It's 5am and Ryan had another nightmare they knew it would happen when she saw her family she had a lot of flashback over the years but since she seen her mum and Ali she had a nightmare of her dad hurting Ali and her mum she shot up in the bed And shouts

Daan shots up out of her sleep at hearing Ryan's voice she knows that voice Ryan is scared
Daan hey baby hey am here calm down
Daan pulls Ryan into her and holds her talking to her to calm her once calmed daan asks what happened Ryan told her so daan knew Ryan wouldn't be able to go back to sleep so she looks at the time and sees it's 5am
Daan why don't we get ready and go down to the gym for a hour before breakfast then once it's the right time we can go see your mum and Ali to show you there ok how does that sound
Ryan thank you baby am sorry about all this again I didn't realise it would start the nightmares again
Daan it ok baby I knew it could happen why don't we go do the gym and stuff then we can call your doctor about it and see what she thinks best you grab your meds and I will get ready
Ryan gets up and takes her meds as daan goes to get changed Ryan grabs her shorts and sports bra and chucks them on just as daan come out the bathroom

Ryan nods and holds her hand out and daan grabs it they make there way down to the gym for the next hour daan going on treadmill and leave Ryan to do her workout knowing she need sometime to her self to come to terms with her nightmare she leave Ryan to it and runs for 30 mins before doing some weights once it's been just over a hour she looks over to Ryan and see the sweat dripping off her and the heat builds up between her legs she walks slowly over to Ryan once she gets in front of her she runs her nails up and down over Ryan's abs whiles bitting her lip Ryan sees the lust in daans eyes and grabs her hand they head back up to there room and as soon as the door is shut Ryan picks daan up and pins her to the wall kissing her and making her way down daans neck as daan digs her nails into Ryan's back they make quick to move over to the bed and lose the little clothes they had a on for the next hour they make love to each other just as they finish and lay and hold each other for the next ten mins before daan talks

They both get up and Ryan just chucks on some jeans and a sports bra the team used to her walking round like that she really hates tops since what happened with her dad as she always had to wear one to hide the marks and with the burn the tops use to stick to her so she will only put tops on when needed and there always loose on her
Once dressed daan makes sure to have a spare top for Ryan as they was heading to the door she notices a few nail marks on Ryan's back as well as a few hickey on her abs Ryan never hide them ever when there on her body she love that daan marks her as hers so she never tells the need to cover them up after all daan is her wife
They make there way to Ali room first once there Ryan knocks on the door she hears ash say shit before there some rustling around and Ali come to the door with messy hair and you can see ash trying to put her top on Ryan laughs and shakes her head before speaking to Ali

Ryan nothing I had a nightmare I just had to make sure you was ok need to go see mum now I don't want to know what you two have been up to
Ali looks at Ryan with her jaw dropped as ash walks up to the door with her top on now she looks at Ryan and see hickeys on her abs and also see some nail marks on her shoulder as well

Now it was Ryans who's jaw drops as both daan and Ali blush Ryan recovers and puts her fist out to ash they fist bump and daan and Ali look at each other at the same time they both said

Both burst out laughing as Ryan and ash looked at them pouting at them daan shakes her head and grabs Ryan's hand and pulls her towards Ryan's mums room as she did that ash and Ali saw Ryan's back and bust out laughing again

Ali shakes her head and smacks ash's arm and heads back into there room to get ready for breakfast as Ryan and daan get the her mums room daan passes Ryan her top
Daan put it on baby I know you don't care about the mark but this is your mum please
Ryan nods and puts on her top and zips it up just to cover the marks up but lose enough not to bother her as they knock on the door and wait for it to open daan hold Ryan's hand as Ryan lifts it to her lips

Just after Kyle answer the door and let's them in her mum was just getting out the bathroom she make her way over and hugs both Ryan and daan once she pulls back she speaks
Debbie hey girls are you ok we didn't think we would see you till after daan training
Ryan yea mum we are ok I just had to come se Troy I had a nightmare and need to make sure you and Ali was ok before going to breakfast with daan team sorry it early
Debbie you don't need to be sorry and you could if come straight here to me if you needed to make sure I was ok I would of got Kyle up to help

With that they hug and daan and Ryan make there way down to breakfast as soon as they walk though the door viv spots them and shoots out her seat daan sees and she lets go of ryans hand and move to the side and viv start to run to them

Viv get to Ryan and jumps into her arms as they hug viv gets down and ask how they are doing she tell her about seeing her mum and sister and about going on a walk with her mum viv is happy for her as she knew how much her mum and sister meant to Ryan viv is the only person who knew Sparta from daan of course so viv was happy for Ryan to final see her mum and sister after so long
