A couple months later
Zara kept by her phone, Nat went into labour a few hours ago and Zara was eager to see how she was and her baby twin nephew and niece.
"Zara calm down it's going to be fine" Peter said seeing his girlfriend walking around in circles inside their own house.
"Peter I am going to be a aunt any second, plus those horror stories you read during labour-"
"Won't happen to either of the babies or Natasha" Peter reassured her and hugged her. The two sat at the window and heard a car horn beep as it pulled up the drive way. Zara opened up the window to see Steve and Bucky there
"You coming to see them or what?" Bucky laughed and Zara smiled. The two went down the stairs and went outside to see the two
"Dorks" Zara stated while smiling and she got in the back of the car with Peter. The four drove down to Natasha and Buckys new house where she wanted a home birth. Zara opened up the door to hear two babies crying, a smile grew on her face when she Sharon Carter walking around in her nurse uniform
"Zara, nice to see you again" Sharon said and Zara smiled
"You too, how is the new job as an FBI agent?" Zara asked her as the two went into the new nursery
"Great, luckily I was taught how to deliver children" She laughed and Zara smiled
"Heya stranger" Natasha said from her chair
"Hey there" Zara smiled and saw the two babies in their cribs.
"Meet Luna Sofia Barnes and Ronan Jackson Barnes, your niece and nephew" Natasha said and Zara walked over to them both and saw them for the first time.
Luna had red hair and cute green eyes, looking like a small Natasha. Ronan had brown hair and also green eyes. The two looked up at Zara and examined her carefully, making Zara smile
"They are gorgeous children Tasha" Zara said and then the three men and Athena came inside.
"Any one want a drink?" Bucky offered
"Water please" Zara and Peter asked and he nodded and went to the kitchen and came back with the glasses.
"Z and Peter, want to stay a night or two?" Natasha asked
"Anything to help you and give you and Bucky a rest at times" Zara said and Nat smiled
"Z, wanna come help me set up the play pen downstairs?" Bucky asked and Zara nodded and went downstairs with Bucky to the living room.
"What's up?" Zara asked as she grabbed the instructions and Steve came downstairs.
"How was your last check up with Bruce?" Bucky asked
"I'm clear by the looks of it. Stephen Strange and Wanda done a weekly check on me as well. I'm glad it is before Nat could of found out I would be dying in 4 months time" Zara said as she put together the pen
"We wouldn't of let that happen Z" Steve said
"It would be torture to keep me alive for another time. Anyway so I see you chose the baby names well" Zara said and Bucky nodded
"Nat mainly chose them to be honest, I chose Sofia for Lunas middle name though" Bucky laughed.
"You and Nat decided what language you are going to each them?" Steve asked
"Russian and English. It's easier that way" Bucky said and Zara nodded
"Definitely gonna be the cool Aunt" Zara laughed
"Yep but if anything happened to me and Nat, the kids are going to you and Peter or Steve" Bucky said and Zara eyes watered up
"It means a lot Bucky" Zara said and hugged him
"Its fine Z" he said and Steve was leaning against the door frame smiling.
The three finished the pen and went back upstairs and saw Nat laying down on the floor mat with Luna while Peter was holding Ronan
"They are in amazing health for their age, must be a great benefit of the blood you have Bucky" Sharon said and Bucky nodded
"Thank you Sharon for the favour" Steve said
"Its okay. Anything for my great uncle" Sharon said and hugged Steve.
"Thanks Sharon" Steve said and Sharon left her number for Natasha and went home. Zara smiled at the adorable sight of her boyfriend holding the baby
"Stop that look now" Bucky said to Zara
"What?" Zara asked
"That look you were having when you look at Peter" Bucky said and Zara giggled
"Get use to it Bucky" Zara smiled
After a few hours Zara and Peter had their bags of clothes and settled in their room. Zara was on facetime to the Lighthouse while Peter was in the shower.
"So they named the twins Luna and Ronan?" Daisy asked and Zara nodded
"Owe me 30 bucks" Yoyo said to everyone
"Come on!" Fitz said as they all handed over 30 bucks
"You guys placed 30 bucks on names?" Zara asked
"Yeah, we did after you sent the list out to the Avengers and us" Jemma explained and Zara giggled
"Aww, I miss you guys a lot, it's been at least one month since I last saw you" Zara said
"Come over next week, we have the time" Daisy said
"Yep bloody nothing to do here" Fitz said and Jemma rolled her eyes
"Spending time with me and our grandson isn't enough?" Jemma asked
"Guys enough arguing" May said
"What's the water running anyway?" Yoyo asked changing the subject
"Peter, he is having a shower" Zara explained
"Aw, how is things between you two?" Deke asked
"Amazing thanks Deke" Zara said
"Did you tell Natasha about the death?" Jemma asked and Zara shook her head saying no
"Nah I would rather keep secrets as secrets. Also I didnt tell her about the future part of her twins Deke" Zara said
"What future part?" Peter asked as he came out the shower.
"Oh um Deke wanna explain?" Zara asked
"Sure. So the Romanoff twins made great history for all of us. They were the first to fight off any outsiders that came up to the ship. They were globally known as the best heros after this generation" Deke said
"Anything about me and Z we can know?" Peter asked with a smile and Zara giggled
"Your granddaughter was amazing" Deke said and the two smiled
"We had a child!?" Zara asked and Deke covered his mouth
"I wasn't suppose to say that" Deke said and ran out the room
"Well future congratulations" Daisy laughed
"Thanks Daisy, anyway we best-" Zara got cut off by the twins crying.
"Go grab them and bring them in here" Peter said and took over the call
"Hi guys!" He said and they all laughed
Zara went and grabbed her niece and nephew and cuddled them both and brought them into the bedroom and gave Peter Ronan
"So guys, meet Luna Sofia Barnes and Ronan Jackson Barnes" Zara said as the babies came onto the video frame.
"Aww they are adorable!" Jemma said, Luna smiled and Ronan looked at the screen blankly causing them all so smile
"They definitely have features of their parents" Coulson said seeing a lot of Nat in Luna
"Hey best part, their body is growing a little faster in some parts compared to normal babies, that's why Luna here already has her red hair, Ronans is more dark brown for now but that's normal" Zara said and the conversation continued a little long then the couple placed the toddlers in their room after they fell asleep again and went to sleep themselves
