massive shadowy cavern, i have a feeling, like an unsettling sensation, like we're being watched as we walked through the halls. Soon we see the Dai Li agents fall from the ceiling, around us making it hard for us to escape and infront is Long Feng with more Dai Li agents.
"Now that's something different" Sokka comments.
I hid behind Aang scared as he hold me close glaring at them especially Long Feng.
"You have made yourselves enemies of the state. Take them into custody"
More of the Dai Li fall from the ceiling and cave us in a ring like structure. Two of them launch a stone rock attack but Toph blocks it, leaving only debries and dust. We all run, trying to defend ourselves against the Dai Li. Not wanting to hurt them badly with my Firebending i chose to Chi-block them instead 'Thank you Ty-Lee for the lessons' I thought as i continue to fend them off.
"Mio, where did you learn to do that" Katara suddenly asks from behind me.
"Ty-Lee" I simply state continuing to fight them off.
I see from the corner of my eye that Long Feng flees from the room, sealing a stone door shut.
"Long Feng is escaping" Aang yells as he and Jet go after him.
After we're done with every single Dai Li, we decide to look for Aang and Jet only to see Jet on his back, wearing a sorrowful expression. Katara quickly bends some water from her patch and begins to heal him in the chest.
"This isn't good" Katara says.
"You guys go find Appa, we'll take care of Jet" Smellerbee says.
"W-We're not going to leave you" I insist.
"There's no time. Just go. We'll take care of him, he's our leader" Longshots speaks causing the five of us to look at him, shocked.
"Don't worry Katara and Mio, I'll be fine" Jet smiles weakly up at us. I close my eyes sadly staring at him, bending down to hug him before raising to my feet with Katara and the others. As we approach the next door I hear Toph whisper slightly.
"He's lying" She says as i just continue moving forward.

Toph slides open another stone door to reveal it empty.
"Appa's gone. Long Feng beat us here" Aang sighs in sadness.
"If we keep moving, maybe we'll catch him" Katara says.
I hear crumbling and look to see a circle-shaped plug rises from the lake. Cracks form on the plug and it shoots off to scatter on the nearby cliff.
"Do you think we can outrun them?" Sokka asks.
"I don't think it's gonna matter"
Ahead of us are six Dai Li agents awaiting Long Feng. The agents build up a thirty-feet wall up beneath Long Feng gets, sealing the strip of land between the cliffside and the lake. We halt to a stop as The Dai Li agents behind us raise another stone wall, closing us in.
Momo suddenly lands on my shoulder out of no where all gibbly.
"Where have you been little guy" i say stroking his head softly.
"What is it Momo?" Aang notices the Lemurs excitement.
Momo launches off my shoulder, pass along Feng and into the sunset Moments later Appa emerges from the bright-pazing sunset with someone on his back.
"Appa!" Aang yells.
Appa swoops down and smashes through the first wall, continuing onward on the second as the person on his back fights off all the Dai Li agents. Aang and Toph bend off the reamaing cliff with the Dai Lin agents on, flinging them far out the lake. Appa circles around to land near the slightly shaking Long Feng as the last of the Dai Li agents flee. As he turns back from watching his men flee he's met with an angry Appa and with the stranger on his back glaring at him.
"I can handle both of you by myself"
Before he could even strike Appa, the stranger comes down and attacks Long Feng. As soon as he/she is done, they turn to Appa.
"After you" they bow as Appa takes Long Feng by his robe and flings him far into the lake, moments in Appa spits out his shoe. Everyone turn and runs up to Appa hugging him close as i walk up to the stranger.
"Thank you for helping Appa and us" I say as the stranger removes their cloak to reveal...
"Kharisa!"
"Yup" she smirks at me.
"But how did you..."
"I've been following Long Feng since he kidnapped Appa, I'd have told you guys but he would have found out and shipped Appa out of the city, plus Jian gave me some intel" she explains as we walk closer to the gang.
"Thank you for helping us your highness" Aang bows.
"It's always my pleasure Avatar Aang. Miozomi, I have to let you know now that if you can't find me before you leave the city" she says hugging me close.
"Why? What's wrong"
"Nothing I just feel like something bad is about to happen and if it does, I want you to take Jian with you, he'll be safer" she says looking iver at the sunset and begins to leave.
"I'll see you all again, I hope" she mutters the last part as we wave goodbye to her.
"Ohh, I've missed you so much buddy" I say hugging his fur tightly as i feel someone staring at me.
I look ahead to see Aang staring at me with a love-sick look on his face. I begin to blush facing the other way, we all embrace Appa staring into the distance.
Later on as the sun set, Katara and i face the lake with sad looks on our faces, Jet.
We feel the other come up to us hugging us both tightly as we both of us let a tear shed from our eyes
