It seems like the only constant thing in ROUGHELIO's life was the word 'change'.
He was fabricated to be someone he wasn't supposed to be - as someone to satisfy the family who bought him.
At age 17 he was forced to change his name, his family, — and being an androgyne, he has to choose between his sexuality — and to forget his past and to live with one of the families that belong to the corps d'elite in the country.
