Saturday morning.
I'm not sure where Kacchan is, but I hope he's thinking of me.
I'm on the bus, on my way to a local hospital. I'm not sure which part to go to, but I guess I'll try the Lung and Respiratory Clinics first.
And strangely enough, there was a doctor who can fix this.
"Midoriya-san, this way. This is Dr. Hanasuke, the expert on rare lung diseases. Please talk to him."
The nurse walked off after directing me to this very door.
Gulping, I opened the door, to see a doctor tending to flowers.
Bloody flowers.
I gasped, closing the door before screaming.
"S-S-SIR, WHAT I-IS THAT?!"

"Okay, are you feeling any better, Midoriya-kun?"
I had coughed out dozens of petals after seeing the bloody flowers.
Almost immediately, Dr. Hanasuke handed me a bag, and I vomited into that instead of the formerly spotless floor.
"Those flowers were from the lungs of patients that decided to cut off the flowers."
I frowned, but opted to wait for his explanation instead.
He started to explain the flowers, which had become very annoying for me.
"Those flowers depends on the person you love. It might be a flower with the colour from a part of their bodies, a flower they like, or a flower with the colour from a thing they like."
"They feed off your love for the person. You can't give the love to the person, and eventually, it gets too much and they take over the love. After feeding, they grow more, and starts to choke you."
I nodded, and he shifted uneasily.
"This is usually the hardest part of the whole explanation, but please, bear with me."
He sighed. It seemed even he didn't enjoy talking about this coming topic...
"There are two ways to cure the disease."
I gulped.
"Its either getting the person to love you back..."
I nodded.
"... or removing the flowers, and the feeling of love with them."
I froze.
... so it was as if the stories said.
"To avoid the flowers taking over you again, we remove the flowers and the feeling of love."
I broke down.
"B-B-But I d-don't want t-to st-stop loving o-other people."
"Well, it's less painful this way. It's as they say..."
The doctor exhaled.
"Love can be addictive, but it can also be painful."
I cried.
"Very painful."

I felt the urge to sneeze suddenly.
As soon as I did, I noticed that the nerd wasn't near me.
If he was, he would've ducked for cover.
I wonder where Deku is.
I hope he's okay. I don't want his coughing to worsen.
Like I said,
