The movie, Little Forest,
was released today, May 20th, 2020.
Just as earlier news had said, the
movie is starring Im Misun and some
others that I don't feel like creating
names for.
The release of this movie definitely
shows how busy Misun was during
her promotions last month, just as
her duo mate was also.
Anyway, the movie Little Forest has been
said to be a calm and relaxing movie,
words from fans that watched it almost immediately upon release.
"The movie is slow, but not boring"
and "It's definitely a movie for a certain
audience, one that knows what they are
getting into. and being one of those
made me enjoy it." were words of
some select viewers.
Although, it seems that the movie
has gotten good reviews so far, we'll
leave it to you to say if you like it.

SYNOPSIS

The story of a young woman who returns
to her childhood home, in a traditional
Korean village, after leaving for the big
city in pursuit of what turned out to be an elusive dream. When she gets home, her mother isn't there - but her mother's
"Little Forest", the many ways in which
a single mother successfully made a home
for her much loved child, unfurl with a
long succession of lovingly sketched
details involving mostly food preparation.
The unfurling moments are lightly but
lovingly shared with two childhood friends,
one of whom also abandoned their elusive dream of success in the big city (Seoul) and
the other who is still pursuing the small
town equivalent of that elusive dream --
without ever leaving home.
