Seam POV
"Ema Come on we already running late" I said rushing Ema out the car. We had just arrived at Outback Steakhouse where we was suppose to meet Lei at. We was suppose to meet at 6 but messing with Ema we was 15mins late.
"Okay don't rush me, it's not that serious to see your Babymomma" she complained walking behind me
"I'm trynna actually prove a point to you so you can know I'm changing and apologize to Leilani. But you acting unappreciative" I said holding the door for her
"I'll believe it once I see it"
"You gon see" I said looking around the restaurant for Erza and Leilani
"How many to your party?" The hostess asked
"I'm meeting someone here... oh there they go right there" I said pointing over to Leilani
"Okay here's you guys menus you can walk on over" he said handing us our menus.
I nodded leading the way to Leilani being upfront im nervous as hell. I ain't good with expressing my feelings and all that so I know it gon be a little rough.
"Sorry we late" I said letting Ema in first before sliding into the booth afterwards"this my girlfriend Esmeralda, Esmeralda this My baby momma Leilani and her husband Erza" I said introducing the two
"I'm not his Babymomma I'm the mother of his daughter" Leilani smiled waving at Ema
"You're very pretty" she smirked waving back
"Thank you and this is my husband Erza" Leilani smiled hugging Erza arm
"Wassup" he nodded
"How long y'all been here?" I asked looking at my menu
"Not that long maybe five mins" Erza shrug calling the waiter over
"Did y'all order yet" Ema asked looking at her menu
"No we were waiting on you guys" Leilani said as the waiter came over to us taking our orders. After he took our orders it was an awkward silence at the table.
I wanted to get the conversation out the way because it's been heavy on my mind but I just didn't know how to bring it up.
"Umm..." I said rubbing over my waves "Leilani .....I wanna apologize to you. For everything I ever did to you while I was younger and following behind your dad" I said unsure about my wording
"Huh?" She asked looking at me confused
"I'm trynna apologize for doing you dirty all these years I think that's the word" I said confused
"I'm sorry imma need you to be specific"
" if I do that shit we gon be here all day and I ain't trynna do that shit" I said leaning back in my seat
" Arseamian don't play dumb like you can't some up the shit you did to me, I shouldn't have to tell you honestly" she said getting loud with me
"Baby calm down maybe he don't know how to say it or something" Erza said trying to calm her down
"Babe Remember you write it in your notes" Ema said reminding me
"Oh yeah good looks" I said pulling out my phone going to my notes. I took a quick glance at it, this shit was damn near a book.
"Arseamian I don't have time to play with you, I ain't wanna come cause you always on bullshit but I got dragged here" lei said
"Excuse us real quick" Erza said pushing lei out the booth before grabbing her hand walking towards the bathrooms.
"Arseamian are you serious about winning me back or is this just a quick excuse to see your Babymomma?" Ema asked playing with her straw as the waiter brought over our food.
"I'm tryna win you back but you don't understand the history me and that girl have. That was my first everythi...
"You still want her?" Ema asked staring at me in disbelief
"No I didn't say that I'm just tryn..
"You trynna what? Arseamian it sound like you confessing your love for a married woman. That probably was her underwear at your house huh?!" She asked as lei and Erza came back to the table
"Did you by chance leave some underwear at his house?" Ema asked lei as they reclaimed their seat.
"Excuse me?" Lei said raising her eyebrow
"Did you leave your underwear at his house on the side of his bed ?" She asked again slowly
"I don't even know where he live at" lei said looking confused
"Are you sure? They look like they could be your size"
"Um I'm positive, I think I would know if I was missing some underwear"
"Ema chill" I said intervening
"I'm just asking, it must be the other baby momma then" she said mugging me before getting up from the table walking away.
"What did I miss?" Lei asked mugging me
"Nothing, she just tripping" I quickly said
"These about them underwear she found huh" she asked laughing. I looked at Erza shocked, he told her for real.
"What? I had to" he laughed
"Damn that's foul, what we talk about stay between us" I said gesturing between me and Erza
"I'm his wife" lei said showing me her ring "he tells me everything" she smirked
"Damn that's fucked up" I said shaking my head
"Enough games Arseamian why am I here?" She asked
"I'm trynna apologize for all the shit I did to you but I don't know where to start alright. Leilani I'll admit I fucked up big time with you and we may not be friends and I don't expect us to but I want us to atleast be cordial. The main big reasons I know I disrespected you was by first disclaiming Èire knowing she was mine. Second time was all the times I put my hands on you or tried to come in between your marriage. I'll admit I was dead ass wrong for that shit and I know that now. I'm happy you got Erza in your life not on no gay shit or nothing but I'm happy for you. And lastly I apologize for all that shit that happened with my mom and Èire. That shit hurted my soul finding out somebody I was so close with someone I loved and trusted could do something so distasteful to their own grand child. I was confused and in denial that it was my fault so I put the blame on everyone else including Erza , you and Èire'asiajah when it was all my fault cause you told me you didn't want her around her. I apologize for everything Leilani and I'm really trynna change and I hope you can see that" I said looking up from my phone seeing lei crying in Erza arms.
"I I I aaaceppt yyyour apology" she cried fanning her eyes "was that so hard" she laughed still crying gaining everyone attention
I stared at her confused before looking at Erza I was lost on what's going on.
"She's very hormonal, you good" he said pulling lei into him hugging her
"Ion see how you do it" I said shaking my head
"Just gotta be delicate but stand your ground at the same time and be very understanding and patient" he shrugged like it was nothing
"Ion know about all that"
"What happened to your girl why she leave?" He asked still trynna calm lei down
"She just on her bullshit as usual" I shrugged looking around the restaurant wondering where she went.
"Bull shit? Or is she telling you how she feel and you just brushing that shit off?" He asked
"Little bit of both" I laughed as lei finally calmed down
"You know how long I've been waiting for you to admit to your wrongs like honestly, I've been holding this grudge over you saying well if he don't apologize for some of the shit he say to me he can't see my daughter. And everytime you acted like you didn't care. It hurted me to the core when you denied my child but took care of angel child and was flaunting them around. But I'm happy I had my husband to uplift me through all of your bullshit. He actually held me down boosted the confidence you destroyed and took care of your child. I'm so grateful for the way things turned out I mean you no harm or anything but I honestly thank you" she cried dabbing her eyes with the napkin
"I know I fucked your life up and I already thanked Erza for holding you and my kids down. I told him I admire him for that, I'm here to take any backlash from you Leilani and ask for you to forgive me. I was very young, dumb and very immature but now I'm maturing and trynna get shit right starting with y'all and my kids." I said shaking my leg under the table
I was trying to keep my emotions in check, sitting across from lei watching her break down and all this other shit really fucks with me on the inside. Like I was in love with this girl once upon of time I wanted a while future with her made promises to her all this other shit just to drag her through the mud and hurt her in ways I wouldn't want anyone to do to me.
"I gotta get her home man thanks for reaching out" Erza said escorting lei out the booth before throwing some money on the table
"Yeah I gotta go to and see where this girl at" I said shaking my head throwing another hundred on the table before leaving out the restaurant to find Ema.
I'm glad I had this conversation with them it honestly takes a lot of shit off my shoulders.
