"Yes, he will be Confederacy." Turtle Island smiles.
Jonathan was the former personification of the Confederacy. He had disappeared at the end of the Civil War. He had felt guilty for about the war, as it was the bloodiest conflict in American history.
Around the middle part of the Civil War, he got to see how people who weren't white were treated and saw how inhumanely they were treated. It made him question if what he was fighting for, was really something worthy of fighting for. He ended up turning his back on his government and secretly helping the Union.
After he had died, Turtle Island brought him with her. They had all been angry and distrustful of him at first. But soon realized that he had no ill intentions. He was surrounded by people who said his purpose was to protect the south and slavery. He never saw the morals, or lack thereof, behind it. At least not till late in the war.
Jonathan smiles back at, basically, his mother. "I really hope your right." he wants Alfred to get better. Even if it requires him dying again.

"I'm still confused about that phone call Japan." Veneziano comments.
"I have no idea." Japan deadpans.
"Well, let's finish eating a-." America starts, before his phone starts ringing.
The other countries are very concerned. Especially considering the phone call Japan got earlier.
America picks up the phone, "Hello?"
"Isoveli!" a girls voice voice shouts from the phone.
"Huh, Michelle? What is it?"
"Buckeye Bastard and Mitch are fighting again!!"
America begins to look done with this already. "Why?" he deadpans.
"Braxton said the Buckeyes are better than the Wolverines! The Buckeyes are nuts!"
"Ok, how abou-."
"Michelle, who is that?!" another voice sounds through.
Japan looks confused, "Hokkaido?!"
"Hey! You're alive!"
"Hokkaido, help me with the Buckeye Bastard!" another male voice, who they assume is Mitch, comes through.
"No Hokkaido, help me!" a third male voice, who they suspect is Braxton, is heard.
"I'm not getting involved in that." Hokkaido states.
"Both suck." a fourth male voice is heard.
"Say what now?!" Michelle shouts.
"You wanna fuckin' go FIP?!" Mitch shouts.
"Stop! Back off Braxton!" second female voice is heard.
"Thank you Indiana!" the Michigan twins shout.
"Of course!" Indiana exclaims.
"Why do you guys hate me?" Braxton asks.
"Oh, we gotta go, bye!" Michelle shouts.
"HEY WAIT A SE-!"
The call ends.
America doesn't know what to think, along with the other countries.

None of the Ancients or Jonathan knew what to think. They had no clue what to say.

After getting over the initial shock and confusion, China speaks up.
"Well, we should head back out once everyone's done eating."
Everyone agreed. They started to finish eating again.
