Zack's P.O.V
After overspeeding we arrived. The pack doctor hurriedly assisted us.
"Aaaarghhh you're never gonna get inside of me agaiiiiiinnnn aaahhh!!." Samantha yelled.
The nurses in the room couldn't help but restrain their laugh.
"Baby we both know that's a lie." I said as I kissed her forehead.
I held her hand and I can feel her squeezing it so tight.
"Baby you could do this just breatheee okay breathe."
"Aaaaaaaaarrrrrrghhh!!!"
"Okay on the count of three luna push as hard as you can." The pack doctor said.
"One."
"Two."
"Three."
"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARGHHH!!!"
"Hold on love almost there. I know you can do this." I said to her as she squuezes my hand so tight I actually can feel it hurting but it's no match for the pain she's going in right now.
"Again luna." The pack doctor stated.
"One."
"Two."
"Three."
"AAAAAAAAAARRRHHHGGGGH!!!" Samantha screamed.
Then we heard a cry.
"It's a boy!" The pack doctor announced.
He gave the baby to the assisstant and she wrapped my son on a blanket and handed him over to me.
"Okay one more." The pack doctor urged.
We were expecting twins.
"Baby just one more pop." I said as I gently wiped her sweat on her forehead.
Samantha was gasping for breath.
I know I would. I was getting exhausted just by seeing her go through this painful experience.
"One."
"Two."
"Three."
"AAAAAAAAAAAARGHHH!!!!"
Then we heard another baby cry.
"It's a boy!" The pack doctor said.
"You here that love we got 2 boys!"
Samantha looked over to me and smiled. I can see in her eyes just how exhausted she is right now.
The doctor slowly handed the other baby to me.
My little treasures.
They were so little and fragile I'm afraid one wrong move and I could drop them.
Azrael and Ares named after the greek gods.
Samantha wanted to name them after the Gods so that they may grow strong.
"AAAAAAAAAAAARGHHHHH!!!!" Samantha started screaming and trashing.
My sons started crying too.
"What's wrong?!?"
"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARGHHH!" She kept on screaming.
My wolf started getting frantic too.
"Something is wrong with our mate!"
WHAT DO YOU MEAN?!?!?
"Alpha please give your sons to them." The pack doctor said.
I handed them over to the assisstants and rushed over to hold Samantha.
"Baby what's wrong???!"
Her lips were getting pale.
"Alpha I'll need you to get out of the room now please."
"NOBODY WOULD TOUCH HER WITHOUT ME HERE!" My inner wolf is resurfacing trying to protect my mate in pain.
"Alpha if we don't attent to her quickly she might die!"

She might die.
I might lose my mate...
I quickly ran out of the room leaving the equipments thrashed.
I was walking back and forth frantically.
I could feel her pain.
God it must be too painful.
I could feel my eyes tearing up.
Mate is in a lot of pain right now. Even her wolf yelps.
"I know but I can't do anything!"
Let's just pray for the best to the moon goddess.
After a few hours the pack doctor went outside and called for me.
I immediately ran inside to check on Samantha.
Samantha was holding something that was wrapped in blanket.
But my twins were placed beside her.
"You got triplets Alpha."
I went near my mate.
"This is our little princess baby." Samantha said with a tear in her eye.
"Our Thalia." She said.
"Greek Gods again love?"
"Of course!"
"Well I am the happiest man alive. I got myself a loving mate and a two strong prince and precious princess.
"You sure are lucky, Mr. Mate."
