Next day ,
My first day in this institution!!
As I started walking by the corridor ,
I felt people glancing towards me but I ignored it .
Now I know how newcomers feel like !
Awkward as hell , if you may ask .
" Let me remind you , teenagers here are more nosey than your relatives and neighbours collectively " ,
he joked.
"I suppose that's not a good thing to know "
" Yaa . You need to get your schedule ? So I'll accompany you till then "
" Yaa but don't you have class ?"
" I do but we still have few minutes to spare "

A senior student asked me , clearly uninterested .
" Um . Actually I have joined recently . It's my junior year and I need my timetable "

I am sure that there are many Winstons out there so normally students won't think of me as daughter of the Jason Winston .
" Here " she handed me a piece of paper .
" Let me see " Chris said and glanced at it
" We do have few lectures together "

I couldn't complete my sentence as I got interrupted by someone .
" Hey buddies " Harv called out

Chris asks him
" He won't be coming early I guess . Last night , he got prettu drunk . Rumour has it that a girl slapped
him " , he winked

"Yaa . But why are you asking about him ?"

They were clearly talking about someone else and not my Royal .
He doesn't even like drinking .
And why would a girl even slap someone like Ro and if she did ,
she must be out of her mind !
" Talk to you later Bella , first class !" Lucy came out of no where and dragged her bf along with her .
" Weirdest couple alert " Chris chuckled

I started my day with General Science class . I didn't choose any specification because I am inclined towards business side .
First two lectures were okay .
I mean I just preferred sitting in the back of the class .
No one bothered to talk to me and I felt nervous to do so myself .
Ego ? Nope .
Shyness ? Definitely .
Hotel ? Trivago .
I don't even know myself as to why I mentioned the last part!
Third lecture went fine , I sat with lover boy , I mean Christian .
But lunch time went pretty good .
It was me , Chris , Lucy , Harvey .
We got to know many things about each other .
Patricia and Lucy are best friends and when she decided to leave ,
Lucy was quite sad .
But turns out Harv handled her well and abracadabra, now they are together !
I'm also sad Day is not here with me!
Can someone handle me too ?!

After the bell rang , we went to our different classes .
Turns out Economics class was on the upper floor .
I was walking up the stairs when someone suddenly asked me ,
" Hey . Are you new here ?"
" Yaa why ?"
"You have Eco class right now , so do you know where is it ?"
" Not exactly . But I'll find it "
" No worries . I'll take you . By the way , I'm Rebecca "
" Thanks . Isabella "
" I know "
" How ?"
" You just mentioned , right ?",
She chuckled but it seemed fake
I wonder how did she know I have Eco now .. anyways.
" It's towards right . At the very end "
" Aren't you coming ?"
" Yaa . Just need to make a call , you go ahead "
" Wait a sec . It says Room no 8 and isn't room 5 to 10 towards the left ?"
" Damn" she whispered but I heard it
" I mean they changed the classes this year so "
" Oh okay "
I decided to go ahead ...
No sooner had I pushed the classroom door open than I heard laughter .
I ... I .. I was just trying to process that I was drenched in water from top to bottom , when something sticky hit my face !
It was slime and I was slimed !
I rubbed my eyes and saw few students , one of them I recognised as Ben and the others whom I saw in the lunch break laughing their asses off like they own the school .
Rebecca entered and saw my condition .
I was expecting a pitiful look but what I got is being laughed at as she also joined them .
" That's what happens when you slap our mate " A guy said , he was indeed tall and muscular.
" How did you know it was me ?" ,
I finally spoke, my voice low
" We saw you with Chris yesterday and heard Harvey boasting about how you slapped someone 'twice' ", Beca said
Was this how bullying feels like ?!
Freshman year, Sophomore year sucked and now Junior year sucks!
Is there anything else left on my plate ??
" Your attitude won't get you anywhere" I spitted out
" You don't use that tone with us " ,
the guy glared at me
"Royal should have seen this , after all it was his idea to drench you" Beca said and giggled
" Come on Beca ! Give your bf some credit as well "
" Offcourse . Slime's idea was his " she smirked and kissed that guy
I just stood there and asked ,
" Royal who ?"
" Royal Miller , who else ?"
" No , you guys are lying "
" Bitch we aint lying . Anyway he should have been here by now . I'll just call him "
She called him and put it on speaker for her friends to listen ,
" Where are you Royal ?"
" Did you do it ?" He asked
" Obvio "
" What's her name ?"
" Isabella something " Beca said
But I didn't hear anything after that .
" What happened ?" Ben asked
"He hung up , maybe he reached "
" So next time be careful who you mess with " Ben glared at me
I just pushed him away which made him stumble .
" Woah . Royal was right , you are something else" , That guy said
I heard some footsteps but I ignored it
" Aren't you scared?" Ben asked , suddenly frustrated now .
" Why would I be ?
You guys don't scare me . I pity you . No one loves you , right ?
So you just think it's best to hurt others because you are the ones who are suffering from some unknown pain " I said firmly , trying to control my tears !
" You guys made quite a scene here " Someone said that from behind and
I recognised the voice immediately , that jerk's voice !
I am not gonna turn back ...
" Isabella , watch your mouth otherwise I'll forget you are a girl " Beca's bf said and that made the rest laugh .
That masked jerk also laughed and said,
" Your theory is impressive !
So you are that girl who slapped me yesterday? "
Don't look back ..
I felt so bad being there ,
being the one who just got bullied.
But that wasn't as compared to the hurt I felt when that jerk stepped in front of me .
Just as our eyes met , this was it !
I lost it all !
Chris was right ...
The one in front of me was no longer someone I can call my bestfriend !
" ISABELLA!"
" ROYAL! " ,
my voice broke and tears started to pour out .
