No wait... that's just our tree. Sucker has grown pretty big and- is that a man standing at my- oh my god its just my jacket. I think I'm being too paranoid about this. I'm going to sleep.
I wake up the next morning and head downstairs for breakfast, my dad smiles and hands me a plate of eggs and bacon.
"Dad do you sometimes mistake things in your room as scary things?"
"Not really sweetie, why do you ask?"
With a chuckle I reply "You see last night I thought I saw a hand at the window when it was really the tree and i thought i- what's wrong, why are you looking at me like that?"
"Hon.... we cut down the tree two days ago."
