A cold place, that's really well hidden between the lake and the forest. It's hidden underground and nearly impossible to find it by accident. It's still hard to find on purpose, but if you really look close and pay attention, you might be able to find it. There's a bunch of cells for hostages, some places to sleep, and a common area for criminals to discuss plans. There's also some places for them to train. It's quite dangerous for anyone who isn't a criminal.
