Plot:
Gerard and Frank are almost complete opposites. Gerard has the power to produce fire, and Frank has the power to produce ice (A/N: shut up he's not secretly Elsa). When the two meet, they feel as though they're perfect for one another, but their powers think otherwise. The pair's differences cause them to fight constantly, making their relationship slowly crumble, until there's barely anything left. But maybe, just maybe, the two's relationship still has some hope.
Note:
Ok, my reason for giving this idea away is that I'm eventually going to start writing a Frerard AU that's gonna be a bit similar to this (Time Bomb), but obviously not the same idea. I feel like if I try to write them both, I might mix the plots up by accident, or they might just seem way too similar after I finish both of them, so I figured I'd just keep one of the ideas.
