Iris walked inside.
There was barely any light, Just what came through the door.
Iris explored the dark room. After a while, She jumped when she saw white glowing eyes. Iris backed up, Bumping into another lodged stick and flicked it on by accident. Looking around she saw tall clear boxes with tall monsters inside. Before she could get a closer look she heard footsteps, Hiding inside a small crate.
"Who turned on the lights? Did one escape agian?" Said the mysterious person.
"No, I lock those up every night before I let them out. Plus, Nobody's glass tubes are empty."
When Iris got the chance she peeked out, Staring at the person. Looking closer she saw wings and a tail. She looked like a dragon or some thing.. She was a sandy red color with a white speckled tail, Talons, Muzzle, And wing skin. Purple marbled eyes too. 'Straange..... Never seen anything like that before.' Thought Iris. When the Two footed Dragon looked away, Iris sneakily slipped away but was too slow, The dragon turned around and saw her, Staring.
"Who is this little fella? Hey buddy..." The dragon softly spoke, Walking close and sitting down, Crossing their legs. Iris did nothing. 'Seems like she can be trusted.' Thought Iris. The gray cat walked up to the dragon, as the dragon pet her their claws got swallowed by the cats thick fur. "I'm Speckle, Kitty. The lab dragon here." Said Speckle, Introducing herself. Then Speckle looked down at the necklace the cat had on her neck.
"Interesting necklace, Kitty. Don't worry though, I won't take it away. It is yours, Afterall."
Iris mewes, Sitting down in front of the dragon.
"Hey Kitty, Can I do something so I can understand you better?" Asked Speckle.
Iris nodded, 'She seems as I can trust her, Afterall It could be nice talking to someone other than a cat thought'
Iris watched as Speckle grabbed something and put a little bit on a dish, Handing it to Iris. "I need you to drink the small bit on the dish so it can work." Explained Speckle.
Iris shrugged to herself and lapped it up, it was bitter. As Iris stepped back from the dish a wave of a new feeling rushed through her. Iris' green eyes had a galaxy like thing flood her eyes as she changed.
She became taller and could stand on two paws, And use her paws aswell. The galaxy on her eyes faded.
"Woah! What happened to me?" Said Iris, Suprised.
"Yeah... I forgot to say that.. Sorry Kitty." Said Speckle, Scratching her head and nervously chuckled.
"Its fine, By the way my name is Iris." Said Iris, Not being bothered by the name 'Kitty' but she wanted to be called her name. "Okay then, Iris." Said Speckle.
"Hey, Iris?" Asked Speckle
"Yes?"
"How exactly did you get here?"
"Long story short, It was the Necklace." Said Iris, Pointing to the moon necklace.
"Huh. Mind if I take a closer look?" Said Speckle.
"No, Not at all. Here." Said Iris, Taking off the necklace and holding it out to the dragon.
Speckle took the necklace an examined it. Looking interested in what it was.
"Very Interesting Necklace Iris."
